Fun place. Great time with my daughter skating. Good weekday prices for evening skating.

I came with a large group of 53 kids, and we called several times throughout the week to confirm that everything would be ready for our visit. Each time, we were assured that everything was set. Unfortunately, our experience was the complete opposite. From the moment we arrived, we were met with rudeness and unprofessional behavior. Erin yelled at our kids and even pushed one of our young boys out of her way, which was completely unacceptable. What was even more disappointing was the response from the General Manager, Tyler. Instead of helping organize the situation or offering any support, he repeatedly told his staff, "Don't be discouraged--this is more money for us." Hearing a manager make that comment multiple times while our group was struggling was incredibly frustrating. At no point did he step in to resolve issues or show concern for the experience of the children. To make matters worse, many of our kids were refused skate mates because staff said they already had too many in use and needed to save some for other customers. This left several children without the assistance they needed, despite our group being scheduled and confirmed in advance. I am genuinely disappointed that I chose this venue for our group outing. The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and dismissive attitudes from Tyler and his team turned what should have been a fun day into a stressful experience. I would not recommend this location to anyone planning a group event, especially one involving children. We expected a welcoming environment and received the exact opposite. read more

This is a lot better than the skating rinks that I used to go to in Chicago. The space seems nice and big. My daughter came for a birthday party and had a blast. The music was great and they had excellent parking. They have a concession stand, we didn't get to try the food but it looked decent. read more

I went to come and skate with my daughters camp and they wasn't able to take cards at the cafe because the system stopped working.you can play games but the ticket store was closed.The staff upfront and The teen boy that gave the skates out was not friendly no smiles at all they all seemed miserable.the only staff that was nice was at the cafe they did a great job with the kids.The music was for Disney and I felt like they could have played more upbeat music and when I asked about a better music selection the little girl act like she could care less and all they did was hide in the room on there phones like a teen summer job spot.There where two other moms that came up to ask about better music and if they can play videos and the it was like talking to the wall. read more

Where to start? Fun concept. My family went today and had a good time for the most part. Now the bad: YOU NEED A MONITOR ON THE RINK FLOOR. It's 2022-the entitled generation has now had children....and they are on your rink. There are out of control kids using your white skating "cheaters" to play chicken-at the peril of all the people trying to skate. Kids on cell phones trying to get that perfect "selfie" ??? while weaving in and out of other skaters and cutting them off. One literally made me brake abruptly and I fell. I even saw a few skating and texting???? Come on, Spinz. Signing a "waiver" at the door isn't going to protect you from a lawsuit involving a needless accident because NO ONE IS IN CHARGE. The lady with the running stroller on the rink??? Also a no go. The rink is crowded enough as it is. And the brats?? One approximately 8 year old boy screamed "b---tch!!!!!" at another skater he felt did him wrong. I was appalled. Another little boy glared at me when I tried to help him up-and he used one of those "cheaters" to then try to push me off the rink???? And the coup de grace: one of these lovely children skated up behind me, out of control, and took me out at the knees, causing me to fall on my tailbone and elbow since I had no idea it was coming. He then stood there blinking at me: no apology, no help. And we won't even talk about the pedophile legal adults meeting up with the underage girls....eeeek! Clean up your act. Throw bad actors off the rink and ban them. There are too many inexperienced skaters to tolerate this crap. And the staff? They are uninterested and don't give a fig about anything going in there. read more

We had thrown my daughters birthday here. The package was priced decent. My whole family had fun and even the adults of the kids. A few things I would suggest a change of is 1: you should offer more than one of the skating helpers per party. 2: the skating helpers you rent should be allowed to be rented for the entire time you are there (not just an hour) your paying enough for admission skates and food for this to happen. 3: when someone from the bday party requests a song please play it. Seeing as tho we paid a good chunk of change. We were not asking to play straight trap music. When I think of skating I think of songs like "diamond girl, spring love, when I hear music, time after time, ect... (90s skating music) but none of the staff played it once requested. Very upsetting. For those reasons I rate a 4. But we wil be back and had a great time. Hopefully we can hear some good skating music next time read more

I was sending my son here for summer camp and every morning when I walked in no one was there to greet me. I just figured out I had to sign him in when I would pick him up. No one was there to greet me so I would just sign them out on my own and go find them but the last time I picked him up, when I walked in the counselors who were sitting there sitting in chairs on their phones were not able to find him for about 5 to 10 minutes. I frantically walked around the entire establishment looking for my child who they said "oh he's right here sleeping on the floor. " He was not there sleeping on the floor because I would have seen him when I was looking for him. I talked to the general manager who didn't seem to care one bit that this happened at his establishment , acted like it was no big deal. Assure me that they never lost a kid before so I had to correct because you lost my child not one person knew where he was even if he was sleeping on the floor. I would not recommend this place for summer camp. I would not recommend going back if you currently take your children there I would think twice this is not a safe environment for children. The summer camp and customer service at this establishment is very poor and the employees are not trained to run a summer camp. This summer camp should be shut down immediately. read more

the place has good music and a fairly large rink but staff is rude. First time skating so I was in the wall a lot and one lady came up to me and said I have to move and not to skate there then another family member that is also a beginner and if she falls she could be severely hurt, was told by the same woman that she has to move and no walls should be touched and that she should've only been on the rink in a very rude way. Arcade isn't big, and not a lot of food. Don't think i would come back. read more

I grew up skating in the 80s, and didn't realize how much I missed it until I went to Spinz in Fort Myers. Spinz is an awesome skating rink which has a little bit of everything including food, arcade games, nice bathrooms, and of course, a great big skating rink with cool lights and an awesome sound system. The young man in charge of the sound system and anything related to IT, Jesse, is AWESOME! The rest of the staff are also very kind and respectful and do a wonderful job of keeping things running smoothly. Without Jesse, we would have no lights, music, games, etc. He also makes sure that all skaters are safe by gently reminding all of us about the etiquette of skating (i.e. faster skaters should stay on the outside whereas slower skaters are to skate in the middle of the rink) For anyone looking for a cool place to take your kids skating in Fort Myers, or if you're an adult like me who misses skating, they offer a lot of options, including Adult Skate Nights. This is the first time coming here since it's been SPINZ and I honestly don't want to come back. I used to come all the time when it was Bamboozles and so much has changed. The staff is no where near as friendly and they are too laid back on the rules. People were on their phones on the rink (later I came to find out they are clearly staff that came off the clock). There were also people showing off to the point where it became a problem for other skaters but none of the staff did anything about it. I I don't know if it was just because I went on a Wednesday, I'll definitely try it again, but tonight made me miss Bamboozles. read more

I was there for a bday party. I'd say this place is going downhill fast. There was a man sleeping on the floor in the back corner of the place, mgmt did not care. Creepy. He was right by the kids playing games, which about a third of are not functioning. Every one of the employees was on their cell phone constantly, it was like you were disturbing them to get some service. There was a 3 year old wandering around asking for her mother. Come to find out, it was an employee's child. Not a good experience. read more

The grandkids had a great time! As did the parents. Unfortunately the laser tag was only 15 minutes but they really enjoyed it. Afterwards they played several games and enjoyed them also. They ended up buying another 15 minutes of laser tag which was eight dollars per person. They will definitely be going to this again but probably will try out The one in Cape Coral instead of Fort Myers. read more

Staff was cool, skatings fun, pizza and drinks are fine. Can't really complain! They've got a pretty big supply of skates and rollerblades.

Cute place I loved the music n the arcade games. The staff was pretty friendly and on top of reminding people the safety rules while skating I recommend this place as a good place to just have fun with family. read more

Very expensive. Food prices are through the roof; chicken tenders $8.49, hot dog $6.99. No control for keeping the fast skaters from flying around. Bring $50 for to people to skate and get something to drink. read more

Had a great time with the family. Only wish and hope the opportunity rises to make a rink in Port Charlotte as I know it would be a great addition to the community there as well to finally have something fun for kids to do. read more

some workers were not wearing masks and people were pushing everywhere and someone threw my pizza on floor!!!!! terrible place to never go to again i recommend somewhere cheaper with better food because their food was bad!!! NEVER AGAIN. read more
