This place ruined a few of my pieces. I brought in a $800 brand new Burberry skirt & it's ruined. The sides of the skirt bunches up in 3 different spots. I got the waist covert in a pair of jeans & now that back pockets are not center. The middle seam of the jeans is 1.5 inches to the right. I found them on google. We needed my boyfriends tux hemmed and pressed plus 2 shirts fixed and pressed. Plus I needed my jeans patched. Well not only did they do a wonderful job they got it done in a few days for me. I am now switching to them for my dry cleaners as well. Their pricing is affordable and you get excellent work. The below reviews are spot on - the shop is run by the most polite and courteous Korean couple, who were meticulous in making sure they made all the right adjustments to the dress. The language barrier was not a problem at all as they knew how to communicate perfectly and walked me through what I could expect. Pricing is very reasonable and the final work product was flawless. I also had a tight timeline and they were able to meet it which I really appreciate! I have been to other tailors who rush through jobs and handle your garments without any care so I'm super happy with this experience. The sign on the front of their shop is actually called Maple Cleaners. It is located on Maple Ave near the Chase Bank that's on the corner of Maple and Post. There is ample parking via a parking lot. It's a metered lot; however, it's free during the weekend. There is a small step up to the actual shop, which is small and has probably seen better days. It appears to be owned by a Korean couple that were very sweet and accommodating. They graciously provided a helping hand with bringing my stroller up and down the step safely. I had a chiffon bridesmaid dress hemmed. There's a slight language barrier; however, it didn't impede my request at all. Price was reasonable, alteration was done quickly and meticulously. Like another reviewer stated, I didn't think they'd done anything to my dress until I tried it on. I would come here again in a heartbeat for my alteration needs. read more

I am wary of shoddy dry cleaners, who have destroyed expensive garments, charged exorbitant prices or questioned my integrity over workmanship issues. As a newcomer to Westbury, I did some research and tried one other place. I hesitated on this establishment because the exterior looked a bit shabby, and I didn't see evidence of customer frequency. I actually asked a neighbor while he was dropping off shirts, who said he likes them so I tried them. I have now gone a few times. My clothes come out clean and sharply pressed and blocked. They do not staple ticket stubs onto the garment tags, which I find annoying. They are attentive and set realistic expectations: They noticed an iron burn on a dress (compliments of a shoddy place) and advised they couldn't do anything about that. They also spotted a ripped hem on another dress (gift from same place, which clearly had an issue with dress hems catching on a machine: three dresses came out with ripped stitches in the same place and now I see it was four--Don't worry: that was in Rockville Centre; gosh I hate them so very much). I really like their customer service. When I saw they did not completely repair said hem and returned two weeks later, they accepted my word. I recently brought some St John Knits to both clean and hem. They confirmed they foil all the metal embellishments and buttons. They are very courteous and nice. Their prices are so reasonable. The best dry cleaners I've experienced actually didn't need me to point out stains, etc. I'm not there yet with rebuilding my trust in this industry to expect that yet... But I am so glad I decided to try them and felt they earned a post. read more
