Professional, thorough, and easy to work with. They sealed off the kitchen to contain dust, cleaned up daily, and finished everything within a week as promised. Workmanship was really good. I thought about DIY-ing this project but I'm so glad I didn't. They brought sample boards during the estimate process so I could actually see the finish before committing, and they even accommodated my last-minute color change with no issues. I also asked to switch my knobs to pulls and they took care of it. Everything included/excluded was clearly explained before the project started, so there were no surprises. Not the cheapest in town, but definitely worth it.

Two things became abundantly clear while talking to Marco about our door after he completed his inspection: (1) the man loves his work; and (2) he is a craftsman. Marco took ample time to explain what issues he found with our door and explain what his restoration process would entail, in addition to answering my questions that came up as he went along. In about a week, Marco renovated our door from its sun and water-damaged state to looking like it had just rolled out of the factory with a striking new finish that he created on the spot. The refinished door has transformed our front doorway and makes it pop in a way that it hasn't at any point since we bought the house. I highly recommend contacting Marco.

This time, we decided to move forward with a project Luis recommended: refinishing one of the wood laminate kitchen countertops in our rental unit. Initially, I expected the result to look like a simple repaint, especially considering how worn and faded the laminate surface had become. However, once I saw the finished work, I could hardly believe my eyes. It genuinely looked as though we had replaced the countertop with granite. The finish appeared solid, durable, and waterproof. His people missed the appointments three times----we need to work and we can not sit in the house 24/7 to wait for the reglaze people to come. If there is an appointment, please come on time. Although there is a two-year warranty, the reglazing work is very smelly, we cannot live in the house for at least two days before the smell goes away.

Writing this now because I just saw an outlet underneath the sink that's not at all mounted to the wall and was reminded of how ridiculous this whole ordeal was. They'd come maybe 2 times a week, maybe less, sit in the driveway and wait for each other for a while, and they'd always forget what they were supposed to do. Then they'd say "ah ya we remember now, gotta go to Home Depot" and take another 1-2 hours. The pace of work was incredibly slow. When they were redoing our kitchen, we came home and saw that the main handyman had bought cabinets for the sink that opened straight into the fridge and stove, so you could barely open them. It was on a corner, so clearly a corner / lazy Susan cabinet was needed. Delayed the job by however many days. They cracked the sink they put in, and there's carvings in the countertops from where they messed up with sloppy cutting. When they installed the AC window units, they stained the window panes, sink, and the outside of the house with the insulation foam and didn't attempt to clean it until I asked. They didn't get much up; still stained. They didn't put calking around the countertop they put in behind the sink. There were a bunch of other times where similar things happened that I had to ask them to redo it or do a part of the job they'd missed.
