Stopped in to get a quick iced latte. The place was crowded on a Saturday morning but they had plenty of people working. The latte came fast and it was good. Prices are reasonable and they have a nice outdoor seating area. They also have lots of merch including shirts, mugs, and plenty of coffee and tea options to bring home. This place is the cutest little coffee shop. It is dog friendly and the inside and outside is so nice. They have coffee flights where you can choose up to four different flavors of coffee. There are endless options of coffee flavors as well as teas. I got the snickerdoodle latte and it was by far the best latte I had. They also have really cute merch you can buy such as tshirts, magnets, sweatshirts and even teas and honey. The everything bagel was also very good. This coffee shop is amazing especially if you're looking for different flavors of coffee. I've never complained about OVERstaffing before, but there are always like 11 teenagers behind the counter with one person doing the work, and the drinks are mostly syrup with very little coffee. I have gone there probably 10 times in the last three years and every time I go in, the staff is rude, even though I buy whole beans from them regularly and tip each time. read more

This is an adorable little coffee house. I moved to the area a few months ago, and I have been DYING for them to open! I am happy to support a business in the little downtown strip. I'm thankful that they are trying to "liven" it up. They did an amazing job creating a cozy atmosphere. My husband, baby, and I came on a busy Saturday morning. We both enjoyed our lattes. So I'm heading to By the Board Game shop in Lowell. (It's a great place with a family atmosphere.) They have parking in the back. There are 2 lots behind the building. One side, I'm assuming, is owned by Old Dog Coffee House, which is a new place that just opened a couple weeks ago. I haven't had a chance to stop in, but was looking forward to checking it out sometime. They close around 6 so I don't usually get there before they close, but I could make an effort if I wanted to go to FNM early. As I pull in I see a man throwing garbage into the dumpster. I'm gathering my things to go to the game shop when he approaches me so I roll down the window. He tells me that if I park there he will have my car towed. I replied that it seems poor business sense to tell a possible customer that you will tow their car for parking in the lot after hours. He then gets irate and shouts at me, "Get the fuck off my property!" I was surprised by the attack, but moved my vehicle to another location so it wasn't on "his property." He follows me to the place I park so I get out of my car to see why. He then takes a picture of my license plate for whatever reason. He tells me he doesn't need "some young punk in his business anyway." I was hoping this would be good place to stop in sometime, but they've lost my business for sure because they "don't need my business." read more

I love that this is a local family owned small business; they did a stellar job creating a cozy, cute atmosphere with a great menu and products for sale. They offer basic iced and hot coffees and teas as well as lattes and fraps at a reasonable price. They have parking in back, an outdoor seating area and wifi. They also support other local coffee companies and sell bags of beans for home. I went twice during my trip and will definitely be back any time I'm in town. read more

chose this place because it was the only option and wow i would have skipped my coffee than go back. the place itself was nearly empty, but had at least 4 people working, none of whom seemed to realize they on the clock. they were all rude and brisk and made my drink with a ridiculous amount of syrup. in addition, one of the workers had brought their young daughter, which spent the better part of 45 minutes screaming and stomping as load as humanly possible for a 4 year old. however, it's not her fault since literally the entire staff were also speaking at a volume more fit for a pub. i went to go get some work done and somehow ended up with more to do than before arriving. even though this is the only coffee shop in town, skip it for mcdonald's or dunkin's farther down the road. read more

My mom and I went to support this small business for the first time this morning. But when we entered, we found two employees making drinks wearing their masks below their mouth and nose. AND one of the employees touching their phone and then putting muffins in a display case without washing her hands or putting gloves on. Even pre-pandemic, it is standard to wash your hands before handling food when you don't have gloves on. It's really disappointing to see- we really wanted to support this local business. Small businesses need all the help that they can get, but situations like this make customers not want to return for they're not following proper health procedures. I hope that things will improve and we can visit again someday. read more
