Went in to but a wireless guitar system and they only had 2 employees and about 15 customers…read morewaiting for help. When it came my turn a person from the drum department helped me and he had no idea what I was talking about. The other employee knew what I needed and tried to educate the drum guy with my help. Their computer system said they had 5 of them but they could not be found after a very brief search. I selected an alternative system that was not really what I wanted but works so far. All the guitars I tried were very poorly setup. Another employee finally showed up as I was looking at a PRS SE Mccarty. I asked the employee why the guitar was $1400.00 instead of $600 to $900 as it is priced elsewhere. He just grabbed the guitar out of my hand, said he had to give a lesson and disappeared with the guitar. Lost sale and customer for Guitar Center. Won't be going back for a long long long time. Time to go to Reverb for my future buys.

I specifially needed battery function & this issue was not mentioned in the listing. When I pointed this out, the manager, David, left a voicemail to the effect that they wouldn't cover my return shipping because (in all seriousness) he doesn't "know anyone who uses batteries in pedals." I pointed out that I'm now left with a choice of an expensive repair or expensive return shipping (it's a heavy, vintage pedal) - a message that David simply ignored. Reading other reviews here, I'm clearly far from the only customer who has been disappointed by Music Go Round Fort Worth's misrepresentation of gear online. AVOID!
