Now, my mail are being delivered after 3pm & sometimes after 5pm. Yes, I agree with most of the reviews here with the actual PO location on 7th Street with rude workers who do not want to be there. It's sad that people are not grateful for having a job to pay their bills.

I walked up to counter with a prepaid label for a box saying "I just want to make sure the weight…read moreof the box is appropriate for the label." and the lady with the long hair behind the counter goes " there's no way for me to know, but I could tell you how much it weighs." Then I proceed to show her the weight limit is printed on the label (which indicates my pacakge exceeded the weight limit). She goes "we could just charge the extra to your account." Im thinking I dont have an account, so I offered to hide the barcode and just pay for the shipping as if the box is not prepaid. And I was attempting to fix the label at the counter. She looks at me rudely "can you do that at the back? there's other people waiting." i go sure. But lo and behold there's no one waiting at the back. So instead of helping me, she made a fool out of me. Because after assembling the label altogether, the guy working at the counter was able to take my barcode and explained things a bit better to me and made me felt like I was helped. i used to love usps.

I came by to return curtains. No other customers in store; the bald man tells me you can use the kiosk. My items were too large to fit in the clear bag so I went back up. He said they fit you can do it. So I go back and again as assumed my items are too big to fit. So I grab a label sticker to seal my bag. He then comes up to me and says "don't touch my machine from there because you'll break it. You don't need to seal it that way." I then let him know they didn't fit. He then stated " yes they do I do this all day, I would know." I let it go and left. Didn't continue the the back and forth he was looking for. He was very rude, condescending, and clearly unhappy in his job. He seemed irritated by every customer who walked in. Today, I returned and had a similar experience. The employee (woman with un groomed hair that threw it into a hair-clip) assisting customers was also unfriendly and didn't greet a single person walking in. When she saw the line growing she blurted out, "We aren't taking Amazon returns you should have seen the sign on the door" and looked away. Overall, the staff here are consistently unwelcoming. They appear more interested in talking among themselves or being on their phones than helping customers. It really feels like they don't want to be there. I won't be coming back. I'd rather drive to a neighboring city than deal with this kind of service, even if it's just five minutes away.

I asked why and she said cause she's busy although she was ready to help me. I went to the self serve scanner and start doing it myself and two other people walked in and she helped them. So why couldn't she help me is the question and they were served. I felt discriminated and couldn't understand why I couldn't get her help and they did. This was unacceptable and bad service. And don't tell me to go somewhere else when the girl was ready to help. Crappy service all around.

Maybe I caught Heather on a bad day but Heather seems like the type of person that if one thing goes wrong, she'll take it on the next person. I called to understand particularly situations such as understanding how they charge and the mobile app. I had a situation where all this was last minute and so I decided to call. So our moody cont(u) Heather answers. From my first question, you can hear Heather's tone. Annoyed, angry at life type of sound with a sarcastic, you're welcome, if you say thank you. I kept it civil and decided just to express it through the uhaul prompt. Unfortunately I can't leave a review since I didnt technically book through them. Anyways, yeah, Heather is just a moody cont(u) or maybe I just caught her at a bad time. Although what are the odds to catch Heather at the right time? Apparently I didn't. Well it doesn't matter, uhaul buries yelp reviews and who reads reviews about a place like u haul lol. Although if Heather reads this, this is a nicer version of what I said about you in the official uhaul feedback prompt. What's funny is that we scheduled another reservation but she didn't even ask for my information. So I'm not even sure if she even was truthful when she said she was gonna fix my reservation.
