Nice classic brewery with many tables, many beers and a decent amount of food options. I had: Coconut Battered Butterfly Shrimp (ok) House Breaded Southern Fried Chicken Sandwich (biggest sandwich ever ha, but good) Nachos (decent) House made Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting (great)

We keep coming back. The food and staff are always amazing. Sitting out in the sun or warm inside it's always a great spot to hang out.

After a bad first experience I decided to give Old Factory another try. Ordering at the bar is neither good nor bad, almost like any other business or FF (Although cannot compare to the local McDonald's). I don't remember the name of the craft beer, which was suggested, not bad, but not great either. Not really a fan of wood floors, open spaces; a group of around a dozen were at a communal table nearby, they were loud. I will say it did past the time waiting. Buzzer like what you get at Panera who h tells you your order is ready. Unfortunately the youngster in the kitchen started to give me the wrong order, quickly rectified. Ordered burger without lettuce, tomatoe and mayo, I didn't put on enough ketchup and mustard, but was good. FF were a pleasant surprise; nice texture, crispy, very good. After paying, I added the tip, which came $21+. I'm debating whether or not it was worth it, but I'm willing to give them another try after the disastrous first time. The problem in this county is places charge city prices for awful food and terrible service. I patronise another business in town because they are constantly and consistently very, very good. I get frustrated when local businesses have a variable experience. Just be forewarned, the experience could be very good or awful.

This was a great stop for drinks and snacks and I imagine it would be good for dinner as well. There are multiple local brews on tap, a competent cocktail list, and coconut shrimp came out hot, fast, and tasty. There's ample seating inside and out and the air conditioning is strong. Inside there's a shelf of toys and games which made it pleasant to relax as a family. There's also a glass wall to see the brewery and canning equipment, which I found way more entertaining than my kid.

Solid spot! Went here for dinner + drinks. Tried two different IPA's both were great, house Chardonnay was pretty good too. From the food menu, pork lion sandwich and fried chicken sandwich were both good (maybe slightly under flavored), Buffalo cauliflower was a bit over cooked but not bad at all, Buffalo chicken wings need improvement - boneless and pretty much looked just like the cauliflower, we couldn't tell which is what. I wasn't expecting chicken nuggets when I ordered WINGS. Good fries though. There's room for improvements but overall definitely a solid choice so I'm giving them 5 stars for trying and with the limited choices in the area, I'll take descent! There's a huge backyard with picnic tables too. Kid friendly

Overly fried french fries with very little sauerkraut.

It seems like they can't get the order right. This is the second time that I ordered the Reuben sandwich requesting a little extra sauerkraut because the first time I ordered it there was barely any. Well I guess the cook was upset with my request because not only that did I get less sauerkraut the french fries were overly fried and unedible.

I went there and sawzall is no longer on tap, the double is not there, something else was on tap advertised as a hazy(it was not). I'm done.

There is a huge parking lot located behind the brewery/restaurant with ample parking. We were seated immediately on a Saturday evening and brought menus and drinks. We ordered a few appetizers to start and if we were still hungry we were planning to order more. The chicken wings here are an absolute must. The chicken is tender and moist with a crisp exterior. The Cajun sauce was similar to buffalo but packed a better kick. We also ordered the Bavarian soft pretzels and garlic knots. The garlic knots were so light and fluffy and the marinara sauce was well seasoned and extra garlicky in flavor which we both enjoyed. The Bavarian pretzels were so good on their own they didn't even need the beer cheese or mustard dipping sauce. We were stuffed and did not have room for any more food. Can't wait to come back and check out the rest of the menu. Pricing is extremely reasonable as well.

There is however just one thing about it which rankles, and makes me less likely to return. Namely: The staff seem to have been instructed to demand aggressively that you pay up front--or swipe your card before you've even been served. Even if you're sitting at the bar (not outside). Problem 1: Tips should be based on the service rendered. I can't know what the service was like until we're done. So that forces patrons to choose the "run a tab" option even if just dropping in for one beer. Problem 2: This policy feels needlessly suspicious and hostile, as if USB doesn't trust their (almost exclusively well-heeled) clientele to pay. And this isn't some busy NYC bar where people occasionally walk on tabs. And bowhere else I've been in Hudson does this. If Governor's or Padrona tried it, regulars would look at the server like an extraterrestrial. Management might want to take a chill pill and try trusting their patrons more; Hudson is still a small town. Take the order, do a good job, give us a bill when we're ready... After the drinks and food are finished.

We arrived about 2 hours after opening on a Saturday afternoon in August and it was pretty packed. Since we had the dogs with us so we searched for a shady spot on a sunny afternoon so that they would be comfortable. Luckily we found one! The beer was good. We really enjoyed the Catch & Release, Mountain Life and the Dutchie. The basil in the Dutchie was really refreshing! We purchased Mountain Life and Dutchie in cans. The food was definitely not the highlight. They told us they were very behind and that the pizza would take an hour or more. They also wouldn't take our order initially because they had no buzzers left. We came back two times to see if any buzzers had come back. We ended up ordering the smash burger, the chicken sando, and fries. This order took about 20-25 mins. The Smash burger had a nice caramelization. The chicken sando was tasty, but not worth the wait. We will be back!
