This is a too notch spot to stop in for a bite, a beer, a glass of wine, lunch or to chill away an afternoon. Just off the main drag in Hudson, this brewery sparkles. A large outdoor seating area with umbrellas fronts access to an open modern indoor seating area and bar. The food, including the Aroncini, pretzel & beer cheese and fries were all a notch above every place else. Service was warm and friendly and super efficient. Beverages include beer and wine. Service is table-side with real silverware. The rest of our group went beer while I enjoyed a nice glass of rose. The unisex bathrooms are clean modern individual floor to ceiling rooms. Best I've ever seen. Great place! Go!!

Lovely spot, super nice people, dog friendly and the beer tasted good, just wish they had any beers that were stronger then Hudson River water. 6.8% is 2+% too weak for consenting adults. I WILL BE BACK, so PLEASE up your game by then and keep doing good!

What a gorgeous space! Beautiful indoors and a fantastic outdoor space with fire pits, too. Everything we tasted in our flights were really tasty and our bartender was friendly and helpful.

What great food at Union Street! I did not have any brews while here, but their mezze platter was A+++ and so were their tacos! The employees were friendly and seemed genuinely interested in engaging in conversation with their patrons. Their restroom is all-gender with a large shared sink area. It was clean with multi-stalls that are very private from floor to ceiling. They have a parking lot which was nice compared to street parking a lot of other places. This place seems great for large groups of people especially in nice weather as there is ample room outside for everyone! I didn't realize there was a downstairs until we were leaving, but it looked like such a fun place for groups to also hang out! Would definitely visit here again!

    Shrimp tacos - delicious!

We unfortunately just missed happy hr that ended at 6pm but it seems like they have some great deals through the week if you're in the area. The service was slow at first but they were switching waitresses for our table it seemed. The new staff was great. We ended up getting 2 sampler flights to try each of the 10 different beers they had. My favorite ended p being their hibiscus blonde ale which is very unique. You can also take 4 packs home with you and order with the waitress. If they don't stock in 4 packs they are happy to pack 32 oz bottles for you on draft.

There is a huge parking lot located behind the brewery/restaurant with ample parking. We were seated immediately on a Saturday evening and brought menus and drinks. We ordered a few appetizers to start and if we were still hungry we were planning to order more. The chicken wings here are an absolute must. The chicken is tender and moist with a crisp exterior. The Cajun sauce was similar to buffalo but packed a better kick. We also ordered the Bavarian soft pretzels and garlic knots. The garlic knots were so light and fluffy and the marinara sauce was well seasoned and extra garlicky in flavor which we both enjoyed. The Bavarian pretzels were so good on their own they didn't even need the beer cheese or mustard dipping sauce. We were stuffed and did not have room for any more food. Can't wait to come back and check out the rest of the menu. Pricing is extremely reasonable as well.

If you have a gluten allergy this is the place because all of their wings are GF and they have GF buns for their burgers. My one complaint is don't order the Korean Bbq. In no way is that Korean bbq. They toss it in a tomato base I'm like where is the gochujang? Where's the sesame oil? The gluten free soy sauce? Yeah it wasn't the flavor they called it but the wings over all were good so I still have them 5 stars! I recommend the Thai wings, they are fantastic!

Despite the fact that they were set up outside (under the tents they brought) in the pouring rain, everything was so fresh and tasty! The serving team was all very sweet and they made sure my husband and I got food set aside for us specifically so we could actually eat. Everyone I talked to loved the food and it was so nice to have food at our wedding that felt fun and interesting, not just your standard 'chicken or beef' wedding meal! Jocelyn was also great throughout the process about answering all my questions & helping figure out how much glassware and dinnerware we needed to rent. She even was able to add a custom item onto our wedding menu that has sentimental value for us (and it tasted exactly like I remember!). Almost half of our wedding budget went to catering and it was 100% worth it. Thank you, Jocelyn & co!

From the moment we met Jocelyn and Jared and tasted their food, we knew they were the right caterers for us. From the freshly baked sourdough Roman-style pizza and the seafood paella to the fried chicken, brisket, and everything in between, these two know how to prepare amazing food for large groups of people, serve it fresh and hot, and make your wedding feel like their only priority. Let's start with the wedding itself. Their range of menu options and bar service is so vast that you will surely find what you're looking for. And if you don't, they are more than willing to adapt to your desires. We worked together to create the best menu for our big day and it came together perfectly. The photos you see online are real. The food is not only delicious but served beautifully. And they work with the Owls Hoot Barn (among other venues in the area) all the time so have everything perfectly coordinated with the venue. We also hosted our Friday night welcome party and Sunday family brunch at their pub, and it was the perfect location, set five minutes from where our guests were staying. They were so hospitable and accommodating and went the extra mile to prepare the venue for our guests and make it the most beautiful, special spot for these moments. Not to mention the food, which was amazing. Their fee includes everything, so there are absolutely no surprises. Their staff is wonderful. They do it all, from food to the bar, from small gatherings to large affairs. We feel like family and look forward to eating at their pub for many years to come. Thank you Jocelyn and Jared, for making our wedding weekend so special.

We arrived about 2 hours after opening on a Saturday afternoon in August and it was pretty packed. Since we had the dogs with us so we searched for a shady spot on a sunny afternoon so that they would be comfortable. Luckily we found one! The beer was good. We really enjoyed the Catch & Release, Mountain Life and the Dutchie. The basil in the Dutchie was really refreshing! We purchased Mountain Life and Dutchie in cans. The food was definitely not the highlight. They told us they were very behind and that the pizza would take an hour or more. They also wouldn't take our order initially because they had no buzzers left. We came back two times to see if any buzzers had come back. We ended up ordering the smash burger, the chicken sando, and fries. This order took about 20-25 mins. The Smash burger had a nice caramelization. The chicken sando was tasty, but not worth the wait. We will be back!
