Onion rings, buffalo wings and garlic parm

I would absolutely come back here! The wings are so good !!! The fries looked good but i had onion rings which were great as well. Had a flight to try multiple beer flavors that have a good selection. Service was quick id go back and try one of the sandwiches. Pretty spacious in here too the perfect spot to watch a game or just catch a good meal and drink with friends.

Woodstock Brewing in Phoenicia is a local brewery serving a rotating menu of seasonal brews and a fulsome food menu. We came at lunchtime for a flight of bees and a bite to eat. We opted for the fried Thai chicken sandwich with juicy chicken thighs fried in tempura and arrowroot batter served with pickled carrots and sriracha aioli. This makes for an ideal casual lunch or dinner venue for good eats and even better brews

This place is located in a small shopping plaza that frankly looks abandoned so I never realized the gem that was nestled here, Woodstock Brewery. Stopped in on my way to camping to grab a burger and I got a random brew that was pinkish in color and man it was so tasty!! They don't have traditional waiter service but that doesn't mean be stingy and skimp on the tip. Tipping here isn't like Starbucks where they ask for tips just for doing the job they get paid for. The staff here does bring you your food as well as clean up after you so if you tend to be a slob make sure you tip appropriately because I'm sure your adorable mom doesn't work there to clean up after you. They offer indoor seating where you'll get air conditioning or you can sit outside in whatever outdoor temps are the day of your visit. I'll most certainly recommend this place to hikers in the area for refueling after a long hike.

Came back a year later and had just as amazing of an experience. I truly had been dreaming of the cauliflower wings for the last year and I was so happy to get them amazing. Just as incredible as I remembered! Loved the laid back atmosphere and the beers were all fantastic. A must try if you are in the area!

My friend and I walked in and there was a sign to wait to be seated but we were told we could sit wherever we wanted and to go up to the bar to order food and drinks. There are two large dining rooms with small and long tables and board games. The menu had a variety of items and some things you may not expect a brewery to have. I had the pink lemonade sour which was delicious. I loved the Thai chicken sandwich it was something different and had a great sauce and was nice and crispy without being oily. The food came out quickly and you could taste how fresh it was. The place could get loud but for the most part was quiet

I don't usually like fried foods but everything here was interestingly fried and it was so delicious! The salad was super fresh and the tacos were quite filled! All the beers and drinks were delicious. We had outdoor seating where we brought our dogs and it was so nice. The servers were all awesome and the service was so quick. Definitely would come back here again!

The chicken soup was amazing! It was absolutely delicious and I really need the recipe for it! The pork pozole soup was nice as well with a good kick. Minus points because the classic mild chicken wings were lazy - just unseasoned wings tossed in Frank's RedHot sauce. Maybe the other kinds of wings would've been better. Also got the Thai fried chicken sandwhich and the chicken must've been leftover or something because the fry was too dark and the chicken way too dry and chewy. There was plenty of seating inside with large windows so good natural lighting. The service was okay. You seat yourself and go up to the counter to order and there's water in the back you can get yourself. The food came out pretty quick.

Solid brewery in the Catskills of New York State. Ample parking, large menu with a nice variety of beer, lots of available seating, friendly staff, and excellent food. My girlfriend and I stopped in on a Friday night in May. We're from South Jersey and this was our first time here. Sat at the bar and had dinner and a few beers. We each ordered a flight and a full pour. Of the sixteen or so beers on tap, we were able to try a good portion of them. They were all good, but none that were truly outstanding to us. We ordered the Thai chicken sandwich and smash burgers, and both were very good. I will say I was surprised at the overall price. Two flights, two full pours, and cheeseburger and fries and a chicken sandwich and fries came to $87.12. With standard 20% tip it was $104.54. We're not from the area, but live in a high COL area ourselves and even this seemed incredibly high for what we received.

I've been here a bunch of times and I always feel the same -- the beer is great, but the food leaves a lot to be desired. The only things we've found to be consistently good is the smash burger, fries, and onion rings. This time we tried the chicken quesadillas and they were brutally bland and pretty soggy. Great space, but I really wish the food was better. All of the servers/ bartenders were super friendly!

4.5 stars Woodstock Brewing was located at the corner of a small strip mall on one of the main roads in the Catskills. The modern space offered a huge indoor dining area and bar, as well as an outdoor lawn with picnic tables. Since it was in a shopping center, there was easy parking available as well. In terms of the drinks, they had a bunch of beers on tap, cans available for take-out, and a full bar offering custom and standard cocktails. We decided to order a tasting flight of 4 beers, so that we could try a few of their brews. The ones that we sampled included the: 1.) Raspberry Gose - perfect balance of fruit and sourness, but a bit watery and lacking body 2.) Mean Charlene Fruited Gose - DELICIOUS! Loved the amount of sourness and the tropical fruit flavor, which came from pineapple, mango, passion fruit, and key lime 3.) Balloon Ranger IPA - not noted as a hazy IPA, but certainly presented as one. Good body and notes of citrus. 4.) Endless Cycle IPA - a pretty standard IPA that was enjoyable and super hoppy. It had a good body and mouth feel, as well as notes of pineapple and the slightest hint of citrus Unlike most other breweries, they also had their own kitchen. So, we enjoyed the flight with a basket of salty Tortilla Chips and Chunky Salsa/Pico de Gallo. We enjoyed the snack so much that we decided to stay at the brewery for lunch. I ordered 2 tacos, selecting both the Brussel Sprouts and the Smoked Chicken varieties. I was not a fan of the vegan one, which was oily and contained what was more like pureed sprouts. The chicken one, on the other hand, was excellent! The tender chicken had been marinated in a sauce of their Tenth Decibel stout and seasoned with cumin, oregano, garlic, and Aji Panca. The poultry had been smoked and pulled before being placed in the corn tortilla. The chicken was just so intensely flavorful! My dining companion thought his dual-patty Smash Burger was outstanding, though the accompanying thickly-cut fries were rather greasy. Overall, I would recommend stopping at the convenient and delicious Woodstock Brewing when in the area.

Hubs goes nuts for beers that are fresh, new and exciting. Well...I've had a change in heart. No, no, no- I will not drink beer in this lifetime- but lately, I've been giving hubs his flowers for digging deep in menus that not only showcase their beer- but also have a banging eating menu. And Woodstock Brewing on Route 28 in Phoenicia, made the mark. This is no tiny operation. The folks who realized their love for beer turned this place slick. Weather was gorgeous sans humidity the Saturday late afternoon we came and sitting outside called for it. With that, came putting your order at the outside bar and meals brought to you. Unless you're getting a cold one which you can just wait on the spot. Hubs loved his Woodstock Lager and felt it was interesting and refreshing and my Spicy Margarita knocked me real good. I felt the strength and the heat. So much heat- I had to ask for some simple sugar to balance everything. Hubs loves his burger hooked up to the nines and my Buffalo Cauliflower 'wings' were outrageously great. These are addictive- even if you're a meat eater. The batter was heavenly-soft. The sauce didn't drench the delicate flowers. The crispy edges did me in. Endless love. These guys have put themselves on the Catskills map and beyond. Even if you don't come for the beer- like I did, come for the food, cocktails and vibe.

    Eat at the bar!

Always delicious! We love their array of brews, and a nice selection for the non-beer-drinker, too. But their food keeps bringing us back! Tacos, salads, smash burgers, onion rings (ask for the chipotle aioli- yummmm) -- everything is delicious every time!

Several of the tables were reserved but we were able to get seated in the backroom corner for our party of 5. It was order at the front and service tagged to the table number. We waited at the front for our drinks. The clientele was a mix of adults and families so there was a moderate level of noise. The staff was super friendly. There are fridges with canned beverages to-go and also branded clothing for sale. 2 individual bathrooms. Overall, a great time with good tasting beers.

There is a huge parking lot located behind the brewery/restaurant with ample parking. We were seated immediately on a Saturday evening and brought menus and drinks. We ordered a few appetizers to start and if we were still hungry we were planning to order more. The chicken wings here are an absolute must. The chicken is tender and moist with a crisp exterior. The Cajun sauce was similar to buffalo but packed a better kick. We also ordered the Bavarian soft pretzels and garlic knots. The garlic knots were so light and fluffy and the marinara sauce was well seasoned and extra garlicky in flavor which we both enjoyed. The Bavarian pretzels were so good on their own they didn't even need the beer cheese or mustard dipping sauce. We were stuffed and did not have room for any more food. Can't wait to come back and check out the rest of the menu. Pricing is extremely reasonable as well.

We had a packed itinerary for the day, but this was directly in our sights so we had to stop in. Just up the road from the main drag through Livingston Manor, it's got a working-farm vibe with updated and sleek equipment. There was no hesitation from the bartender to fold us right into the action, and I'm not a painter, but it was really fun for me to step outside my comfort zone and get crafty while enjoying the company of some really cool people. We had our complimentary pour along with the paint and sip price, and I remember the Oktoberfest (fiance got the sour) being a great, hearty, fall classic that set the tone for the rest of our busy day. They have a nice selection of gear at their gift shop, and their logo'd brown striped retro beanie is on my head as we speak; it's my favorite winter hat. I rarely buy merch while on vacation, for a variety of reasons, but the price was right on most of their items out for display.
