Terrible customer service. I went up there to find some parts for my ski and I was completely forgotten about when someone came looking to buy a ski. Owner cannot take a joke and is very rude. He looked at a part, told me how much it was and i dramatically said "55?!?" he then proceeds to ask me what my problem was and says he's not "giving me a part number because of the way i acted" Never going back there again. I recommend Advanced watercraft in Cropwell they are much better. read more

horrible customer service by an arrogant owner who will belittle you. Took ski in for taking on water (wasn't told when I dropped it off it was almost a 5 week wait) 450$ and almost 2 wks later, I put it in only for it to fill up with water again!!! No refund, no partial refund, nothing other than "a tube prob blew off when you started riding it" not everyone will get bad service, but sure wish id read reviews before taking the opinion of a few people off a Facebook page. A single mother with 3 jobs to give my child what he deserves, just wish we could get what we deserve without greed taking the advantage. read more

Buck's Island really pleased us with a great pontoon and trailer at a wonderful price.More than…read morethat they proved what a quality place they really are.We drove from Indianapolis area all the way to Buck's Island because they had an 8 year old pontoon with only 267 hours with a 90 HP Mercury and a trailer all in excellent condition for only$16,999.We went on a 20 minute test drive and everything checked out.On the way home we stopped in Kentucky to fill the boat gas tank.Upon launching it ran for a couple of minutes,then died and wouldn't start.I called Patrick,our salesman,who got a mechanic to walk me through a few things ,it would crank but not start.Patrick assured me everything would be OK.We took it to a local marina(A and E Marine)who found water and sediment in the fuel.The entire fuel system needed a flush plus a fuel module to the tune of $2100.Without hesitation Buck's Island paid the bill.Hours later it is perfect.I am so impressed with how they stood behind their 30 day engine warranty on an 8 year old boat.They could have tried to squirm out of their responsibility by blaming the fuel I put in but didn't. Apparently the boat must have been sitting and the better fuel was a level in the tank when we test drove and the contaminated fuel wasn't apparent until it got stirred up.Buck's Island also had performed a 300 hour service before we left.They stood behind what they sold.I will drive there again when I need another boat .Mark Hanna.

I called the owner to speak with him about this situation and he told me that they didn't use the drain port to run it they had a cooling Port that they hooked up to which you would know and I know is a complete lie! They would not take responsibility now I am $430 out for the repair it does not run I cannot figure out how to get it running so it's just sitting there. These people are incompetent

When we got back on the interstate the shaking started again. Deciding that we needed a tire shop to figure out what was going on we found Bullocks Tire Store on Yelp. They balanced one front tire and that didn't do it. Then he checked another front tire and found that the tire had a huge bulb on it and if we hadn't stopped it would have blown out on he interstate. We really appreciate Bullock's working with us to find what was wrong and getting us back on the road safely. They went the extra mile to locate, pick up and install the correct new tire. We were able to travel with the confidence that Bullock's helped us avoid a potentially dangerous situation to make it home safely.

I pulled off at the next open tire shop, and the mechanic let me know my rear driver side tire was about to blow - sure enough, it was shredding up. I had to be on the coast within 5 hours so asked if they thought I could make it. They said no, but I also did not have but but a half hour to spare. With a full lobby of people waiting, they were able to squeeze my tire change in out in the lot when hands became free while swapping out other vehicles/customers. All of this, labor + decent shape used tire, for a total of under $50!

After an hour, I was told it would still be about 45 minutes to get my vehicle's tires rotated. I try to purchase locally, but this is lousy customer service. I purchased a used Yamaha wave runner 3-15-20, put it in water the same day. Could not get it started, returned it, and the owner told me he was very sorry and they would have it ready the next day.
