Didn't pay attention to what actually went into trailer. Trusted the quality of what I was getting. Get home only to find out it's full of rocks. Rocks big enough to make it unusable to fit in between crevices of stepping stones. I had to return it.. which was something I've never done. Vic took it back, helped me unload it and was apologetic. Vic personally told me he "owed me one". 2) a month later I purchased 2 yards of concrete mix from Vic... was pouring concrete that day and found myself short about 1/16 to 1/8 yard. I went back to Vic.. kindly showed him photos of how I was a quarter wheelbarrow short.. and politely reminded him how I had to return the decomposed granite a month back due to all the rock that got scooped in with it. I thought Vic would Comp me such a small amount of concrete mix.. I was asking for 1/8 yard.. which at $38 per yard the math works out to be $4.75 of mix.. Vic proceeded to overcharge me at $6 .. I'm not upset over the price.. it's the principle of him "owing me one". I will start going to axner excavating even though it's 3 times the distance from my house. Vic lost a customer based on his apparent "word".

The organic soil grows really great vegetables and Vic is very particular about not getting pesticide and chemical ridden material for his soils like most places in this area. Every three or four years if you add mushroom compost to the surface of your garden it will continue growing and producing in abundance. We found the mushroom compost to be very good or fruit trees as well. Put it around the base of your peach and nectarine trees to stave off leaf curl and produce sweet juicy fruit. Thanks Guys!

Once it arrived, everything went exactly as promised. The delivery was no easy task. The apartment is on the second floor with a narrow, challenging staircase and a difficult entry. The delivery team handled it with professionalism and care, removed our old refrigerator, installed the new one, and never once bumped a wall or damaged anything. It was impressive to watch how efficiently and carefully they worked. They also cleaned up after themselves, made sure everything was working properly, and confirmed that we were completely satisfied before they left. It's refreshing to work with a company that still takes pride in customer service. Their pricing was excellent, everyone was friendly and easy to work with, and I was especially impressed that they could order exactly what we wanted even though it wasn't on the showroom floor. Originally I called around different places, and almost got completely scared out of the process. On a casual phone call ( elsewhere) I was quoted $20K ,and at the end of the call $18k for another ( lower budget model ) I assumed prices had skyrocketed and perhaps we shouldn't be purchasing anything after all.- Went to SS & B and had a very good experience browsing the large showroom. The Tubs there were starting at below about 6k, and probably averaged to 12k -15k or more? I had MANY choices in my range, and almost too many to choose from. We fell in LOVE with a 'filled' floor model that came with a bunch of add ons and a 5 yr warranty. Free delivery, chemicals , at home demo , and a bunch more. Went back another 2 times to ask millions of questions and finally pulled the trigger. I could not believe it arrived one week later. It all went faster then we expected and we actually had to wait for the electrician appt to happen after delivery. After the electrician filled the tub and left, they came BACK out to show us all the ropes and get us going. All in all, I had changed my mind on the placement ( while it was still empty) ,called several times, stopped by several more, and have been So happy with everyone I've encountered. We have been so in love with the hot tub, and used them for our first drain and fill service after 3 months. The tech was on time and addressed all my new crazy questions and showed me some things I still hadn't learned about. He also was fast and great at what he does, and really likes his job. Upbeat and all nice people ! This is the way to purchase imo. The customer service has been unbeatable and invaluable, everyone there is a pro, and happy to help. I…read morehad a chair my mother gave me, and old cracked leather armchair that she had found at a garage sale. I love that chair hand had it for ten years. By the end the stuffing was coming out of it and the seat was broken and being held in place by a piece of sheet metal shoved in the bottom. I wasn't sure if it was salvageable, but a friend recommended this place to me. They were so friendly and even unloaded the chair for me. I didn't want leather and even brought my own fabric. The chair looks brand new and they fixed the bottom so I can actually sit in it. I couldn't be happier with my chair and it was well worth every penny to bring it back to life.
