    We purchased our amazing spa at the beginning of this year. We love to support family owned businesses so I am very happy to have found Shasta Spas & BBQ's. Theo was our sales rep and he was full of knowledge. You can def tell he's the go to guy for any spa and bbq questions. Not only that he was very friendly and NEVER pressured us to purchase anything. He made sure that we understood all the different specs for different spas and feel comfortable and excited for what we were to purchase. We went home that day and my husband did some research and made our decision to purchasing the Marquis "The Epic" model. Delivery team was nothing but perfection. The guys were super friendly and orientated us on how to take care of our new spa. Theresa (wife of Theo) called us that evening to make sure that we were happy with our purchase. And of course we were thrilled. We wanted to jump right in that night but with Mother Nature and temp of the water did not permit but when we did get the chance we took full advantage. All 65 jets worked perfectly and felt amazing. Even during this hot summer days we love jumping in the cool spa since we are able to turn off the heat and lower the temp. Over all we are beyond happy and satisfied with our purchase. Thank you Theo for being so amazing! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Shasta Spas and Bbq to everyone!

Justin responded within minutes and after speaking briefly on the phone setup an appointment for a tech to come to my home in red bluff two days later. Trent arrived Wednesday morning ready to tackle the problem. He spent an hour patiently troubleshooting all possibilities. He was competent and thorough. He didn't mind me hovering a bit so as to learn what I could while he worked. He took the time check each different component as they kept checking out OK. He could have gave up and tried shotgunning parts I guess but didn't. Eventually, using a pressure manometer he found the incoming gas pressure was too low to initiate firing up (Even though you could smell the gas when it tried to fire up). Walking back to the side of house near the PGE gas meter we found a second shut-off valve (there is a shut-off valve at the heater) that had PARTIALLY gotten turned. Problem solved. After years of ill-feelings from my experience with pool contractors in general it was great to find Executive Pool & Spa. Promptness, knowledge, integrity, courtesy all get an A+ from me.

They input all my specs, tested the water, and gave me a very detailed report. It explained exactly what it said and what would remedy any issue. It was precise to my gallons, and the products I needed to use, I asked a lot of questions, as I'm trying to master my water care ( and am still learning the ropes ) Excellent service from someone who was knowledgeable and enjoyed doing his job. And even though their sales price was still $30 more than Lowe's I thought it might be true that Leslie's product was superior and might last longer. It wasn't until I had gotten into my car however that I noticed the receipt showed the regular price was charged. So I went back into the store and questioned them about the price but was told that I would have to purchase the product online in order to receive the discount. I would have to go home, order online to pick up in their store, return my original purchase then pick up the new online order version. Funny thing, I got on my computer when I got home and yes, it showed the discounted price but when it came to checkout it had returned to normal price. Whatever. And business owners wonder why they are failing these days. Obviously, they have forgotten to take care of their customers. And they just lost me.

    From start to finish this is pretty much seamless. However there are some hiccups. Conversations…read morethat were said to have had had not been had, plans that were altered not added to the plan , which resulted in surprise bills invoices sent to the wrong party for things that weren't ordered but necessary I.e shot crete after rain. Poor communication which was somewhat rectified but is now a farce unless you contact a supervisor directly. Don't get me wrong. My pool looks amazing. There are some things that anger me greatly about the subcontractors that were there that I've discussed with management and hopefully that's fixed. It's just some of that stuff can be tweaked and fixed before it becomes an issue And I understand they do a shit ton of pools throughout the year, but every customer should be A number one, not just the next customer. And this should carry on through service for the at least the first month of free service that's offered for a new pool. People that need recognition are Chris Russo, Jimmy Havens and his crew Jonny and Kyle, even with the bird mishap and Aaron the plumber.
