Nice fellow but not a thorough inspection with prices because the attic wasn't checked. Then we tried to go through my insurance. The inspector came out and my deductible was originally higher than the price quoted. I asked if I needed to be home for the new roof because I work a lot. They all said no. James, Alina and others. Then I get a phone call ftom The project mgr today while I'm with patients saying he needs to speak with me and the original price was going to be 5000 more. They know I had rotting wood during the inspection due to one of the inspectors foot almost you going through where it was soft under the shingles. Then the project manager stood over me asking to give a rating before he left otherwise he and the employees wouldn't get their 50.00 each. The roofers and clean up crew worked extremely hard. I thought this was so unfair I'd rate the roofers thus far a 5 star but the company's policy a 1 star adding much stress to this expensive procedure. I thought it was tacky stating I had to fill out a review before he left or they each wouldn't get their 50.00. May even be illegal. As a chiropractic physician I would not ask my patient to write a review and watch them doing it before they left my clinic. We will see how good the roof and gutters are after the first rain and windstorm. The roof crew did clean up thoroughly from what I can see. They left after 8 pm and it was dusky. The gentlemen that came today to repair the ceiling were respectful, hardworking and had great work ethics and cleaned up afterwards. Also the two men that installed the gutters and flashings did a great job.

Most companies wouldn't even give me a quote because I wasn't the official homeowner. Not A1! Christian came out right away, did an incredibly thorough inspection, and later walked me through his detailed report and the 200+ photos he took. That level of detail gave me full confidence to move forward. I immediately signed to have the roof installed after closing. Five Stars for Christian! Then just days before closing, my bank suddenly required the roof to be replaced before they'd clear the loan. Total stress--until A1 stepped in. They coordinated with my attorneys and, within two days, had the crew replacing the roof. Moses, the project manager, was phenomenal--constant updates, hands-on management, and even local recommendations since I'm new to the area. When my realtor and I stopped by, we saw the crew's craftsmanship in action. The property was spotless when they finished, and the roof looks beautiful. Five Stars for Moses and his amazing crew! From start to finish--Christian's inspection, Moses' project management, and the hardworking crew--A1 delivered top-notch service. Absolutely Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs…read more This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a contractor. The drywall work was sloppy and unprofessional--gouges in the joint compound, visible tape, entire sections missed, and thick, uneven corners that ruined the look of our newly remodeled kitchen. I had to point out spots he didn't even tape! He claimed the painter should finish sanding (not true), and lied, saying the primer would hide the flaws (it makes them more visible). Because of his poor work, we had to pay our painters extra to fix what he should have done right. He was also extremely disrespectful. When I pointed out issues, he reacted like a child having a tantrum--aggressively sanding while I stood nearby, covering me in dust. I looked like I was caught outside in the snow. I paid $2,500 for this nightmare and he told me when I was pointing out the "imperfections," that I was "nit-picking." He didn't put down any protection, and thank God we had tarps in place ourselves. But during his tirade, he kicked up the tarp sending more dust everywhere and all over the carpet. He also tried to float his own boat about how everyone says he is so clean all the time. And the most outrageous part of the entire ordeal? He made a blatantly racist remark, saying, "I hate Blacks and Indians." Absolutely disgusting. On top of it, he was referred to us by another contractor who had completed other work on our home. He was awesome and had impeccable workmanship. This sheetrock guy actually said that his work was sloppy! Some way to treat someone that gets you the job. If I could give zero stars, I would.

They came out and the same guy that was here tried arguing with me about it with a different guy saying "it can't be fixed" I got my husband on the phone as he requested. They spoke and an entire team came out... THEY STILL DID IT WRONG. It was much better but we didn't realize how steep the slope was until the shed guys came out.. LOOK AT THESE PICS.
