I did the drive- in today to cash a check and there were 2 tellers. The bank is under construction…read moreso there isn't much foot traffic. My transaction was simple and was asked if depositing or cash. I hadn't sent a deposit slip in..and answered "cash". I asked for a specific bill. When I received the money, it was not correct so I sent it back and 3xplained again what I wanted. The other teller took care of it and sent it back and said not a word. No have a nice day or anything. Fromt line employees like this turn people off. We have several accounts here and I was pleasant in my manner. The Bank changed some of the branches routing numbers, causing many of my auto pay bills to go unpaid, by checks with old routing numbers to get returned, this has caused me nothing but trouble.
