While this store is most convenient, it typically has a low stock of girls clothing, which is challenging for me. I do appreciate that they will price match their website because I have found on a few occasions they are cheaper online. It's been a minute since, I've been to Old Navy. The times, I've gone in, they have really cute outfits. I was in Arlington so, I decided to check it out. Here's, what I found out. They have their Winter clothes out already. There wasn't any merchandise that was really eye-catching. The prices weren't the best, they had a small line that moved slowly and they had a valuable employee that was very helpful, she was walking around the store, trying to get people to open up a credit card. Now I know what this store has very low rating. Very rude employee! Do not recommend! The one who checked me out seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. She scanned all my items ( all of them are kid clothes). One rang up 49.99 and it was one cheap graphic T shirt for kids. She scanned it again and didn't realize why it was price like that until I told her it was wrong and impossible . She didn't offer any solution to fix it and said "I can't do anything" I have to tell her to remove the item. At this point I wanted to leave. After all, no thank you, no thing. Just hang me my bag. To me this old navy seemed very unorganized. Everything was just kind of thrown everywhere. Sizes were not in order from small to large they were all over the place. Staff was not very friendly, no one there to say welcome in or anything. The girl at the register was nice, but started signing me up for a credit card without asking for my approval first. Also the line was super long, I was probably in line for 20 minutes just to get a few pairs of jeans. All in all I would say please organize your store. When I went inside there weren't that many people. Due to COVID the dressing rooms are closed, however you can always return what doesn't fit to the store. They also offer curb-side pick up, if you don't want to head into the store. I usually hit up the clearance section at Old Navy. I picked up a black cardigan for work and a Spurs t-shirt. Old Navy is a hit or miss for me and I was glad that I found a couple things to add to my wardrobe. read more

Cashier was not polite at all, treated customers as kids, waving at them to come to the register to pay instead of saying: "next customer" no customer service whatsoever. This Old Navy location is a bit outdated and not the best maintained but still a good store.

This is a decent Old Navy. Nice selection for men, women, and kids. Of course, you might find stuff misplaced, i.e., things on the clearance rack that are not on clearance, things under a $12 sign that aren't in fact $12, etc. When I visited, I found the staff very helpful, but the wait in line was about 15 minutes, so be prepared to wait. It's a chain that falls in line with it's fellow chain counterparts. So, if you like Old Navy, go for it. read more

Usually overpriced so look for sale items. Store is clean with average service, crime in area.

The Arlington location has lost my business. There is no mask mandate but refused to help me (even though I'm 8 months pregnant and have been told not to wear a mask) the colleyville location is way nicer and had no issues with me shipping maskless so I will continue to shop there instead of Arlington. Plus the Arlington location has the plastic shielded up in front of the registers.... Wasn't going to return my entire purchase but proceeded to do so after this experience. read more

Waited in line for almost an hour just to find out the clothing I had picked out wasn't on sale-- even though they were next to a sign that said it was. I normally don't have a problem with Old Navy, but today I got extremely rude customer service. Tried to make a return that got denied by their system and was told i must've made "too many returns with my drivers license number" even though I had never made an Old Navy return before. Manager told me I could only exchange if I could find the receipt, which I was able to find in my car. Went back in to exchange with the receipt and was given dirty looks/ side eye and the ladies at the counter whispered about me as I stood in line. Was able to exchange but the girl was very short and rude with me. I don't know if they think I was trying somehow to pull a fast one over on them or what, but their attitude and nastiness towards me was uncalled for, especially when I was nothing but polite. Plus, they took away the return desk separate from the check out counter, so now you have to stand in the long line of people making their purchases just to return something. read more

I had to make an unexpected trip into Old Navy yesterday after my daughter threw up all over herself. She was completely covered and needed an outfit change ASAP! The manager made sure I was able to get in and out quickly so my daughter didn't have to stay in her soiled clothes for long. I am so very appreciative of that kindness from Old Navy. Old Navy used to be located closer to the mall but a few years ago it relocated to the Highlands. As a result they lost quite a bit of floor space and their merchandise is now limited, if you ask me. This store is typical of many Old Navy stores...it's messy, clothes are strewn everywhere, employees are hard to find, and the checkout line is always long regardless of which day of the week you visit. But if you're willing to look past the mess you will probably find some good deals, especially at the messy clearance rack. read more

Worst experience ever! Somebody was taking pictures of me at the fitting room!!! I was in the fitting room trying on the clothes I choose, when I noticed something moving on the top of the right wall that immediately caught my attention. For the moment my head thought was a head but I thought you were crazy! I kept trying my clothes after no more than 30 seconds there was a cell phone in the same place. I was so upset that I went out and knocked on the door of the next door and oh surprise after two minutes a young man of 18-20 years old laughed. I confronted him and he only made a face of not knowing what i was saying, obviously he wanted to leave. I was very upset and there was no one there to help me. Then I walked with him to the cashier area where there was an African-American woman to whom I tried to explain what happened and I just stared as if I were crazy I think that was something that makes me even more mad. Horrible customer service. Came back with my receipt to get a promised credit of 20% off. When I get here they took away 10% ... so really it was only a credit of 10%. I waited about 20 minutes as they attempted to correct this. The computer ends up crashing and the girl helping me looks so annoyed and says it's up to me if I want to wait. Bad customer service is one of my pet peeves! 10% off is not worth dealing with this girls rudeness and indifference. It really wasn't that big of a deal... what did it for me was her attitude. The customer service here is terrible! I live about 45 minutes away and searched for a particular item on the old navy website, it said this location had it available. I drove there the next morning after I had checked again. And when I went to the register and said "may I ask a question?" Hillary (one of the sales associates) said "uh sure" and I asked about the item. She then said "yeah we don't have it" and I told her I looked online and it said this location did. And she said well it updates every 24 hours and I said well that's also strange bc online it says it updates every 10-15 minutes. She said whatever I'll get someone to check but we don't have it. Deceptive pricing and poor customer service. I went there today with my kids. At the check out line there were items in the $1 rack to tempt kids and torture parents. After repeatedly denying my kids' request to buy a toy for $5 or $10, I agree that they could spend one dollar each, since there was a $1 rack. When we went to check out the item rang up for $5. When I pointed out that the items were clearly on the $1 rack to the manager who was at the counter at the time she said that the items are $5 as marked and at times "we run out if space." I did not buy the 2 items that my kids and I thought were $1, which obviously upset my kids. I took a picture of the product placement. I drove away and then decided that it was not a good example for my kids to purchase from a store that had poor customer service and did not honor the pricing that was on racks. So, we went back and returned what we purchased a few minutes prior, as a lesson for my kids to not shop where customer service is poor and pricing is deceptive. One of my girls commented that she thought it was wrong for the store to put one price on the shelf and then charge another when it was time to pay for them... Also, when I returned after only being out if the store for 15 minutes, the $1 sign had been removed from that rack. So, the manager I originally spoke with obviously knew it was not right! In any other store in an industry where competition is so fierce, a well trained manager would have honored the miss-priced items then corrected the problem.... Now, for what could have been an $8 correction, they lost $80 sales, my future business, the future business of my two girls (entering puberty and shopping age), the effects of anytime I/we speak of this issue to other potential customers of Old Navy (which is owned by The GAP), and whatever effects this review has..... read more

The point of my review is to say KUDOS to Old Navy, they have changing tables in BOTH the men and women restrooms!! Yes!!! This location is always packed, hard to get around people with strollers blocking the very hard to get around rack as it is already and putting the clearance rack in the damn check out line during and after Christmas is the stupidest thing that I've ever seen in my life. I complained to the manager and he basically told me to deal with it and "that's where corporate told him to put it", so with that being said I called corporate and they said that no we don't tell the managers to place the clearance racks so close to the check out line or in this case basically in the damn check out line. Needless to say if I absolutely happen to be in Arlington and have to go to this location for an item I might but the Burleson location is 100 times better than this location. read more
