I have been commuting by this old navy for 14 years now, finally had a chance to visit this store. I am very impress with the store. It has excellent inventory, probability the best among all the ones in Bergen county, plenty of deals and sales. They have good collections for men, women and kids. The cashier was super helpful, she helped us redeem two Cash coupons by splitting our purchases into two transactions. Store associates were checking on helping us too while shopping. I am going to visit this store more often if I need to go to an Old Navy. read more

I needed some sweats immediately . Went to this old navy, looked through multiple sizes of the same sweats on a big table that said "NOW $10", it was a huge mess because it's the week before Christmas but I finally found my size. Wait on a long line while they have only two cashiers, the weekend before christmas with major sales going on. I waited about 20 min on the line for them to ring it up to $25 after a 20% discount. I told her there are Multiple sweats in a lot of sizes and colors on the table and her manager told her to ask someone else about it. She asked someone else and he just was like idk it must be shorts and not sweats that are $10. No sorry, no let me go check. No let me honor it since u waited on a like for 20 mins and it's not ur fault there's 60 pairs of sweats mislabeled . Will never go back there again EVER read more

This is a pretty decent Old Navy with a larger selection than Edgewater. Clothing and style choices are steadily improving across the chain. I like this store because it was so much larger than it appeared on the outside. Staff was very friendly and professional. Unlike other Old Navy stores, this store actually promotes the email only sales, which is a big plus for the customer! read more

Store employs bait and switch tactics which are distasteful. Has BIG "tops 40% off" above displays with t-shirts. Sounds good, right? Nope. Go to pay and they tell you that those shirts are "excluded" from the sale. The sign is prominently above the display with no other sign saying otherwise. read more

Hi, I am a Old Navy customer for years. Today i went to buy and use my Super cash, however didn't realize the sale associate never gave me my super cash coupons on my previous purchase instead he gave me a 10% coupon. This is unprofessional. I spoke to manager to see if she could do something about. She asked to bring receipt. I did. However, she said sorry we ran out of your $30.00 super cash. Let me see i might need to override. Then she said i can only give 20% off because you need to spend 75.00 in order to use the super cash. She lied. You can spend $10 super cash for every 25.00. Employees are ghetto and rude and slow lines are way too long and the place is not even busy

This particular Old Navy outlet is tidier than it used to be. The store has become more ordered compared to what it was like in the past. However, they do not deserve any rating let alone positive rating. They advertise the pricing very deceptively. Often time the discount signs are placed somewhere between two racks of clothing, causing a person to assume wrong price for the wrong article. The employees are very, very disrespectful. There is one employee, who was extremely rude. My experience with him left me astounded by the level of disrespect demonstrated by a person who is supposed to be providing customer service. This is what happened, firstly, after waiting for a long time in the line, when I got to the counter, he seemed to get upset when I asked him to price check the clothing I planned to buy. He boorishly told me I should've used the price checking machines in the back of the store, and waited as if I was going to get out of the line, go check the price and then come back and stand in line again. Honestly, if I knew they had the price check machines, I would not have waited in line for fifteen plus minutes! I tried to overlook it, but did not get out of the line as I hoped he would understand that he was being absurd. Eventually, he very begrudgingly checked the prices. I also had an article from a previous purchase that I needed exchanged and I explained that to him. When I was doing so, I was holding the piece of clothing separately from the other stuff I wanted to purchase. This person basically barked at me to keep it separately from the rest and then snatched it and slammed it on the side. "So I know what needs to be exchanged" was his explanation. I don't understand why he behaved that way !! When I was done paying he basically tossed my card at me and when I asked for printed receipt he rudely protested that it would be emailed. As a customer, is it not my prerogative, how I get my receipt? Finally he asked me if I wanted a bag and I said sure, to which he basically said "but you already have one". !!!!!!! .....I don't get it!! Did he think I agreed to get another bag to bother him ??? (Although he is the one who offered!!!) I've just bought more clothing from the store, of course I need an extra bag for it! Did he suddenly become environmentally-conscious ??? I highly doubt that was the case....to me the way he behaved towards me, tossing my card, making me feel like I'm wasting his time, expecting me to leave the line, convinced me that he was one of those ever growing breed of people who do not like to provide service to immigrant persons. read more

It's owned by The Gap...who owns Banana Republic....with that said Old Navy is neither The Gap or Banana Republic. It's fine for what it is. You can get good deals here. Clothing isn't nearly as good as Gap or Banana. read more

Sometimes a little unorganized, but they always have great deals. Be aware of the way they print the deals on the racks, read well, check the price before you decide to buy . As an example, you visit them seeing a big banner outside the shop says 50% off on all the items. Most of the time reality inside the shop, price tags display 50% off only on certain price ranges. Best for kids clothing, super comfortable! read more
