The consultation does not feel super personal, they mainly just throw a ton of big books at you to look through on your own. Which is not a huge deal, but but not for the price. Invites here are incredibly expensive - more expensive than most other invite avenues that I've come across. So for that price, it would have been nice to go through different styles with a consultant instead of being left to sort through 100+ books on my own. But, if you are fine with that they do have tons of styles in their books to choose from. So the selection is great, I just was not too impressed with the service for the price.

When they start getting a little gross, I just toss it out and pick one up on my next trip to the area. Since I always stop in while with my dog, I of course had to give in and buy him the trio of NYC themed toys. Sidenote: I was guilted into it by my pup because he literally took them off the shelf.
