I ordered some items online and it never arrived. In the month after it not arriving I reached out multiple times to see what had happened and multiple people told me they would fix it and never did. Finally an employee helped me to get a refund and informed me I would get $29 back on my $35 dollar order because some of it went to shipping. I was fine with this until they sent me my gift card with $5 on it. I was pretty annoyed but I was done dealing with this so I went to spend my $5 and forever leave old navy behind. I went in-store and it turns out the gift card given to me is invalid. Not cool. I will not be returning ever again. read more

This store is incredibly dirty and unorganized. I came in today with my toddler and friend and had a hard time finding the toddler section and when I would find the odd 2T there was nothing around it that was also a 2T. I even wanted to buy the same pair of pants in 2 colors and couldn't find it. The store also had a ton of trash on the floor including Starbucks cups people had discarded and some kind of candy wrappers throughout. My friend had to chase my toddler down to get him not to grab everything. The check out was also a mess. It took almost 20 minutes to get to the front of the line. One woman had a card that kept getting declined and another was having the staff price check everything vs the website. It held the line up and only after 10 minutes of the price checker being at the counter did one of the 2 cashiers helping her open another register. I took my stuff off the hangers and had a credit card in hand when I got the front just so I could get out as soon as possible. I know they are understaffed but this was a very bad experience even for an old navy which I already hold to a low standard. read more

This is your basic Old Navy store. But for some reason, the selection here, even though it's attached to a very busy mall, always seems to be better than at the other stores in the area. They never seem to be picked over and usually have a decent stock of the newer arrivals. I tend to shop online at Old Navy most often, but there are times I know I can't order online because I have to try something on. That's where I have a hard time with some of the other stores. This store consistently has the same items that are on-sale on the website while the other stores seem to be consistently picked over. I'm certainly not complaining - it's an added bonus. I usually end up buying more than what I came in for. read more

This old navy is just like every other old navy. It feels like a warehouse, despite being smack dab in the middle of a mall. The clothes are pretty cheaply made, but ON is always great for basic t-s and seasonal sweaters. I just wish they would make jeans for women with actual butt cheeks. I've been here a few times and the help is hit or miss. Once, I came here with a friend, and the checkout guy tried the hard-sell with getting a credit card. He told us all sorts of lies about how your credit score won't be affected. After THREE nos, I had to tell him tersely he needed to stop or I'd call the manager; I told him he was telling people things that were not factual and needed to stop, NOW. I was livid! I think he's been fired, because i haven't seen him since that incident, but the ON credit card sales is very annoying. read more

I buy little boy clothes here, toddler and youth. The selection and stock for boys seems to be better here than many other children's stores, which usually seem stocked more towards girl purchases. This includes Gap, though they are the same corporation. The prices are better at Old Navy, and though the quality may be slightly lower, they have held up well to years of hard use. $1 flip flop day in the summer! It's an amazing time. They have $2 tank tops the same day and it is always on a Saturday in June, so watch for it! This year they also had a $10 off with a $40 purchase coupon the same day! I always buy my boys 5 pairs of flip flops each and by the end of summer they have 2 mismatched flip flops left, but for $5 you can't get anything better than that! read more

This store was a DISASTER. Walking around there were clothes just laying around, completely unorganized and dirty. Staff was walking around just completely ignoring the mess. Hard to find any clothes or anything when everything is on top of one another. read more

I have never had worse service than when I was in here today (10/7/20) and had the unpleasant experience working with Natalia. She was beyond rude to my boyfriend and I while checking out, offered no help with my transactions and even walked off without saying goodbye or giving a receipt! She was more worried with socializing with the men than helping customers, very disappointed with my experience with Natalia and I hope management will take note and retrain her. read more

Absolutely the worst experience I ever remember! Management and retail staff unaccommodating, rude, know-it-all's! They do not listen, interrupt when being spoken with, and lack any manners. This was not just a one and done experience. This store is in desperate need of intervention. It's not that far to the Town Center store at 10460 Town Center Dr , Westminster, CO 80021. It is cleaner, better organized, and exponentially better managed and staffed! read more

I found a way better selection here than I did at Denver West. They're about the same store size, so I don't know if this one's less busy or just stocks a more diverse size/color selection, but I ended up bringing my purchases from Denver West and exchanging them for what I actually wanted - and found - at Flatirons Mall. Friendly and helpful staff, there was at least one employee in every little clothing alcove so if I had questions I didn't have to go far to get them answered. read more

This Old Navy location consistently has very long waits at the registers. Today, I spent longer in a line 16 people deep, with only 2 registers open, then it took me to shop for my purchase. The organization of the floor is also lacking. read more

As good as it gets for Old Navy! My family just went shopping there and they had a great selection at amazing prices. My husband walked away with a whole new summer wardrobe. We even found an adorable outfit for our 3 month old. What really made it such a great experience was our whole family could go into a fitting room together which really saved time. Saved time is precious with a little one. We were really happy with our experience there. read more
