Also, I ordered over $200 of items and when I received my blanket the tag said $35 and I paid $65. So although I loved the print and my son loves cars. I would rather order from somewhere else because of the customer service. I believe that customer service goes a long way and I may only be one person but I will not order from here ever again and I will tell anyone that asks, not to either.

I was warmly greeted by the 2 ladies at the register ...I thought " ok this is a good sign " While my resell items were being checked in I walked around to check out the quality and prices. I was overwhelmed by both the quality and prices. There were no old faded looking clothes nor clothes that needed a clothes shaver . The new items were current. I could tell that this store has gone above and beyond in offering wonderful clothes and items that can be used way beyond infant years !! My resell transaction was handled in a personal but professional manner - no low ball offers !! I look forward to my next transaction with this store !!! I was one of the lucky ones to be able to sell stuff because I showed up at the store right when it opened, and already there was a line for selling before the doors opened. The process is very straight forward for drop off and that was convenient. But when I came to pick up my items they didn't take and also see what they did want, that was a disappointment to me. They offered me some cash which was lackluster, considering the time I took to organize the items for easy sorting. What frosts me the most was that the lady ringing me out didn't even show me what they decided to buy from me!!! The manager was leaving who had done the sorting and just delegated the task of checking me to her and she hadn't a clue what was picked to buy. I brought in a bag full of shoes and 2 boxes of clothes... when I got my unwanted items back all but 4 pairs of shoes were left in the bag so they took most of those from what I could tell, but the clothes in the boxes were scattered and unorganized, which was an upset, considering I laid them nicely and had all matching outfits connected nicely. Instead they just threw the unsold clothes back in the boxes without any care or effort to keep nice. All in all I could have been short changed for what they bought but couldn't known because the lady didn't know what they bought. The manager was nice enough but he was stressing that he had to shutdown buying stuff because he had too much inventory. The place looked disarray for sure, but have the courtesy to care for my items as I did to make your job easier when sorting. I won't be returning to sell items due to these factors listed. The effort is not worth the lackluster "cash on the spot" and not getting to know what they bought from me.

Just so happens they also had a shoe release for On Running the same night and a large community event. Pop-up beyond 5k run, all pace groups and very welcoming. The On team and the Road Runner teams worked well together and put on a great time to the local running community. Be sure to give them a follow on community events and participate. Well worth the pop through and they have a multi-day community driven run club if you need differing miles options (currently Thur / Sat).

They do seem to be running around a lot and may be a bit understaffed but are able to manage it well. They definitely work as a team at the store. I've been in multiple times so I've seen it happen each time. After going through the fit process, finding my shoes, and leaving and being so satisfied, I brought my husband back for the same process and he was also very impressed. Some of the stuff that they did not have in stock, they were able to order it and it gets to my house within two days so I have no complaints. Really enjoy the store and being a member and will definitely be back. They also have a great perks system for their VIP members.

The supervisor called us liars and told us she can do whatever she wants'. When I say re-ticket i don't mean from $5-20 I mean from $60 to $175. So unfortunate to be treated this way and find so much dishonestly at a corporation that is supposed to be for a good cause. Go donate to a cause that treats their donors better.
