On 4/22/26, I returned 2 blouses. I tried them on in the store and they were loose but looked good. When I got home, I removed the tags. I tried them on again and they were just so big. I worried I may not be able to return them now. Kenneth assisted me and he was so professional, respectful and accommodating. I found the same blouses for an even exchange. I didn't have the receipt. This is a traditional chain store. They have plenty of parking in the shared lot. Staff seem nice, but store is a mess. They have a large selection of clothes and accessories. The line is insane. The price is good, but the quality is cheaper. If you're on a budget this is a great place but don't expect it to last and maintain over time.happy shopping. read more

This location is good in the realm of Old Navys. Lots of selection and looks only slightly nicer. That said, particularly because it was the holiday season when I came in, they were overrun. T-shirts are the best deal around in my mind when it comes to Old Navy. They were pulled up and tossed around in random piles, mixed and basically incomprehensible as to a manner of organization. If you want to find a shirt you like in a different size, good luck! Generally you just have to dig for it and hope for the best. Prices are worth it, considering the general disarray in the store. Staff isn't bad, they're just overwhelmed. They're surprisingly friendly and helpful when you ask, in spite of what they have to deal with. read more

Came here about a month ago to purchase some jeans. It must have been a crazy weekend clearance or something cause the store was in disarray. The dressing room was chaos and there didn't seem to have anyone manning it. I almost took a dressing room from a little kid - but it was a cluster. They also have a guys "quick" try curtain that's near the wall... which is asking for accidental exposure if people aren't paying attention if someone is using it. The register experience was a typical line with all the last minute impulse buys surrounding you. When I got home, I found the security tag had not been removed so I had to make another trip out to another Old Navy location to get it removed. read more

Damn you Old Navy, why do my friends find so much great stuff here and when I shop here, I can't find anything! I took Lauren shopping there recently, and she had the same problem I do - the cute stuff that we find just doesn't fit well. She did find some great tanks for layering but nothing else. However, I have found a couple of cute sweaters for Izzy dog... so I'll keep trying. read more

Can anyone say hell on earth? Tried, I repeat, tried to shop there about two weeks ago. The store was so packed with fixtures and merchandise that it was extremely difficult to navigate. It made an already crowded store feel even more crowded. The entire store was a certain percentage off (but check the fine print that excludes clearance - and their clearance prices are nothing like they have been even two years ago). The last couple of years any clothes I've purchased here (sweaters or shirts) have lasted maybe two to three wears each before they were either too wrinkled or coming apart at the seams. Sure you can get a women's peacoat for $29 - but the material is flimsy and it's already wrinkled out of the box and onto the hanger.... Spend a little more and go to the GAP for better fit and quality of materials. Found nothing worth buying - the old gray mare she ain't what she used to be.... read more

I LOVE me some Old Navy in the Summer...sun dresses, skirts, cute jeans and shorts and bright tops. I stopped in because Amy C. said they had a great selection of spring and summer dresses. And she was right...There were plenty of choices really cute flirty dresses tons of patterns, bright colors and floral prints. There were also some really cute denim shirts and bright "pop color" pants (which I'm becoming a huge fan of) now I'm getting really excited about Summer! One of the best things I noticed about this location; is that there were a ton of available sizes, and a good selection of workout gear! And the staff was awesome! They were all very friendly and made some great recommendations on how to match up different pieces for some great combinations that I never would have put together. Anyway, I left with some really cute outfits and I had a great experience. I will be back. read more

I'd reduced my number of visits to Old Navy stores over the past few years because the quality of their clothing, the styles they were offering, and the fit of the clothing has gradually gone downhill (much like its sister store The Gap). Now Old Navy has apparently given up on men ever coming to their stores because they've redesigned their store, reduced the clothing for men, and pushed the men's clothing to the VERY back into a small corner. Thanks, Old Navy. Now I don't even have to bother coming in to see what crap you're offering any longer because I won't be coming in at all anymore. read more

Piss poor customer service!! On the website it stated that the store was closing at 8. Went in at 7 and an associate that turned out to be the manager spoke to us. We continued to shop and try on clothes. My friend went to ask for a specific size and the little blonde haired girl bluntly stated you know we close at 7. I'm still looking and the manager rudely told me they were closed and to make my way to stand in line at the cash registers. I understand they were ready to go but you can do it nicer especially since I'm spending money in your store! read more

This store was a complete mess! Almost every single table display was a giant pile of unfolded clothes just thrown in a mountain. There were clothes thrown on top of racks with hanging items and clothes all over the floor. Hardly any salespeople on the floor even making an effort. read more

LOVE this ON location. It was a little scattered and messy a few years ago, but I heard they recently had a change in management, and there's been a huge difference. The store is clean, everyone is friendly, and it's just an all-around great place to shop! read more

Poor customer service!! Came in near closing time to quickly grab a jacket for an upcoming trip. I already had the jacket picked out and had a picture to show an associate to help me find it. As soon as I walk in the door, a girl with short blonde hair rudely states "we're closing just so you know" and walks away before I can ask for help. Had she offered to help me find the jacket, I would have been happy to buy it and been out well before they closed. I left empty handed and this store lost a sale due to this girls poor customer service and bad attitude. read more
