Impossible to know if this Old Navy is any good because they're closed due to a 'power outage.'

The collection of reviews here reads like a tale of two customers - those who come to sell goods…read moreand those who come to buy. Having done both myself I will just say that there's a reason I now donate everything to CCA. Since it's been so long since I last attempted to sell anything to them, my rating only reflects the buying experience. First of all, the store is massive. Although the majority of their inventory is clothing they also have shoes, accessories, baby gear, and toys. Everything is pretty well organized making it easy to find exactly what you want. For example, clothes are grouped by size, color and type. And, for the most part the merchandise is in good condition. Occasionally I have come across a hole, tear or stain, so my advice is to to thoroughly inspect each item before checking out. Unfortunately there are no rock bottom prices to be found here (you'll have to go to Thrift Giant for that). In fact, most of the stuff isn't a whole lot cheaper than the new version, with the exception of some higher end brands here and there. I have actually found better prices on certain brands when they're on clearance at the original store. Another recurring theme in the reviews here is the rudeness of the employees. It makes me wonder if this place is fully staffed by ex-DPS workers! I guess I should consider myself lucky because I have miraculously somehow avoided their surliness. Maybe it has something to do with my earlier statement about not selling stuff to them anymore though.

This place has some of the worst customer service I have ever received. They are fully staffed but…read moremost of the employees aren't doing anything. Dropped off an order at 1:30 and was told to come back at 4. Wasn't ready, come back at 5 or so. Went back at 5:45 and waited until closing. Then was told to come back tomorrow. We would still get cash since it was their fault. Very generous indeed. Not really sure how they stay in business with service like this. But reading the other reviews, I can see we aren't the only one. Find another one in a different city to donate to.

As soon as we walked in the guy worker asked if we needed help with anything we said no because we just wanted to look and then acted really weird and the girl next to him was giving weird looks. Then we started looking around and ended up at the back of the store and this random worker all of the sudden is watching us and refolding the same pair of pants then we move to another side because she was weirding us out then starts following us again. We decide to leave and go somewhere else since they made us feel very uncomfortable. As we were leaving it seemed like people were guarding the door almost. We have never ever been treated like that and felt like we couldn't even just look around. All my boyfriend wanted was to replace the shirts he's gotten here before but now will find somewhere else. I am truly disgusted. I know I wasn't dressed the nicest today but I just didn't have any laundry done within the past couple of weeks so I wore just whatever I had. It's a shame as we really wanted to buy some stuff but refuse to give our money to people who act that way. It made us really sad because we never can afford to buy nice clothing anymore and I finally had enough saved up to treat him since he works so hard for us. Definitely discriminated against whether it was because of how we were dressed/looked or the fact that my boyfriend is hispanic. Like I said we have never been treated that way so it was really disappointing.

Target December 7, 2025…read more (5/5) Visited Target and had an excellent experience. The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to move through. Everything was well-stocked, and the layout made shopping simple and stress-free. Staff were friendly and attentive, making the trip even more enjoyable. Checkout was efficient, and the overall atmosphere of the store was welcoming and positive. A great shopping experience from start to finish. They have a great selection of items at a fantastic value.

I had a target gift card to spend so obviously I figured "why not look for that thing I need at…read moretarget? I mean, I'm right here!" So I opened the app and searched for the folding table I was looking for. They had a few options. So, I walked into the store, with the exact shelf location of said item indicated in the mobile app. That's handy. I saw the options available to me, I touched and felt the items, and thought "yeah, this is perfect. I'll get it." THEN I looked at the price on the shelf. $39. - wait - that's $10 more than the app says it is. ...aaah! The item is $10 if you buy "online" (or with the app) So, here I am, holding the desired item in my hands, but with the opportunity to save 25% if I buy "online". Ok. I'll buy on the app and do store pickup. Annoying but that's $10 I can spend on AI tokens or lottery tickets (whichever my AI agent instructs me to do) So I order and pay for the item. Now I have to wait. And wait. And wait. Why oh why oh why can't I just take the item in my hands and pay the same price in the store as buying "online"? It's cheaper to take this same item, have a store associate look for it, stick it in the pickup storage, send me a text, and have me either come to the pickup line or wait in my car for this item right here in my hands?? What the hell kind of logic is that? I sat in the parking lot for almost 2 hours waiting to see how this would go. When I finally got the notification that it was ready, I went back into the store, interrupting my epic streak on my "Pawdoku" game to go to the pickup counter. The pickup counter? The customer service desk. Yep. Get in line buddy, behind all those people at the customer service desk. Another 15 minute wait. What a joke. Corporations beware: THIS is what happens when that CEO sets goals like "we want to shift 40% of our sales to our digital channels" or some dumb crap like that. The customer's actual experience that looks oh-so-good on paper and oh-so-good on the executive dashboard, goes right into the toilet and what do people remember? The product? The prices? No. The EXPERIENCE. Stop doing dumb stuff, Target. Think about customers and their actual experience, and stop having different prices for the exact same product that's sitting on the shelf as a "lure" to make those digital engagement numbers look good. You suck. ALERT TO UX people at Target!! - print this review out and do a customer journey map, starting with "customer touches and feels the item and decides they want to buy it for the price they saw on the app that led them into the store". And don't inject crap like "with increased customer dwell, they're more likely to buy convenience items and coffee" - NO. The customer is annoyed. Write that down. The customer doesn't want your coffee or your convenience items. He needs a god-damned folding table and to spend his gift card. Write that down too. There's a reason I only shop here when I'm holding a gift card. Awful. Anyways, I have a folding table now and lost several hours of my life and a badass "Pawdoku" streak.
