My husband has a lot of clothes from here including sweaters, button up shirts, long sleeve waffle knit reversibles & jeans. The store doesn't carry a large selection of each item in each size so clothes often have to be ordered & shipped to the store & then picked up later. We had a store manager here Haleigh who was always so accommodating & friendly. She & the other managers we knew there are all gone & have moved to other locations. I am not sure if the floor staff work on commission but I have noticed that if I'm not finding what I am looking for in the store they basically don't want to help me anymore even to find it online. I was used to this type of service before & now I have been told a couple of times to just check the app on my phone to see what they have online.... Also over the 4 years I have shopped at this store they are always out of boxes even 4 weeks before Christmas. We always keep our old boxes for this purpose. read more

Firstly, they always let me stay late, after most other stores have already kicked me out, both here and the Southlake location (closing hours are 9:00pm except Sundays), & they totally rock for that. I admit that I never leave empty-handed - a mixed blessing - & it's a great store geared primarily toward the young adult's casual/post-grunge fashion - men & women both, including a pretty decent shoe/boot selection. They do have lay-away, which can be helpful but potentially dangerous as well... I definitely recommend this store as well as the Southlake location! Mid-range prices, but some boots and outfits can wander north of $200-300.00, while sale items can be $30.00, $20.00 or even less. Average per clothing item is probably between $50.00 & $150.00. *A few of their common brands: Affliction, Sinful, BKE, Miss Me, Rock/Rep, Day Trip, Roxy, Cavender's boots, Steve Madden, etc etc. Great selection of Fossil watches too* read more

The clerks here are always so helpful. This is the second time I've been in the past two months. Last time, the girl guessed my size and found the perfect jeans for me. Yesterday, the young lady must have picked out ten pairs of jeans for me on her own. Twice I asked for new sizes of shirts and two girls helped me. They know their stuff, work hard, and have great attitudes, even for this older adult. I didn't feel intimidated despite being old enough to be their mom! read more

i do not ever take the time to leave reviews, i always try to keep an open mind with anything.. but my experience at this buckle was very disappointing. Off the bat we were greeted kindly.. but after 2 minutes of looking around we were approached twice by the same person who was being very pushy and literally shopping for me ( which personally i do not like) but i get its their job to be helpful. i personally like to shop on my own and look around without employees constantly approaching me after i've made it apparent i am shopping okay. I asked the lady if she could get something from the tall rack for me.. she originally handed me a size 31 ( which usually is my typical size with other stores & jeans) when i mentioned to her after she took them off the rack... but they ended up looking humongous for my body type so i said a 27 would work better considering their was only 2 pairs left. When i said that she got very quiet and handed them to me like i was too big/ fat like i wouldn't fit into them. Keep in mind she was very thin, and i do not appreciate how she made me feel at all & find it very unprofessional and hurtful. As someone who struggles very much with body image that triggered me into a very bad panic attack. However cody was very helpful with helping my boyfriend in the men's section. read more

This store has great customer service, and I really enjoyed shopping there. I was thrilled to learn that they do in store alterations, but when I got the jeans back the hem was extremely thick, and now the bottoms of the legs on the jeans look like a baggy mess. What they did was take the bottom of the jean off, then sew it back onto the jeans and it looks awful. Now the bottom hem of the jeans is clunky and awkward. I cannot cuff them because there is more than one seam on the inside. I paid too much for these jeans for someone else to mess them up. Their customer service is great, and the clothes are cute, but they need to inform people getting alterations what they plan to do and show the finished product to the customer. I could have done the hem myself. I will probably shop here again, but I WILL NOT GET ANYTHING ALTERED. read more

Was here from out of state a couple of days ago. First of all, these jeans are about 7 years old as far as "trends" go. Super ripped and studded/thick threading/Christian audigier inspired lol? Second, aspen? Super annoying. I was trying to look around but within the maybe ten minutes I was there, was "checked on" three times. ???? When someone says they're just looking around leave them alone. No wonder your store was dead. read more
