I waited on the google meet chat for about 10 mins ( I was on 5 minutes early ). The instructions in the email says to give the store a call if no one joins after 5 minutes. Call the store and girl over the phone says she'll get the manager( unfortunately I don't have his name), waited about 6 mins on hold then she comes back and says he'll be on in just a second. I' waited about 20 mins overall on the call and he didn't join. It's unprofessional and I definitely won't be applying to this store again.

Prior to Church, I had mentioned that I needed to pick up a new belt because the one I am currently wearing is beginning to fray. Never say this to a woman who has Kohl's Cash Coupons plus other Coupons because then they are in a feeding frenzy just like Sharks smelling blood. Original thought was to hit the Kohl's in Huntersville on the way back but she found out there was one close to the restaurant in Gastonia so I had little option. She had already been badgering me for my underwear size so she could get a new set so Kohl's was inevitable anyway. It's a well stocked store which is good but at the same time, they have cut back on the sales associates till it almost self serve. Heaven help you if you don't know where thing are located. Found the belts first and found a nice one with excellent quality and a good price. Bought it and may end up buying another in a slightly smaller size if I can hopefully loose a couple of pounds. Underwear was a bit more challenging because my size was not part of the primary display but on an end cap but found what was the right size. With the coupons and Kohl's Cash, it was a good saving overall. I personally thought the replacing the underwear to be low priority but apparently not to my wife. Not the next day but the day after, I went to dress and all of my old underwear had been discarded regardless of wear and had been replaced with the new. The staff were cordial and helpful, as opposed to the snobby staff I've encountered in the past at other locations. The store was filled with clothes, but still managed room to not feel too cramped by it, and from the end caps and circle racks, their merchandise was tempting and stylish. I was able to sell a few things as well, and received payment at a price range I expected. The whole process was quick and easy. I will be back to shop! I do wish Malls had Carts especially when you buy so much to carry around without going back to the car. The entrance we went in it was pretty far and it's located in the security office. You just leave your license to get one. I was so shocked at how many stores are closed. It's sad to see Malls are dying and stores can't survive during covid or a slow economy. The big Anchor stores that use to be there are now discount merchandise stores,two big ones and a Belk. Still some smaller old favorite stores like spencers and clair's still here. They have a play area for kids and a area set up for Santa even though I didn't see him. For being so close to Christmas I was surprised it wasn't busier. The food court now consists of maybe 5 or 6 places and only like 3 were open for business. Will definitely go back for the 2 big Discount Stores they had a lot of items marked down from Regular Prices. When returning the Wheelchair there is a sign on the door with the phone number to call . The security guy was friendly and even walked us to the only door that was unlocked that they don't lock when the mall closes. He even allowed us to leave the store with a cart (they are not supposed to leave the store.) Since it was full of bags!!! I don't know how you would carry everything otherwise. It's a big Mall and we will be back!

I come to several sneaker stores in this mall and none of them have the latest releases. The associates weren't very helpful. No one greeted me when I walked in. There were about 5 associates there working and only four customers in the store. I finally had to walk up to an associate and ask my question. The women's section of the store is small. They have more kids and men's selection but little women's which sucks. The amount of clothes were sparse. Some tracks only had about 5 items on it. Not sure if I would come back here especially for the latest women's items.

Since its opening in 2004, the store has been providing a wide range of products and services at Wally World pricing.  Like most Supercenters in they have the exlected vast selection of goods, including groceries, electronics, home appliances, clothing, baby products, and more. In addition to its extensive product offerings, the store provides other services including: *Pharmacy: The Walmart Pharmacy offers prescription drugs, vaccinations, and other health services.
