Nordstroms has the best workers. I did not do any price comparisons but Cheryl and Elma made my experience so fun, pleasant, and time efficient that I am definitely going back. We had a sales staff member come up and ask us if we had any questions or needed any help, but also explained how the layout was - firm beds on one side, medium in the middle, and plush on the other side, with some beds set up where they are split with both types. After that she let us be (much appreciated) and we just played like Goldilocks going from one bed to the next and back and forth to determine with ones we liked. We determined a couple top contenders with our favorite and decided to leave to do some research. Upon coming home to do research, I was shocked to see how over priced JCP was. JCP had the bed we were looking for on sale for $1800 in store, but then had it on even bigger discount at $1100 online. Why not advertise that price in store? Then I saw that a number of stores including Macy's, a mattress store, and Costco, all sold this same exact bed for $500-$700, so all these stores were within a reasonable range of one another except for JCP. Why? I didn't bother to go back or contact JCP online to see about price matching and instead ordered from Costco. JCP might want to start thinking about being in line with other stores and being more reasonable, or they will be on their way out like Sears.

I simply mentioned that these products should not be displayed where young children can easily access them, especially during the summer when many families are shopping with children. Instead of addressing my concern, the manager immediately became hostile. She told me that if I did not like it, I could leave the store. When I attempted to calmly explain my concern, she repeatedly interrupted me, stated that she did not have time to talk to me, and told me to leave. She further stated that those products were not being sold from inside the package and that I should simply take my children and leave. She then threatened to call the police, despite the fact that I was calm, respectful, and merely raising what I believed was a legitimate concern regarding child access to adult products. I left because I was with my children and did not want the situation to escalate. However, I was shocked by the manager's behavior. No customer should be treated with such disrespect for politely expressing a concern. What makes this even more troubling is that this was not the first time I had witnessed this particular manager behaving aggressively toward customers. While many employees at this location have been courteous and professional, I previously observed this manager engaged in a heated confrontation with another customer and speaking in an extremely hostile manner. My concern remains the same: adult products should not be displayed in a way that makes them easily accessible to young children in a family-oriented retail environment. Whether customers agree or disagree with that concern, they should be able to express it without being threatened, dismissed, or ordered out of the store. This experience left me disappointed and concerned, not only about the store's product placement decisions but also about the professionalism and conduct of its management. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, especially when raising concerns involving the welfare of children. This version is stronger because it sticks to observable facts, clearly describes the manager's conduct, and keeps the focus on the issues that other customers and corporate management are most likely to take seriously. Please parents be aware of these behavior specially when going there with your kids. Very unlikely I would be able to go there at least for long time or at least this particular woman is long gone or some change of monument again.

Old Navy always has sweet deals and I was able to pick up a few items at 50% off. I wasn't sure about one of the signs so I asked an associate and she was helpful with helping me understand which items the sale belonged to. The clothes were all nicely folded and there were many associates throughout the store on the floor that could assist people so I liked that alot. Oh and somehow I had $4 coupon I was able to redeem once I plugged in my number so that was great!
