Today they had many people on the sales floor more than willing to help me when I had a question. Thanks old navy for stepping up you game. I love this place even more now. And they had 5 clerk's at checkout. Awsome. The lines went quickly. Oh, today I learned that they have a great selection in the clearance department. 50% off. Woohoo. I love me some sales.

But men be warned charge your cell cuz ull be here awhile. But she likes it so deal with it. Oh yeah the coin machine selling bouncy balls is broke......bastards that could been very fun bouncing around at strangers

I placed an order for curbside pick up and I was super happy with the staff and how fast they put my order together. Thank you so much!

I went into this location in late October 2025 because I was trying to completely rethink the way I dress. Up until then, I mostly dressed like your average Bay Area person. A lot of graphic tees, sneakers, streetwear, hype brands, athleisure, puff jackets, all that kind of stuff. I wanted to move toward looking more put together and mature, but I honestly didn't really know where to start. I originally planned to stop in for maybe 20 or 30 minutes just to browse around and get ideas. Instead, I ended up spending over an hour there because Carlos, who I believe manages the store, was genuinely incredible. From the beginning, he actually listened to me. Not in a "retail employee trying to make a sale" kind of way either. He asked me questions about what I was trying to change, where I go, how I wanted to dress, what kind of look I was aiming for, and what I wanted to feel confident in. Then he started helping me put outfits together piece by piece. At one point it almost felt like I was getting a personal styling session. He was pulling jackets, shirts, pants, different combinations, explaining how things should fit, why certain pieces worked together, and even teaching me little things I honestly had never thought about before. He also re-measured me and double checked measurements I already had because he wanted to make sure everything fit correctly. He explained how clothes are supposed to sit on your body, how certain cuts should look, and what worked best for me specifically. That part really stood out to me because it felt like he genuinely cared about helping me improve my style instead of just selling me stuff. I also appreciated how patient and kind everyone was the whole time. They kept bringing pieces in for me to try, helping clean up the fitting room, giving opinions on outfits, and making the whole experience feel comfortable and collaborative. I even felt bad leaving clothes around and they kept telling me not to worry about it. Many months later, I still think about a lot of the advice and tips he gave me. I really have changed the way I dress since then. I've moved away from a lot of the graphic tee and athleisure-heavy stuff and toward a cleaner, more classic look. I still remember some of the outfit combinations he put together for me and I still use a lot of those ideas now. The way I put myself together now (much shaped by this experience) genuinely made me feel more confident in myself both just in clothes, as well as how I carry myself overall. That sounds dramatic for a shopping trip, but it's honestly true. Carlos gave me a level of attention, care, and sincerity that people rarely get. The whole experience felt personal in the best way possible, and I'm genuinely really grateful for it.

Selection was ok however they didn't have my size and color options were minimum. Would recommend going elsewhere for a better experience and dress clothes option. The harassment sales model killed this store.

There is a variety of things: - cookware and kitchen ceramics - garden art - paper decor and flowers - jewlery - clothing - there is even a small but cool little soccer shop that is separate business but located in the side/back of this shop. They do have an online site but nowhere near as much variety and items as they have in their magical store. I visit whenever I am in town and I love all the items I have collected. I forgot to mention GREAT prices for this stunning colorful art. Photos attached! Go check them out and support small businesses and ART.

Which suckered me in immediately with its bright vibrant colors and welcoming atmosphere. The owner was very curious why I was snapping so many photos. With as little knowledge that I have of Gilroy, I noticed immediately there's so much potential for this shop. With more exposure and recognition within the Gilroy community, "Mexican arts and crafts" fanatics have the opportunity to dash in! I totally fell in loooove with Artemex! The cute souvenirs that I know are staples in Mexico are here!!... In Gilroy! How cool is that!?!!! So many hand-crafted items that are perfect for gifts! Though everything is totally overpriced, I appreciated the intricate details of the beaded necklace, cute Frida coin purse with a sturdy zipper, and a commemorative magnet that resembles a dragon to me. The magnet has another meaning to it to Spanish-speaking people but I wasn't able to gather the story and meaning of it. This is the spot if you're into a tourist-like experience miles away from actually being physically in a Spanish-speaking country. It's been a long week so walking around and making selections in this store helped ease my overloaded mind after midterms.

While they had a lot of cute merchandise and furniture, a store associate very rudely approached my family when we were testing out some chairs and basically shooed us out. She rudely told us that it wasn't a toy as if implying that I couldn't afford their merchandise that we were testing. If customers can't even test the furniture you sell, perhaps you shouldn't sell furniture. It was the most condescending interaction I've ever had in a store. That associate should definitely not work in customer service. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name, but she was an Asian associate. There are many ways she could have approached us, but she decided to choose violence by attacking my children. We saw a lot of stuff we liked and were going to purchase them, including the chair, but after her rude interaction with us, we decided to go to Home Goods and shop instead where my business is welcome. What a way to run customers out the door. If this isn't a family friendly store, perhaps put a big sign at the door that says "NO KIDS". Ridiculous...While I shouldn't base my review of an establishment solely on the voice of just one worker, sales associates serve as the face and voice of a business.
