I did not appreciate this response, so I asked for it back but they were adamant about tossing it out. I asked why it mattered whether they or I threw it out and was met with silence and handed back the coupon. This experience was so ridiculous that I had to call customer service and report (which is something I NEVER do). Hopefully this odd behavior isn't a usual occurrence for others.
