The Southridge location of Old Navy has some positives as well as some negatives. On the plus side, it's a reasonably large store and things were pretty organized when we stopped. The real reason we went here is Sis wanted some cheap-o maternity pants and they aren't stocked at the Tosa or Brookfield locations. Since we were here for maternity items, she was disappointed to see there wasn't much on offer but I'm guessing no location really stocks a ton of that. My gripe for this ON is that it took as long to check out as it did for Sis to browse, make choices and try on her stuff. There was a mighty line and ONE register open - and that associate was not hustling, let me tell you. To add insult to injury, two other employees were up at the registers "working" but not actually checking any customers out. Sigh. Unless you got the pregnants and need pants, head to a different area Old Navy. read more

I have been a fan of Old Navy for a while but I honestly just started shopping here on a more regular basis a couple years ago. I can always manage to find pants in their clearance section that are my size. I usually have to get them hemmed because I'm short but that's not an issue. Their sweaters & T-shirts are always great - there is always a variety and I always find something I like. I promise I will back to do more shopping :-) read more

The clothes are okay - not the highest quality but they're comfortable. The prices aren't too bad as long as you are able to get into the store during a sale or are shopping the clearance racks. What really impresses me is the friendlyness and customer service of the staff working there. They will go above and beyond to make things right. When I was there, I used a gift card and the computer system shut down but didn't print a receipt because the transaction wasn't completed yet the money was taken off the card. They made sure they figured out how to complete the transaction and give me a receipt right away as well as giving me a customer appreciation card I could use towards a future purchase because of the inconvinence. read more

I shopped at Old Navy outlet in Southridge Mall on 12/26/2015, specifically for the one-day $250 giveaway shopping spree they were giving away to one customer that day only at every store. When I entered the store, I wasn't surprised to see that it was busy, however the state of the store and the shelves and the display racks were appalling. I specifically went there for three different colored jeans and was disgusted by the disorganization and presentation of the jeans department. Usually Old Navy has their jeans sorted and organized by specific shapes such as curvy which is the size I wear. However today there were jeans from every style every brand and every shape mixed together on the shelves, in addition to the disarray on the shelves there were two tall four rack shelves parked between two floor displays which had multiple colors multiple sizes and multiple brands of jeans just thrown on it as if somebody dropped them on the floor and just tossed them onto the racks. I recommend this Old Navy location to everyone in the area because Old Navy jeans are the only type of jeans I can wear, however today I was completely embarrassed and disgusted by what I saw. Not only was it hard to find what I was looking for which is unusual for the Old Navy store but it was also a tripping hazard to have jeans laying all over racks falling on the floor no organization and then to have these two tall racks in between two displays was causing a congestion of the jeans department which is not big to begin with. So back to why I was at the store originally after I finally spent an hour looking through all the jeans to find the three colors three styles and three shape brands that I was looking for I had to try one of the three pairs on just to make sure that the size I was buying with the correct size for me, the wait for the dressing room is considerably short which is unusual for this store however I was grateful considering all the time I had spent looking for jeans. After I decided that all three pairs fit I proceeded to check out. The checkout line was a little bit long but not too long considering it was the day after Christmas and they had a giveaway going on. When I was finally called to an available cashier I politely asked her had she known if anyone had won the $250 shopping spree yet. She looked at me dumbfounded and with an attitude responded I don't know what you're talking about. So I politely said its an offer that Old Navy is giving at every store to one customer today only is there anyone here like a supervisor I could speak to to ask if this has been given because there's no purchase necessary / the ad on the radio and the website. At this point the cashier continue to ignore my request for a supervisor and said that she still didn't know what I was talking about but that they would contact me tomorrow if i won. I was a little bit confused and upset at this point because I specifically just informed her of what the ad had stated which really isn't my job but then I questioned her as to how they were going to contact me about me winning or not winning if they didn't have my name or contact information or any type of way of getting in touch with me. She didn't answer me and continued to ring up my jeans. At this point I got a little bit more upset and asked how she didn't know what her job was and why she couldn't direct me in the right direction as to whom I could talk to to find out what the process was for this offer. After this she finally snapped at me lifted a gold card that was in a stack of gold cards on her cashier counter and with an attitude stated when you check out I'm going to give you one of these Gold Cards & inside the card it'll tell you what you've won. I wasn't going to argue with her because this obviously wasn't what I was referring to but she was just trying to come up with an excuse to get me away from her, because she obviously didn't know what I was talking about and didn't want to try to accommodate me as a customer to find out the information to provide me with the knowledge that I needed for this shopping spree. Overall very disappointed very frustrated happy with my product but not with the cashiers or the customer service or the unwillingness to help. This location is in Southridge Mall the location is average size. I have a love/hate relationship with this store. Their clothes don't fit me right-especially their jeans, I normally go to the Gap. I I have always been a Gap Girl. The only reason why I went to Old Navy is because I got a 30% off coupon in the Sunday Paper. I decided to go on a shopping spree at Old Navy. So I walked into Old Navy with a mission: buy a hoodie. It's kind of hit or miss with them. I found one in the Men's Dept. for $15 with my discount I paid 11 something. read more

I lost my phone in the store and when I called to collect it they told me they would be waiting for me . So as soon as I got there Serena was working the cash register by herself and called for a manager to grab my phone for me...after she called them over the head set three times and had a co worker go to back office twice..I waited for 20 minutes before one of the TWO managers decided to come up front from the back office..thanks to Serena being pushy for them to come up otherwise I would have been waiting a lot longer.. read more

I was there shopping for jeans. They had a sale which made the price pretty reasonable compared to what I normal have to pay for jeans at other stores. I was surprised at how messy and unorganized the store was. The jeans were not organized so you had to dig through stacks of them hoping to find the right size and length. That was a real disappointment. The rest of the store had clothes and hangers laying all over the ground. The store was overall very messy. read more
