First time visit to this store. I was very impressed by the array and quantity of the shoes on display, though my shoe size (8.5) was a bit sparse in their inventory. While perusing the many aisles, I was approached by two different sales people at different times who were very polite, offering help. When told no thanks, they left me alone which I appreciated, as opposed to some other stores that have sales people that "helicopter" their shoppers. When finding one of the pair of shoes I wanted in my size, I grabbed the box and realized that it only had one shoe in it; the other was the display model. I brought them to the checkout area and asked a woman behind the register, whom I believe was the store manager, to verify it was okay to use the display shoe. I then asked her if she could keep the shoes there for me while I continued shopping. Though little was said, she was very unfriendly and curt in her response. When taking the second pair of shoes I found in my size, the same thing occurred. I picked up the shoe box in my size and discovered that it, too, was missing a shoe and the other was the display model. I also brought this to the register with the same lady store manager and said, "Would you believe that both shoes I wanted to buy today in my size were used for the display? Isn't that funny?" ... referring to the coincidence and irony. Apparently, my comment irritated her because she made a face at me and rudely admonished me with some garbage about their inventory and store policy. The store has a large parking lot and shouldn't be a problem parking. All-in-all, this store deserves at least a four (4) star rating, but the fact that this woman behind the counter and most probably the store manager was so unfriendly, surly and rude to me, they get three stars. read more

My husband is a fan of Skechers shoes, so when I drove by this outlet, I made a mental note to swing by the next time he was in need of some new shoes. Which is exactly what we did. Our experience here was ok. They have a large variety of Skechers to choose from, yet somehow we didn't find anything we were excited enough about to try on. We also expected their prices to be more of a bargain, when, in actuality they're pretty much what you would pay any where else in town. The whole vibe of the store is a bit haphazard and while there's tons of stock, there's not necessarily tons of stock in a variety of sizes (ie: not all sizes were represented). All in all, a bit of a ho-hum experience. I wouldn't likely make the trip to Greenfield for it when I can find Skechers at similar prices at other retailers closer by. read more

I went back today after thinking about the great grand opening prices even though I didn't need any shoes but I would in the future so I grabbed a couple pair. Each box has a price tag that is about what kohls puts on there shoes. The display shoe has a sale price that is lower than the box and the register has a lower price at check out so I was confused, what do the shoes actually cost. I will post a couple examples to give you an idea. The most frustrating thing about this store and it drove me crazy is the shoes have no item numbers on them so you don't know where they are on the shelf so you just keep opening box after box. I did notice that each box has an exact picture of the shoe so that helped a little. I took two examples of the shoe pricing, the tags on the boxes are $162. The sale tags on the shoes are $119.98 and my final check out price was $76.02 for two pairs of shoes, what a deal because that's $38 per pair. The outlet prices were decent and the second pair at 50% off was nice but the final check out price was even better people. read more

The nicest people ever! They are so kind! The tall white kid was very good at his job. He was very detailed on explaining things to me, made my visit so much better, the short blonde lady behind the counter was so rude, she stunk so bad and when I asked her a question she seemed like she couldn't comprehend anything above a first grade level. Honestly if you go make sure you don't talk to her. Try to talk to the tall white kid or the lady with the pink hair, they know how to put joy into peoples shopping experience. read more

Best factory outlet I've ever been to. It's big, with a wide variety of shoes, among other products. I recommend you to come with plenty of time to walk around, try on some shoes, and check out (it can take you some time). And definitely sign up for rewards, it's worth it! read more

Changing my review to two stars, and I'm being generous. I've been here a couple times now and my size is never in stock. I can't even try a shoe on before ordering. That means I have to order shoes and wait a week for them to arrive at my house before I can try them on, and then drive all the way back to the store for a return and refund if they don't fit. I may as well just order them online in the first place and skip the hassle of driving out to the store. I just hate ordering sized items on the internet. As far as the prices, so much for outlet discounts. I've actually seen the same styles on amazon for half price, and even at Kohl's for less. If you need shoes today and are size 9 or below, you may be in luck. But, Meijer and Kohl's carry the Skechers brand and will likely be the same price or less. Depending how far you are from this outlet, that may help you. The only positive I have to say of this store is that there are a lot of styles on display and most of the staffers are friendly and attentive. Unfortunately it has let me down and I will not be back. -------------------------------- This should be my dream store but anything in my size is either unavailable or needs to be ordered. when I have more time and don't need shoes asap, I will be back. read more

With all the references to memory foam, you might mistake Skechers for the mattress store down the street. But have no fear, that association stops the instant you walk into this outlet store because it's stocked with some of the most comfortable shoes on the planet! I came into this new store in Greenfield needing to replace my old Skechers. I walk so much I had worn a hole in the other ones. I still found them comfortable (!!!) The names of these shoes are clever! I got a pair called "Romance Novel" they were black slip-ons with pink accents. The other pair were grey with pink trim - that name wasn't as memorable but I still giggled as I checked out the stock. The limited range of sizes wasn't quite as funny. I wear a size 11 shoe and I found 2 pairs on the shelf. Thankfully this store also carries wide width shoes so a size 10 wide also worked. The best thing about shopping here are the savings. Buy one get the other half off. And my receipt contained a coupon for an extra 10% off next month. Such a deal! read more

Nothing to see here, so move along. Very disappointed in this outlet store. My friend and I stopped in to look for some shoe bargains. The store was dirty and unorganized. There were signs falling off the windows, open boxes and shoes strewn randomly on the shelves. Neither of us could find a woman size 8 or 8.5 shoe. I found a men size 13 athletic shoe that would have fit my husband, but it was priced like a Skechers store, not an outlet. BOGO isn't helpful when you can't find your shoe size. There was no savings. It was worse than rummaging through clothes at goodwill. The girl working the register was friendly but didn't offer to help find what we needed. After wasting half hour looking, we left. I won't be going back any time soon. I will pay full price or go to the Skechers outlet at Gurnee. read more

I tried on a pair in the store and they seemed good however when I got home and was going to wear them for the day, When I put them on the left shoe made a strange noise. I decided to return this pair but I didn't keep the box however the folks at the store we terrific. They made it super easy to exchange for a new pair with no hassle! My son and I visited the store and I was very disappointed.  This was the store in Greenfield in Wisconsin.  We walked into the store and were not acknowledged.  I looked around and did not see a place to measure to see what size shoe my son wears.  I finally walked up to the register and it seemed as if I was inconveniencing the one guy at the counter, the only one who appeared to be working at that time.  He gave me a very poor piece of paper and did not volunteer to assist.  Finally I figured out that my son was a size 4 kids.  We went over to the kids area.  In looking, we did not see any shoes larger than a size 1 kids.  I asked the guy if we were in the correct area of the store.  He didn't know.  I had already selected a pair of $60 shoes for myself and was hoping to take advantage of the buy one get one 50% off.  I continued to look for my son's shoes myself since he had since walked away.  I again did not see any shoes in that area larger than a size 1 kids and did not see any other area where kids shoes were located (other than girl's, men's and women's).  At that point, I put my shoes back and was very annoyed and walked out.  I then went to another, more helpful, shoe store (not Sketchers) and spent $200.  I am really hoping others did not receive my same attitude that day, there were a few others that came into the store after me.  I was a regular at that store, coming from 45 minutes away to shop specifically there.  However, I will go again to the others store a few blocks away before I will enter that Sketcher's Outlet again. read more

Loved the place. Good selection and staff was helpful. Was buy one get one half off. So took advantage of this. Also signed up for their rewards program. Now that was tricky to sign up for. Or maybe it was just me. That program gives you one point per dollar. When you reach 100 points you receive a $10 credit. But your purchases aren't credited for 24-48 hrs. So even if you were close to the 100 mark you would not be able to use the credit on that visit. I like their shoes so I will be a regular customer. read more
