I went to the Greenfield location needing to rent a tux & suits for my wedding after experiencing terrible service at the Brookfield location. I was greeted the minute I walked in the door and was assisted by 2 sales associates - a gentleman who appeared to be in charge and a young lady by the name of Cheyenne who was in training. Both of them were so helpful and I was able to order everything that day for the groom and groomsmen in less than an hour. The next time I went to this store (a month after my first visit) with my fiance for his fitting Cheyenne was again working and remembered me immediately and assisted us on her own with the fitting and was able to answer every question we had - very impressive considering she was still fairly new- and in such a pleasant, friendly manner!! I again had to visit the store a week later as we had a change in groomsmen and wasn't sure how to do it. I walked in and immediately was greeted with a warm welcome and there was Cheyenne ready to assist and again was able to make all the changes I needed quickly and efficiently as if she'd been doing this for years - it's such a relief as a customer knowing you have someone to service you who knows what they're doing and is on top of everything - having been in customer service for over 10 years myself I have no doubt Cheyenne's abilities along with her personality will continue to be a great asset to the Greenfield store!!!! read more

I had never had to leave a business like that. Went in to get my fiancé fitted for a tux. They had a new system to create groups which was confusing for the associates. Don't blame this on them though, seems like a corporate and lack of training issue. When we finally got asked what we were looking for, she threw 2 options on the table and didn't say the word. No help with anything else. No follow up questions. We asked if we could try it on and if there were any pants to get a look of a tux versus just putting a jacket on to decide a wedding outfit. She kept reiterate everything comes from Texas. Manager finally told her to grab a pair of pants and shoes (she only brought 1 shoe). Ended up leaving due to poor service. Went to return a pullover I ordered online (vs mailing it back), manager Tatayana took 15 minutes to finally help me only to tell me she would not return the item without the original price tag (it had the brand tag it), no idea where the price tag was when I received it via mail. Super rude, no problem solving like even offering me in store credit (which I would have taken given I shop with Men's Warehouse); Called online and Courtney was able to help me no questions asked. Zero Stars. This place discriminates, or I mean the man that "helped" us discriminates. Long story short, no greetings when we walk in. When the employee helps us ... he gives me the vibes that he doesn't want my highschooler to try on the Rentals that they have on display. I have to ask more than once. Can we try on the rentals. Can we get measurements. He says yes but he doesn't do anything. He tells me i have to sign paperwork and i have to pay today for rentals then we can start the measuring and try on process. I agree to it. But no movement on the employees end. Still standing there trying to NOT have us try anything. I had to ask more than once if we can try the rentals. I had to say okay so can we get measurements ?!?! He says yes. Then i say okay ! Eventually he measures my boy. Gives us a jacket to try on. He sees my boys arm tattoo and tells him that he's going to have to think twice about tattoos because if he wants a job then he shouldn't have tattoos. The male employee is saying all of this while he has an arm tattoo too. The employee isn't giving advice in a nice way, he's basically saying i see your tattoo and you won't be getting any good jobs with that! Instead of saying hey man a little advice, i have tattoos and it was hard for me to get jobs sometimes. So maybe think about where you want to put your tattoos if you decide to get more.... I tell the guy i know the tattoo stuff because I'm a healthcare worker. He asks my occupation and i share it with him. After i share my occupation, his attitude changes. He gets more nice and friendlier. The mood changes. Anywho, the worker wasn't rude or not helpful. He did give me info about suits/tuxedos and he did answer my questions But when it came to my highschooler boy, i felt like the employee had something against him. Im asian and my highschooler is African American. At one point i felt like i wanted to leave bc the worker didn't want to help my highschooler. It was run around after run around. I could read in between the lines but i stayed proactive. Never experienced discrimination like this before. It's sad bc it's young children who are being discriminated. We went to other suit/tuxedo stores after and the treatment was different. Every store greeted us and when i told the employees what we were looking for my highschooler boy had on a suit jacket instantly. Tips and measurements were given right away. I didn't have to ask for anything. Two different stores looked at my highschooler and automatically knew his size without measuring. I talked to an employee at Ticknors about my experience with men's Wearhouse and they told me that's how men's Wearhouse is. That's the customer service that you get. I am a health care provider and i am also a small business owner in the food industry so I know all about customer service. I had the jacket already and she helped to find the perfect matching dress pants to go along with it. It was a bit busy in there and she hustled for all. If we could give negative stars we definitely would. Their service doesn't even warrant a 1 star. We would recommend to avoid Men's Wearhouse at all costs. My husband and I used Men's Wearhouse in Grand Chute and Grafton. The communication amongst both was horrible, one store would tell us one thing and the other something different. Everyone was fitted/ordered prior to the deadline. The pick up time was 3 days prior to our wedding. Out of our 6 reservations, 5 suits didn't fit and were stained in multiple spots. The bride's father's suit jacket was too large and had multiple large stains. The groom's father's suit did not fit at all and had to be completely reordered. The staff was not confident it would be here for our wedding. The staff at Grafton said they would hand deliver it on the wedding day by 11am, if it was available. Therefore he had to drive an hour to Grafton and back on the wedding day to pick up all of the reorders. 3 of the groomsman suits were either too small or too large and had to be reordered. With only 3 days to reorder, we were lucky the suits even made it on time for our wedding. And thankfully the groom's father ran to pick up the orders. After we returned the suits we brought up our concerns to the Grand Chute location with all of the issues that occurred. We were told that the day manager would speak with the location manager for a resolution and get back to us. A week passed so, we called the customer service line to see if there was an update, because the Grand Chute location wouldn't answer. They came to a resolution that all the reservations would get 50% off due to all of the issues and caused stress on our wedding day. We were told they would be issued in 2-5 days. 5 days passed and no one received their refund. Called again to see why the refund was not issued. Was told it was due to the way our wedding party paid and they said they would issue a check and mail it. 4 days passed and there is no check in the mail, called back to see what the hold up is and was told we should have them in hand already and nothing they can do on their end and it will be 21+ days for the checks because they were having issues on their end. The communication amongst their so called customer service and stores/managers is horrendous. Nothing but lies and talking to different people that have no clue what is going on. I'm assuming they are hoping we would just forget about all of the issues and the refund. Unfortunately, we would never recommend using Men's Wearhouse for your wedding or prom. Or for any of your suit needs. Stay away from them unless you want unnecessary stress and just a hassle. *Will update review as everything gets fully resolved. read more

Alex and Danielle were the only two working there and for being extremely short staffed the customer service was amazing. I'm not sure how dipshits leaving reviews are saying they need to hire more people as if they don't know that? Good work detective... you cracked the case of the obvious fix that is easy to write out in a review but not always a quick process to handle. These two were doing everything they can to still make it through their days without proper staffing. Take these reviews with a grain of salt as they obviously are the kind of people knocking on the door with a clear sign that says to call for assistance. Not the brightest bulbs in the lot. I hope people understand the results of the last year or so climate and everyone is short staffed from manufacturing to the department stores. Be patient, this isn't the instant gratification world you soft bodied granola humans were given years past. Awful customer service. We showed up and the door was locked as there were customers inside being measured. Waited in a line outside of the store with other customers wondering why the door was locked as we were there within the business hours. An associate came to the door eventually and unlocked it and let us know they were only accepting drop offs and returns due to "short staffing". There were no notes on the door stating this and business hours were not edited on google. I think it's extremely rude to cut customers off without even attempting to assist. They easily could have allowed us to shop and apologized if we had a longer wait time due to short staffing. The way this store handled it is completely unacceptable in my opinion, and shows a severe lack in customer service skills. read more

Excellent rental service! Now, this is what a tux rental and suit shop should be like! I had a tux rental to try on and pick up and was really worried about it, just one day before the wedding. Came here, and all my worries were laid to rest with great service, great fitting, and all done quite quickly. This Men's Wearhouse has a huge selection of suits, slacks, sweaters and menswear. This store is huge. Half of the store is dedicated to rentals and there are lots of chairs for groomsmen to lounge around in and they've even got a mini ping pong table while you wait! My fitting was done by a lady who was a consummate professional, and very clear with her directions. She also made me feel like my time was valuable, in getting me fitted well, while getting me out the door to my next appointment. Prom, wedding, suit purchase? We went to Men's Wearhouse for the tuxedos for the bridal party and for the fathers. They made it very easy for us to pick out the tuxedos. When there was a discrepancy with what they said we owed and what our receipts said we owed, they said the difference came from the price of the top hat / cane and gloves for the groom going up but they honored what our receipt said. I would go back to them again if we needed to rent tuxedos for another event. read more

We came to pick out the tux for my hubby for our vow renewal. The gentleman that helped us I believe his name was Joe. He had salt and pepper hair and glasses. I looked on the receipt and could not find the name. Anyway, he was awesome from start to finish. He took measurements to insure the perfect fit and really listened to my husband. We are picking up in another state and he set the whole transaction up to give us a day or two to get the tux and insure the perfect fit. We got to pick out the entire outfit from start to finish and try on samples to see what worked and what didn't. Much better than my dress experience. Arrived right on time to a store that hadn't been vacuumed in at least a year with boxes piled up behind the register and an overall terrible appearance. We didn't see our names on the list of appointments and waited about 5 mins until we flagged someone down to tell us it'd be another 25 mins before they could help us. The sleeves of the rental tux jacket were too short or the sleeves of the shirt were far too long, but we were told it was supposed to be that was despite realizing later that it was the only one in the bridal party that was this way. The vest was the wrong design so they went to a different store to get the right one. Of course they said that we didn't need to try it on (it was too small when we did, a couple of hours before the wedding) and failed to tell us that it could be resized by loosening a strap on the back. Then the Regional Manager, Josh Gister, was very rude and treated me with massive disrespect when I brought the problems to his attention. read more

I have purchased several suits from this location. My last purchase was a spur of the moment trip to the Men's Wearhouse. I am a Perfect Fit member and received an email offer for 50% off including sale priced and clearance suits. So prior to going to the store, I did a little research online. I found several Ralph Lauren suits that I was interested in. When I got to the store, I was greeted by their staff and directed to a sales person. The sales person, looked as though he was very young. He took some quick measurements, and I showed him some of what I was interested in, via what I printed out online. He told me that he didn't have any of the suits I was interested in at the store. The sales person did a search of their inventory and found a suit in my size at another store. He contacted the other store and asked to have it shipped it to them. The sales person stated the suit would be in on Friday. I was stoked a designer suit originally priced at $689 for $89. Because I didn't really need the suit immediately, I didn't mind waiting 6 days for the suit to come in. While waiting for the suit to come in, a co worker of mine passed away. The timing was going to work out that, I would be able to wear the new suit I had purchased to the funeral. The Friday the suit was supposed to come in came, I didn't hear from the Men's Wearhouse. I waited to hear from them as they said they would call when it came in. On Tuesday after not hearing from them, I called to see if my suit had come in. I was told they received the incorrect suit, and the correct suit would be there on Friday. So Friday came, and I did not hear from them all day. I called on my way home from work. My sales person was not working, so they transferred me to the manager Tony. Tony proceeds to tell me that the suit will not be in until Monday according to the UPS tracking number. We now have a problem, the funeral is for that Sunday. Tony tells me he will look to see what they have in the store that will fit me. He calls me back several minutes later and tells me that he has to store brand suits that will work. I told him I was on my way home and if he could look to see if there was anything at another store in the area that might work. I make it home, shower and still have not heard back from the manager. The store isn't that far from my home so, I decide just to drive over to the store. Tony shows me the two suits he has in the store and they are not my style at all. So while looking over the racks I found a suit that I liked, I tried it on and amazingly it fit, needing only minimal alterations. It however was not on sale and was $789. Tony was able to sell me the suit for what I paid for the suit that wasn't going to arrive in time. I told Tony, that I still wanted the original suit that I purchased and he said that was ok. At this point I am extremely happy, two Ralph Lauren suits for $89 a piece. I pick up the suit the morning of the funeral and the suit met everyone of my expectations. The following day the original suit purchased shows up at the store. I go to pick it up several days later. I try it on and it is not going to fit properly, even with alterations. So back to the racks I go. I discover a second Ralph Lauren suit on the racks that will fit me. This suit like the first has been on the racks the whole time, now almost three weeks later. I am upset by this point, I asked the manager Tony if he could match the price of the original suit that I had purchased. But he said that he could not. I thought I would now only be getting one suit out of this deal. While figuring out what I was going to due, I ran past a Men's Wearhouse email for an upcoming promotion. The promotion was for 50% off merchandise. So I had Tony hold the suit till the start day of the promotion. I returned the original suit and applied the $89 to the second suit. I ended up paying $250, for the second suit. I called Men's Wearhouse's customer care and explained the entire month long ordeal to them. Their customer service as an apology for all the hassle, issued me $100 in Perfect Fit Rewards. So for all of the managements efforts to make this situation right, I have to give Men's Wearhouse 4 stars. I will definitely ask for a manager or a more seasoned sales person the next time I shop there. read more

I am a big and tall guy (6'5, 275) and always have a difficult time finding clothes that truly fit. I went to the Greenfield location initially to get fitted for a suit for my wedding. I was apprehensive and very much out of my element as far as style goes upon entering the store. Luckily, Trevor was there to assist me with the custom suit I would eventually end up ordering. Trevor was incredibly helpful and assisted me in getting fitted for my suit. I went back this past weekend after running into issues with finding a white shirt to wear with the suit. Again, Trevor worked with me to find a shirt that would fit my body type and look great with the navy suit. He even went as far as to check with other area Men's Wearhouse stores as well as the store's tailors to ensure that I would get a great fitting shirt for an even better price. I highly recommend this location with Trevor's assistance; especially if you are a big and tall guy who has varied proportions and difficulty fitting into standard men's clothing. read more

Very so-so suits for a wedding. They have a very convoluted system for swapping out shirts in the inventory for a wedding party order. The fit of the shirts was laughable despite measurements. Suits were shipped to the wrong addresses. We thought that for the price of rental vs purchase that purchase made more sense. Wrong. Unless you time your visits to your original salesman's hours, which is difficult, you will get turfed off to a guaranteed mix-up. There was a lot of paperwork for the salesmen that wasn't computerized also guaranteeing a foul up. The suits were definitely a one time wear. read more

Went to Men's Wearhouse a good month before the Wedding, (My Husband is Father of Groom, and why he had to dress like the Wedding Party is still a mystery to me, considering he owns his own gorgeous hand tailored Tuxedo) Well, we went to pick it up yesterday...... NIGHTMARE!! The jacket was worn out to the point of having "sheen" (over shiny) on the shoulders, the jacket has a stain, the sleeves are too short, the pant legs are different lengths, and the shoes had a hole in them. I made them mark the rental "damaged" before we left the store. They did go in back, and get another pair of shoes, these ones have not been sanitized and stink, (no, I will no way let my Husband wear them, GROSS!) This was supposed to be their top of the Line Calvin Kline tux... (uhhh, no........ it has a white label (ready to wear line) and is made in China) and it cost us $200. Rude customer service. First girl ran away when she saw there were issues with the tux, and the second girl was non apologetic, and basically said we got what we paid for... $200 for a worn out tux I could have bought at a thrift store. Bought 2 suits from this location, but won't go back. Was scheduled to pick them up but could only take 1 home because they couldn't find the other. Had to make another trip to pick up the 2nd one and it still needed to be tailored so I wouldn't have been able to take it home for awhile, making it over a month since I made the purchase. I paid for tailoring when I made the purchase and the employee said he'd only charge me for 1 of the suits. When I went back for the 2nd suit they wanted to charge me again. I explained that I shouldn't be charged again, but they didn't care. Ended up leaving with it un-tailored just so I didn't have to talk to these bozos anymore. The employees I dealt with didn't take responsibility for anything, came up with plenty of excuses, and made it seem like everything was my fault. Little do these clowns know that in between the time I purchased these and when I picked them up, I took a new job that requires me to wear a suit everyday.
