DON'T BOTHER GOING HERE!!!! One of the worst shopping experiences of my life! I took my daughter to Pashley for a Communion dress. After already having had a bad experience the same day at another store, we were looking forward to finding the perfect dress. Instead, the woman who helped us showed my daughter and I two dresses that did not fit and claimed she was "stumped" on her sizing. She then proceeded to direct me to once area of dresses and told to pick something from there. We selected something that was ok but I could tell my daughter was not thrilled. She didn't have the ear to ear smile I expected. When I told the salesperson we weren't thrilled she responded with "I don't know what else I can show you." Meanwhile we had tried on about 4-5 dresses...there were well over 40 in the room and she insisted nothing would work. The family that was in the store right before us looked like they had the red carpet rolled out and we were shooed out like we were worthless. We took our business elsewhere and were treated with respect and kindness, which we did not experience at Pashley. This store and its associates need to take the stick out of their ass. We found dresses that were just as beautiful and superior service elsewhere. read more

Pashleys is a cozy shop located right in the heart of cold spring harbor and has easy parking across the street. I come here because I never have any idea what to get and the staff is very attentive and helpful in finding me the perfect gift. I got beautiful clothing for my niece and nephew last time I was here and the kids loved it. I honestly think my nephew dresses more dapper than me now. This has been my go to store for whenever I am home and have to get one the young kids in my family a present. In short: - Great clothing and place for gifts - Very helpful staff - Able to get something quick instead of roaming in a department store for hours read more

My mom always shopped for me and my brother here growing up. Even though we've grown out of it now she still shops there to pick up jewelry for herself, or gifts for her friends. They wrap their gifts beautifully, so that you are always proud to present it. I recently stopped by after visiting the coffee shop next door, and the store is still going strong. The shelves are packed with clothes and toys for the little ones. The porch even has some nice rocking chairs outside if you want to sip coffee and people watch. read more

Spent some time in this lovely shop today. The women made you feel at home. Allowed us to try on christening outfits (some places don't allow you to try on). Got 100% attention and help. I will definitely be back here. Great quality merchandise and great service. We had a double stroller an 18 month old and a 3 month old. We were made to feel welcome and not rushed. The sale rack in the back had some gorgeous clothes. They toys were nicely selected. You can tell these ladies know how to treat their customers and pick quality merchandise to sell. My family has been going here for years and for good reason. They are always really helpful with picking out items and have a really good assortment. Great for outfits for special occasions or just quality unique items. If you are looking for an enormous department store where no one knows what they are doing this place is not for you. But if you like boutiques where all the items were carefully selected and staff are friendly then look no further. read more

Beautiful clothing. I bought a special outfit for my son's first birthday. The shoes were too small and I was 1 day past their "7-day" return policy date and they were firm on store credit only (which they could have reminded me of when I was iffy on the size). The other items purchased added up to over $100 which were beautiful and special pieces. Be careful with your returns here!! They will do you no favors. read more
