The clothes look cheap and bad quality, the jewelry looks plastic, and the employees have a sour puss on their face and are not friendly at all. If I were to be treated this way in the Channel store or Newman Marcus, I would not be offended, but I don't see why these employees acted like they were guarding the Louvre in Paris. I would not have purchased anything in that store even if they paid me to take it. Everyone should take their money elsewhere!

Racks of beautiful handbags, and evening bags were very tempting and looked much more expensive than they were priced. There were two floors of casual and formal summer and autumn closing that were displayed beautifully. It's a shame I need nothing because there is a lot here. Sales help is very experienced and helpful.

I'm not a big boutique shopper but I'd definitely come back here and go to town on some of their camo prints, the sweat I loved were $40, which may sound astronomical but again, this is a boutique store and they were so nice and soft. Was on the phone while shopping in here so I can't comment on what the customer service was like. Definitely stop in here and check it out!

You would think a new face visiting their business would warrant some sort of interaction. I have worked in retail management in some very high end stores, and this is retail 101. GREET YOUR CUSTOMERS!! Make them feel welcome. I love to support the local mom and pop businesses in my town, but sorry, LOFT got my business that day.

Walking inside is a high end, boutique menswear. Mitchells sells high end suits, high end jeans and high sweaters as well as ties, vests and other menswear accessories. I bought a tie here last year, it was an impluse expense since I rarely wear ties. I came in recently on a week night looking for sales.They had none. Nothing!? Not even summer stuff? It's come to the point, 15 years ago I would have been jazzed with this store. Now? There is Century 21, Bloomingdales Outlet, Nordstroms Rack, are you seeing where I'm going with this? I bought a pair of AG white summer jeans on line, they're being sold here at a full on retail price. They have brands like Vince, the same brand at the Outlets. The staff are so courteous and have a good vibe/relationship with their customers right when you enter you are greeted with a smile and "hello how are you". The next week the gown arrived- it was the wrong gown in the wrong color. New gown was ordered and express shipped to store. Color was right, gown still wrong. Owner of this shop has not even reached out once after multiple calls to apologize for the inconvenience or even offer some kind of break after all this trouble (and still having the wrong dress). I would never come back here or recommend anyone go here. Owner is a terrible business person and should be ashamed of themselves for not doing right by customers. My one star was for the 2 sales people who helped me when I went to pick up the dress. Both were sympathetic - 1 assisted in placing the express shipped order of the 2nd dress and the other tried to have owner reach out to me for an explanation. 0 stars to the shitty owner who still has not called me.
