Whereas you might expect a luxury boutique to carry mostly tiny sizes, I was pleasantly surprised at their range of sizes, styles and prices. Not everything was super expensive, though there were very expensive pieces. Every corner is impeccably curated and filled with beautiful, thoughtful items. Laura of Pembroke is newly on my list of places to visit when I need a gift or want to buy something for myself (you know, for when you get in that mood of just wanting to buy something for yourself). I wandered in because the displays are so cute, I wanted to see all the treasure inside. Jackleg work, simple fix, abjectly poor customer treatment…read more After buying thousands of dollars worth of Schonbek fixtures - a large center hall chandelier, two sconces, two ceiling domes, and two smaller bedroom chandeliers - from Cleveland Lighting, here is the response I got when I asked them to fix the problem shown in the attached pictures: "Unfortunately, we would have a service call fee of $95. As mentioned these are secured at the factory and I'm not sure how much of an adjustment can be made. I could have someone available this Thursday afternoon. Let me know if you wish to proceed." The sconce in the photos was installed improperly. It should have been repaired without hesitation without charge by the store. You can see from the photos the Cleveland Lighting rep's statement, "fixed at the factory," is an inaccurate cop out sent by someone who just did not give a crap. Asking for a service fee was inappropriate and indicative of the kind of people who run Cleveland Lighting. Find a different lighting store.

It is a pretty standard new style overly fancy shopping centre located in the Cleveland Ohio area. It's expensive and it's fancy (did I mention fancy) and it's outdoor (and fancy) which isn't always a good thing in this region, especially during winter months. It's one of these outdoor (did I mention it's outdoor) shopping villages (and fancy) with all the high end stores, but it's still cool to have it here, and it provides a nice shopping experience for people in Cleveland that are sick of indoor malls.
