Yesterday I went into the store looking at bras and could clearly tell 2 employees were talking about me over their headset. Saying things like " they could just tell by looking at me" Very uncomfortable shopping experience for me. Not sure what was said but in these moments I've learned to hold my head higher. Do better. Stop talking about customers over headsets and if you do then do a better job of hiding it. read more

Needed a new bra, not sure what style or the exact size. I went in with a general idea. The store associate was helpful in showing me where my "old" style was situated and the various colors. Then I tried a couple of different sizes on. Crap, I needed help because the style I tried was completely not what I remembered. I pressed the bell inside the dressing room and Hanna appeared out of nowhere with a gentle knock. I showed her what I liked and what I didn't like about the current style. She had a few suggestions and brought back 2 additional styles in the sizes that she guessed would be best fitting. SCORE! I loved them both!! But I really only "need" one right now. Hannah notified me that when I buy 1 today and sign up for rewards, I'd receive a $20 off coupon to use 2 weeks from now *yay* These bras are a little pricey (~$50 each) but they are well made and last longer than I should be wearing them :P I was in/out in less than 15 minutes! Had a great experience the 3 times in a week I had to go/ return and exchange items. Sadly because of Covid dressing rooms are closed. With that said Everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly!! I Had to go home and try things on but when I came back to return/ exchange everyone was always very friendly with my returns. easy, fast, friendly. I finally found the PERFECT Bra and other things for my weekend trip. I definitely will return and recommend this store. read more

I tend to work long hours seven days a week, so it tends to be hard for me to make it to stores before they close. I recently came into VS in the rogue valley mall right as they were closing. I expected my friend and I to be turned away so the staff could get on with closing shop and going home, but they welcomed us in and helped us find what we needed while they were cleaning up the shop. While I was waiting for my friend to try on what we ended up purchasing, the staff talked with me about their dedication to being open and inclusive to all people, including women, trans individuals, and even straight males like myself (I found a really soft shirt I liked). A nicely designed, clean space with quality garments and a highly friendly staff. You can't really get better than that. read more

I really like this Victorias Secret because the workers are super friendly and helpful; plus they have a great selection of clothing (on top of under garments). I like the new return policy that automatically returns funds rather than waiting for an approval. Only thing I dislike here are the prices, I'm not sure, but I think all the prices are slightly hogher due to no sales tax... I could be wrong.. but all their zip up hoodies are $69+. I dont remember them being that $$$ in Cal. Anyway, always clean. Good spot in the mall. Excellent service. read more

They expanded the store.... and though they have a larger space the configuration is segmented and really took away from the bright airy beautiful ambiance of having open sight lines- all they did is make additional room for the lounge/ fitness clothing as well this expansion actually feels like it reduces the size of the lingerie section but only minimally- overall disappointing read more

This store is great. It is probably one of the nicest stores in the mall. The staff is really friendly and they want you to buy what's comfortable. One plus is they sell my favorite perfume. The prices are kinda high but you get what you pay for. read more

I wouldn't have even gave this place one star. I can't stand this store and most people that work there. Not the people personally but the way they do customer service. I literally sat and waited to get into a fitting room inside the entrance, everyone that came to the entrance got to try on their merchandise. Not me. I stood up and said "I guess I shouldn't try on the bras?" Then before that, an employee completely ignored me as I needed to be fitted, straight walked away as if I didn't say something. This is not the only time this has happened and I have many friends that say this happened to them. I did a lot of thinking, was it me? Was I rude? But no I was not. I was excited being that I recently had a breast augmentation and really wanted to buy the first bra from there. So it was definitely not me or anything I did. I think what it could be is that these young girls that work in there only like to pay attention to certain ages and looks of people and that is not okay. I also have noticed that they ignore over weight shoppers as well. Ridiculous. I will wait to shop in Portland. I hope these girls get proper customer service training. read more

Just purchased merchandise at this store. Literally 6 girls working, one girl wandering around picking out onesies and asking the only employee on the register if she should buy them. One helping another co worker check out after taking her in the back room for a while ignoring the piling up line I was standing in. Finally got to the register and the only girl actually checking people out was horribly unfriendly and pretty much mumbled my total and handed me my bag. I understand working retail in the holiday season is stressful, but they were entirely overstaffed and not utilizing the labor they had. Not to mention being rude to their customers. read more

Well I went in to my local Victoria secret today to browse and stock up on my favorite paintes I walk in there make eye contact and smile at 2 VS employees and they just stare back No "Hi how are you doing today?" "Looking for anything particular?" ....... Nothing??! I'm like ok girl that's fine you must just hate your retail job it's cool.. I go about my business and shop. Then I get up to the register to pay and the girl up front says" did any of my girls help you?" I'm like ... "Sadly no they all just looked at me with shitty looks on there face." The girl: " I'm so sorry about that" with no concern at all that " her girls" were not greeting customers as they should working in retail. me: silence .. lol I will still go back but hopefully they get new employees or actually hire people who like the job. read more

i love victoria secret. i buy the bras, panties, all work out clothes, pajamas, fragrance ..u name it i buy it. i love to spend my money locally and support the local economy and jobs....however the local store forces me to purchase online or at other malls outside of the rogue valley. due to their poor buying ,ordering and stocking issues. i understand the rogue valley store is a smaller store, and i understand that they can not house a massive inventory , however ...i believe more women would spend more locally if the local vc store took a better look at their customers , what they are asking for , what they look like , and if the corporate heads would help to look at this with them and compare what is ordered online verses how many are carried in the store. the average woman in america wears a size 12, which would be a size l at vc. it is a rare instance, unless you are there on the day they unpack to find a large or xl in clothing . you can always find the xs, which usually sits and sits and ends up going on sale. i have actually been told by the sales staff that they usually only get 1-2 larges of anything except panties. i understand that there are lines such as " pink" that caters to a younger clientele, however most of the clothing appeals to all ages. i understand that there are young people who have the means to purchase more expensive items, however in the rogue valley i would gather to say that those with means to purchase quantity and those with the higher price point are those that are a bit older and closer to that average size of 12. (there are always exceptions) . it is my recommendation that the local store look at their demographics for the rogue valey with a different set of eyes. the rogue valley is a wonderful place to live, however i think most would agree that there is a different socio economic base and mix here than in other areas. if i owned a store i would much rather sell quantity and higher priced items than have multiple items in very small sizes that attract a younger audience that buys less and looks more. read more
