This Childrens place is the worst one to come to. I vist these stores multiple times a month and no…read morematter the day or time... there is either a long line.. or even if there is just one person ahead of you the wait is 10+ minutes to even pay. Add more employees or get the ones you have in line. I shouldnt have to wait 10+ minutes becauae someone is applying for a store credit card. When asked the other employee if she can charge me at the other register she said I had to wait. When I spoke strong to her then she said if I paid cash she can take me, i said fine. I only had a $100 bill she said no change for that so was I going to wait or leave.. I really needed the shirt so I said no choice but to wait right! Then she said well try your card lets see.. and it worked... why put me through that, how would a register not take cash or card... please its 2018!!!!

I have four kids and this use to be my go to places but this has changed since above mentioned issue. I did contact customer service in which was stated a district manager would respond. Two weeks, close to 3 and walllaaaaa nothing. Not surprised, I mean after all they need to meet their quota, even if it leads to false advertisement.
