Old Navy is the place for closet staples. Those shirts and tees and sweats and jeans that everyone needs (needs). And at Old Navy, the colors of basic staples is almost limitless. Sizes are also almost limitless, you can go high or low on the size chart - you can even be an infant! It's a seasonal happy place and you'll find everything from flip flops and sunglasses to ski gloves and goggles. Socks? Yep If you're a layer freak (no judgment) you need some Old Navy - because Old Navy is very OK if you cover up everything that you buy. And don't forget your seasonal scarf. This is definitely a different store setup than I am use to for an Old Navy. In fact, to me, it doesn't really look like an Old Navy in here. It looks a little more upscale with the arrangement they went with. I also think that the extra natural light coming in here helps with that. What throws me off most in here are the "dressing rooms." Instead of having the tradition fitting room area they have these pods located along the outer walls that you can just walk to, ,pull the curtain, and get down to the nitty-gritty in there. I'm not sure about you, but if you are shopping alone and need to try on clothes, this doesn't seem like the best way to do it. There's not a lot of room to do so and what happens if you need to put something down that you bought at another store. What happens if someone comes along while you're in mid-change and grabs that bag, it's not like you are in any position to run after that person with your pants around your ankles........Maybe I put too much thought into that? Back to the point at hand, I liked what I saw here, but I didn't buy here. The men's section seems to be lacking and smaller than most other Old Navy's in the area. What they did have they had multiples of in the same color, hardly any variation. read more

This isn't my favorite Old Navy location, but I do stop in here on occasion when I'm close by. My most recent visit was a few days ago, and I had trouble finding anything interesting. It appeared that they were in the middle of rearranging the store, not necessarily remodeling it. Either way, it was messy and hard to find anything. Like other reviews mentioned, this Old Navy is set up a little differently than most, and there is nice-sized clearance section in the front, next to the line of registers. While there was a big selection, I simply couldn't find anything that I was interested in even trying on. Customer service here is hit or miss. I have had some poor (or non-existent) service from sales floor associates and the cashiers. However, on occasion, I have come across some friendly and helpful employees. Overall, Old Navy is 'safe' place to shop, because I can generally find a few items that I like and they do have some good deals. read more

This is a pretty standard old navy. Ladies on the right, Men's on the left and kids in the back. I hadn't shopped at old navy in ages, but since dropping weight I wanted some inexpensive but still semi stylish clothes. I was pleased with their selection. They have everything from inexpensive jeans ($15 a pair!) to business attire and even workout clothes. I was really impressed with the selection and price of the workout stuff. Similar quality and style items sell for triple the price a few doors down. What I wasn't that impressed with was the staff. I think it happens a lot in retail, but many of them seemed like they were being bothered if you asked them questions. I asked where the $15 jeans were and the person rolled their eyes. The cashiers must have been new because they kept radiong for help with basically every transaction. Another thing I don't quite understand is the Food/candy at check out. I know that's standard in old navy, but do you really need snacks while shopping? One quick tip is to check out their rack of online returns. Many of them were 90% off because they don't carry them in store so I got some awesome khaki and blank pants in tall for $3 and $4. I'm glad we have a moderately priced option with a wide variety of options that I can have one stop shopping for the whole family. read more

I dropped by this Old Navy on Saturday after a workout at the nearby LA Fitness. I was planning to just return a maxi dress, but my sweaty, post-workout self was so distracted by some new cute spring clothes that I just had to try a few things on. Though impressed by the spring assortment, I was unimpressed with the staff. I spent a long time in the store and walked by a couple sales associates repeatedly. However, none of them made the effort to talk to me or even look at me. They were the sort of in-their-own-little-world associates that shoplifters love. Even the fitting room attendant was unhelpful. I had to wait for her to finish chatting with her co-worker before she would assist me. The product was displayed nicely, but the store is mid-construction. The flooring is all ripped up, and based on comments from several customers, the store has recently been re-arranged. They commented that the store felt a lot larger than previously. I look forward to coming back post-remodel. And maybe they will hire some friendlier associates? read more

Closest store since they closed the one at the Waterfront. Decent size store. Very organized and broad selection. Wish they had a larger athletic section. Their stuff is reasonably priced and good quality. No one would ever know what you paid for it. read more

I agree with the other review completely. My husband and I were shopping today and the sales associates were ignoring the customers completely, gossiping about workplace drama and the politics of working in retail. We've all been there, but learn to say hello to your customers. Great sales though. We found some nice clothes, but even on our way out, the gossip girls ignored us as we shuffled past the huge cart they were using to restock items near the door. A "thanks for shopping" or "have a good day" might've been nice, but oh well. I'll just shop online next time. read more
