Last week I purchased a dress here for more than I would normally spend, but I was desperate because I needed it for the next day. I decided to size up because I liked it a little more flowy, even though that caused me to have to majorly pin the top half to keep it from falling off! My issues began a few minutes after putting the dress on. My friend spotted a hole about an inch long in the back along the seam and I was so sad I didn't see it at the store, but figured I would just get it repaired when I got the huge top altered down. Continuing on with my morning an hour in it's completely ripped about a foot in the back. I sit down for the first time with my new slit in the back and the side splits open completely! The dress just disintegrated within hours of putting it on. I was so sad to see what a horrible quality this dress was, especially given how much I paid for it! So a terrible quality product, eh that sucks but the icing on the cake was how I was treated when I brought it back to the store for a refund. Normally a small local business would be so embarrassed that they carried such a faulty product and try to make it right for a customer and treat them with respect. But that's not how the management of silver accents handles things. They blamed me for the product being faulty, repeatedly told me how they would be out of money and they couldn't share the faulty nature of the piece with their market. Then they refused to give me a refund for the insane amount I was charged for the horrible quality dress. They wanted me to shop around and use store credit - like I'd be dumb enough to ever shop in this place again now that I know their quality and management. Overall I recommend shopping literally anywhere else. Don't waste your money or time on this place.

It's not really the easiest thing for a single dad to do. I wish I had the young ladies name that helped us and if I get an email I will edit this post but she was amazing. It was a busy time in the store but she was attentive to everyone in our area of the store while being efficient and fast. My daughter is at the age where she is changing and doesn't really know what style or color she wants while shopping so I'm thankful when I get help from employees like her. The store is significantly smaller than what I'm used to in California but the selection of shoe styles and color schemes was pretty good. I'm sure you can order and have shipped to this store any van you want. Over half of the experiences in Oklahoma that I've had were below average regarding customer service and overall experience quality but not here. While they did have a good selection of clothes from various designers I was very disappointed in the sale ladies lack of customer service and constant judgmental stares right when I walked in the door. I was dressed down in athletic clothes so I guess their only going to acknowledge and help you if your dressed to the nines when you walk in. While I was planning on spending money there on this pair of shorts I was really wanting, I ended up putting them back after not getting any help or acknowledgement from anyone. Another example was when I asked where their sale shoes were and one of them just pointed in a general direction without saying a word and walked away, leaving me to try to find them myself. Even when I walked out of the dressing room there was a daughter and her mom trying on dresses and the sales lady was doting on them but didn't give me a second glance when I came out of the dressing room right beside them. I work at a luxury retail store myself as a manager and I would never let something like this happen. It was a very upsetting experience and so I would highly recommended instead going to Balliets instead which is close by. They had a much better selection of contemporary clothing along with all the sales staff being super friendly and helpful the entire time to me.
