I don't want to sound overly dramatic, but the entire experience was incredible. James's attention to detail, understanding of what I was looking for, and ability to guide me through options that would actually add to my wardrobe were excellent. He took his time, answered all my (very uninformed) questions, and made the process comfortable and enjoyable. I was honest about how far out of my comfort zone I was, and he couldn't have been more patient or professional. I usually spend an hour or two here because the racks are spread out all over the store and you have to just watch for your size label and then look at each rack at your size. Your size may be 15 different racks, but I think it's fun to see what good deals I can find. I always find cute clothing here and I don't spend much at all. If you sign up for their text alerts, you can get coupons and alerts when they have sales.

I love that they have some neat areas with large heaters that look like flames. We came here and warmed up a couple times while shopping. There are plenty of parking spots scattered around the outlet mall. I like to park behind Columbia store. I feel like no one ever parks there. I have an online account and was going to add the receipt, but there's no place on the site to add one, nor is there a place that even shows points, but I've been told by several people that they give points for each purchase. If not, then I'm going to return the jeans I purchased and go buy them at my regular place (Boot Barn), that does give points each time I buy something. I just happen to be driving by Tener's since I was in the area of Reno in Okc. I doubt very seriously that I'll be back (besides returning the jeans for a refund), unless they can fix this issue.
