Beside all the leather in the store, we saw knives, liquor items, zipper decor, caps, vests, gloves, socks and etc. They also had great clearance items! Right now they're giving away a ticket for just coming in, then another ticket for buying items to win a big flatscreen TV. So sad because country folk are generally the most hospitable people around. Not here. Went in today, not 1 single person said hi or even acknowledged me being there shopping.. sooo many employees around too! Even the manager just stood around. I don't Like leaving negative reviews, but this should change! The environment should be where people are happy to be at work and it would show on their faces if so! I noted the price was $99.99 and it was double what I wanted to spend so I opted to browse around a bit and after nearly 2hrs of doing so I came back and tried them on, just as I suspected, they were comfy and I had to have them. I really did want a pair in black but I took what I could get and was happy with my purchase. Joseph the manager did offer another pair for me to try on and they were even a bit less costly but I just had my heart set on the style of the pair I picked out already so I told him no thank you and told him to ring me up. He did a demo of a shoe spray (which to be honest took me by surprise that he sprayed MY boot with it cause I did not even know if I wanted the boot spray or what he was doing till he did it and it made me feel a bit obligated to buy the spray and that I did not like at all. I would have rather him showed me on a demo pair or something...just not on my new boots unless I asked him to. So in this case, I made him spray both boots and got the $6 spray) and asked me if I wanted a cleaner (I didn't) and then rang me up (and also forgot to put my spray in my bag but luckily my bf saw it so I didn't have to double back for it) and I walked out ready to enjoy my new pair of boots. The boots are really nice. I have worn them a few times and like the quality. Only gripe about them was the inside tag, I felt it with thin socks on and I am still not sure if it will pose a major concern in the neat future, if so I will have to bring them back for an exchange. So far so good. 4 stars for customer service and 3 for the store cause it's small and they didn't have my original color in stock. I will report back with an update should I have to proceed with a return. Side note: I have a code that gets me a % off if my friends and or family but $400 worth of shoes from them so if you go there let me know and I will shoot you that code.
