There are several lots, but you will often find yourself driving around for a few minutes and walking a bit more, so plan ahead. Needless to say I was furious. As their receipts always ask for you to turn in a review so I did and expressed my anger at the treatment. Surprisingly, I got a call that night from the "store manager" who again was unbelievably rude telling how I must have "misunderstood", talked over my responses, and never did apologize in any manner. I got so angry I hung up on her. Even though it has been several months since this situation occurred, I am still furious about the treatment received while in that store! I recommend avoiding this particular Chico's store.
