Most entrances are blocked off for the mall, remaining stores, and even the for the college which can't be used. It was a nice exploration place, but was very sad seeing this mall pretty much abandoned, forgotten, and taking up space. Haven't updated their stores on the map as it says they're still standing and the mall still opened. Not too much of a mall or shopping center if that's what you're looking for.

If it was one set... we were going to an amusement park from 7 to 11. I had purchased 2 items and paid a portion by store credit, and the rest by credit card (roughly 15% of the total by store credit and 85% by credit card). My return was about half the cost of what I paid, which was fully covered by the credit card portion. Since the item I wanted to return was fully covered by the amount I paid on my credit card, the entire refund should have gone back to my card, per standard policy and logic. However, the Assistant Manager Megan A refused to process the refund correctly, insisting on wanting to issue a new store credit for what I had originally used while only putting the remainder on my card. Her reasoning was because it was store policy. She then refused to process my refund entirely after our argument. I then went to the TJ Maxx on Memorial Dr and had completely no issues with the return, with the full amount of the item entirely on my credit card. I didn't even have to ask to do this as it was automatic. Worse than Megan A.'s obviously incorrect 'policy' was the treatment. Her tone and demeanor made me feel publicly scrutinized and humiliated while standing at the busy cashier, as if I was trying to cheat the system. I was left feeling deeply embarrassed and frustrated in front of other shoppers. This is a failure on two counts: 1. Policy Failure: The manager lacked basic understanding of how split-tender returns work when the return value is less than the credit card portion. 2. Service Failure: Treating a long-time customer with such unprofessionalism and public derision is inexcusable.

They didn't seem to be going any slower than any other cashier in past. However, it made the time of waiting pretty aggravating. Stood in line to check out for quite a while, at least 30 minutes. After a while a female, in the very long line, started to scream. expletives, telling the cashiers to hurry the F** up! I can understand the frustration of the woman yelling, although it was not appropriate. Security did not intervene. After this yelling, I looked up. I'm not sure when they showed up. But there were 3 additional ladies finally now, I don't know if that's what prompted them. There have been times in the past where I hesitated to go into Burlington, knowing that there are typically long lines. I will think twice about going into that or other Burlington locations in the future. Thank you.

You have about eight registers and only ONE person working them, meanwhile there are 30 people in line (no exaggeration) waiting for this poor cashier to speed through everyone's purchases. And let's talk about the store itself, it's just... messy. Things are thrown on the floor, tossed on shelves, and literally scattered everywhere. I don't think I've ever seen a clean section in this store. On top of that, it's almost impossible to find an employee when you actually need help. I came in to buy a pillow set and ended up standing in line for 20 minutes. No lie. This location seriously needs more staff on the registers and on the floor. It's small and lonely and there's hardly ever anyone in here. It makes me wonder how much longer they can survive without something changing around here. It's still good to have the store here, and employees are friendly.
