So I purchased the Klare crossbody online and opt for in store pick up... ended up walking out with almost spending grand total of 400$!!!! Seems to be great deals on items. I actually have nothing bad to say about this store. The times I have shopped here, all of the associates have been pleasant. I am usually with my daughter & she really enjoys the ladies & leave with all kinds of stickers. I really like their selection & I am a Coach fan. Their sales are always great. read more

Cons: DO NOT BUY GIFTS FROM HERE. RECIPIENTS WILL HAVE A VERY DIFFICULT TIME EXCHANGING. Simply because this is an outlet doesn't mean you can provide horrible service to customers. I get it; the employees and their corporate overlords probably feel that people buying discount goods don't deserve the same level of respect that full price paying patrons get. That they shouldn't expect to be treated fairly because their getting a bargain. My mother bought me a Coach coat yesterday. Less than 24 hours ago. However, she forced me to get it in a medium and I actually needed it in a smaller size. Can you make an even exchange the day after buying a product? No you cannot. They were able to look up the purchase on her account, but wanted to charge me more money. Completely unfair. You need an actual receipt (difficult to come by those if the item was a gift) for an even exchange. So I had to ask her for the receipt; which she almost didn't give me because she really felt like I needed a larger size. After I got home, I realized I could have sold the jacket on eBay for a profit! Should just do that. They have ruined this jacket for me. Every time I look at it I will remember the time a Coach outlet tried to rip me off. Other cons: short lines with very long waits. Even if you are the only person in the line, the wait is long. Takes them a prolonged amount of time to check out. Force me to give them my name, zip code, email address and phone number for the exchange even though I will never be buying anything from here ever again. If they send me any mailers, I will lose it. Pros: classic jacket. Leather goods are much better than similar brands in this price range. Lots of store attendants. They accept credit cards. We adore this store! (Coach Outlet located in Katy Mills Mall) I do not shop here often, but when I do, Mandy ALWAYS remembers us, is so sweet/attentive, and always finds us exactly what we are looking for. My husband is on the board of an organization and when holding a silent auction for a fundraiser, Mandy helped us locate several adorable crossbody purses, wallets and wristlets that were on clearance for him to have in the auction. He sold all of them! Usually, the auctions are full of sports memorabilia, so all the women LOVED having options for themselves and their daughters/grand-daughters. She has also helped us find a birthday gift for my niece and a cute bag for my MIL for Mother's Day last year. Definitely looking forward to the stores re-opening so we can go by and see Mandy, again soon! read more

Coach purses are great for every day (no fear of throwing it around or laying it on the floor) and they are reasonable price. The factory store has a lot of options and the staff is helpful thus I always make a stop when I'm at katy mills. However, my last time in, I was looking for a wallet my mom saw online, the front girl showed me where it was. She was very nice, while standing there I wonder if they had more colors and opened the draw underneath. Another sales girl yelled at me and said costumer can't do that. I apologized and was surprised she didn't ask if I was looking for something or needed help. Very rude..and I left. One bad experience and I don't think I will be back. read more

Beautiful product but my still expensive Coach purse had a defective zipper that didn't work. Told there are cheaper purses than retail (not last years models). So ends up being a very expensive 'cheap purse' with a Coach logo. No guarantee!!! read more
