I stopped in to buy a few tank tops, price range from $6-10. I also found a couple of other tops that signage indicated were on sale but were not. Instead of a sale price of $15 for sweater it was $45! I highly recommend you read each sale sign very closely as not to be deceived. I really hate it when businesses put sale signs on a rack of clothes but it's really for something else, or a different color. Not nice! read more

Great place to buy cute, inexpensive, average clothes. If I had school aged kids, this would be one of my digs to get threads. The shop was not packed at 11:00 AM when they open, but the folks working here make sure that they follow the covid19 guidelines by monitoring who goes in and who goes out, and if you're masked up. This place should be avoided on a Saturday! I needed cheap t-shirts since mine are all 10 years old and threadbare. This was my first stop on that search. I was thrilled to find a wide variety of t-shirts with various fits and colors. Since I never wear t-shirts I had to try them on to see which size would fit. I waited in line just to use the fitting room. Ugh. I figured out which size and fit worked best for me then went out to select colors. I was happy to find that the t-shirts were on sale for only $5. That was the perfect fit for my budget. I don't want to spend a lot on an article of clothing I don't wear a lot! I waited in a long line to check out, they only had 2 cashiers on a Saturday?! I waited in line behind 10 people just to buy 3 t-shirts. That is not ideal. I should have been in and out of this store in a lot less time. They need to have less staff on the floor and more staff behind the registers when the line gets that long. I'm glad to find what I was looking for but if I hadn't really needed the shirts I would have skipped this place all together. read more

With a massive Christmas sale going on, there was more than one occasion where the sign location made it hard to tell if the items were on sale or not. Just disorganized! Proof in point - the jacket I wanted was $69 in a rack marked 60% off. At the check out counter, I couldn't see a screen showing how much my purchases were individually, so I asked how much the final cost was. The price the guy told me didn't sound correct, so I pointed out it was supposed to be 60% off. I had to show him the rack where the jacket was in a section marked thusly. To be fair, I don't know if a customer moved things or it was marked incorrectly, but still, how many people came in here and paid the wrong price? read more

Nice store. It has a lot crammed in to it but since it is an outlet that is ok. :) They have pretty much the same stuff as the regular stores plus outlet only items. Like the other Legends outlets the prices are not incredibly low but they have a lot of sales. The staff is helpful and friendly. They honor ON coupons for the regular ON stores. Yay! I'm only giving this place three stars for two different reasons. - the costumer service is usually very incredible there's specific employees who are always outstanding, not absolutely positive if I'm spelling this correct, but I really like "kim(one of the managers) mike (one of the other managers) Juan , Erica, and Tori. There always there when I go and always helping me with every little question I have . -there sales are really nice. If you spend enough energy and time you can find anything from 97cents to five dollars . The negatives -the outlet is a mess . But honestly that's all the consumers fault . Just because it's and outlet they think it's okay to trash the place . There's always just three (if it's a good day) employees on the sales floor , there usually 1 or 2 on the registers and maybe they just need more employees. -the wait on a Saturday afternoon . I've been in line for 10m-30m . It's not the best thing to do on a Saturday . But yet again I wouldn't want my cashier rushing me so that the line could move faster . Old Navy sells inexpensive items so when I came across this outlet, I was curious about the deals. I'm glad I stopped by because I got clothes and accessories for a steal! Absolutely love Old Navy outlet. I can walk out with a bag full of basics (t-shirts, shorts, leggings, etc) without too much damage to my wallet. My only complaint is I usually depend on size 6 in jeans/shorts without trying on. When I got home it fit like 10! Went back and tried on 4 and 2, still too big. Guess 'Devil Wears Prada" is right: '10 is the new 6, size 4 is the new 0.' There is NO way I'm a 0 but Old Navy jeans says I am! Good for marketing and psychologically supposed to encourage customers to buy more ('honey look, I fit size 0!) It's a pain because I have to try items on now and can't depend on Old Navy quality control anymore. Bah humbug!!! read more

This Old Navy is normally a very average shopping experience, which is completely fine considering it's an outlet. It's a little cramped and the clothing is always a little off-season (which again, is completely normal for an outlet store). I've been to this location a couple times but I normally go to the Summit location because I find it to have better clothes. However, today I was shopping at my usual Old Navy and I found this shirt that I absolutely loved and I new I had to have it. Unfortunately, the Old Navy I was at was sold out in my size. So I went online to order it and the online website told me that I could pick it up the next day at the Old Navy Outlet where it was available in my size. I found this option so convenient and I was excited because when I reserved and pre-payed for the shirt I was told that I would be able to skip the line. When I arrived there was nobody in line and so I was asked to wait while they get my shirt. Then an employee (Emily) came up to me and told me that I was "cutting" the line (even though I was standing under a giant sign labeled online pick-up) and that I needed to wait in a line that had since grown to about 10 people. When I finally got up to the counter, I asked (very politely) about how the online system worked because I remained very confused and she treated me with sass and rolled her eyes multiple times. The customer service was definitely not the best and I feel like things could be done around the store in order to make it easier to navigate. read more

Horrible customer service paired with misleading signs. Every time I am here I have an issue either with associates being rude, associates not willing to help, or poor associate knowledge on their own ads and credit card offers. One time we waited for over half an hour because the "manager" couldn't figure out how to ring up the "sign up for our credit card discount." Most recently, we left upset because of a misleading sign and management was unwilling to bend, and didn't care. Another time an associate was unwilling to help with the jean wall after being requested. read more

Every time we visit it is the worst service. It's hard for me because I always try to engage the associate with a hello, how are you...etc....they are not social or helpful. The cashiers are the slowest on earth. It's amazing. You wait in a huge line that has like 1 or 2 extremely slow cashiers. I won't call anyone out by name but I really hope the store manager listens to the voices of the Customers and changes this. You are there to service customers! This is a pretty great store. Their staff is very nice and attentive on the sales floor which I always look for when I shop. They have a great selection of jewelry and even their clearance jewelry was cute! I went when they were having a special event so all regular priced items were 30% off! They usually have a lot of clothing on clearance every time I go here but most of the time their selection is not cute at all. Buyer beware!! I recently bought a pair of pants I really liked.. I wore them once and washed them once and the stitching started coming out of the waistband and part of the pant leg. Even though I had a receipt proving I had just bought them they would not exchange them for me. Offered to let me buy more at the same price. No thanks if you won't exchange faulty clothing items. Most other retailers would have made that right. What a waste of my money. Won't be shopping there again! read more

I was so disappointed today! I had not been to this outlet and was really looking forward to it. This place was a mess! I could not tell what things were priced. Everything I looked at had the wrong sale sign on the display. And the prices seemed really high for an outlet.
