Shop here every now and then. This was my last stop to find my 2 toddlers (girl and boy) outfit for a company's Christmas party. Got bother a total outfit. Wish I stopped here 1st but every time I do go here, prices are high for a kids outfit and there isn't a large selection because the store does only cater for kids. The sell for men, women, infants, toddlers and older children. Which means the inventory/selection will be limited due to the space of the store. For both toddler outfits I spent $95. Broke the van for this one time outfit, but will make it useful and use it when we do go other parties. There are lots of parking and when you do leave old navy, you should stop by the food trucks next door. They have Filipino food, Hawaiian food and miscellaneous that are open around 9 am to 6 pm. Great prices and they cleared up the clearance area in back so it's mucher neater. Some of the clearance items were from earlier in the year and just looking busted up and dirty. Took daughter #2 in to look for some demin shorts (womens size 5/6)...couldn't find much of a selection because summer stuff is gone and fall/winter items are out. Old Navy is my all time favorite store! My closet is probably 90% from Old Navy. I somehow end up here every other weekend. There are three locations on the island: Kapolei, Waikele, and Ala Moana. This particular one is located in Waikele shopping center right next to where Sports Authority used to be. It's a pretty big store. It's a great place to shop for families because they something for everyone. Their jeans are awesome! I love the Rock star skinny jeans because they fit so perfectly. They also sell them in different colors. If you're into working out or sports check it theirs active wear as well! I love their leggings, they come in different styles for your preferences. The lines can get long when there's a big sale, but the staff works quickly so the wait doesn't feel that long. Sign up for their emails so you can find out when they're having a big sale or on a particular item you've had you're eye on. They actually tend to always have good deals (especially Black Friday) so you don't pay regular price. If you come here a lot I would recommend getting the Old Navy card for rewards and other coupons. read more

If I could I would give this Old Navy zero stars. The place is a mess, clothes thrown everywhere including the floors. No one on the sales floor to help you. Poor signage and price checkers that don't recognize their own upc's. When you scan an item to get a price it says "not found". Walked off of line after the cashier was talking to the customer ahead of me for 10 minutes after completing her transaction, and yes he was the only cashier. Called the store from the parking lot to speak to a manager. He stated that they have not finished cleaning up from Christmas. It's been over 2 weeks since Christmas and the store still isn't recovered??? He also stated that the cashier called for additional cashiers, I had to inform him that no one came to help!! Where was the manager? Not on the sales floor, where were any other associates?? Do not waste your time going to this store! read more

I came across a girl named ERIN, she was very polite and good at what she's getting paid for. She was very helpful on the floor and assisted me when I needed help finding different sizes that worked for me. Although the store was very hectic, she managed to help others out, including myself. read more

Worst customer service! Basically the only employee that even talks to you are the fitting room attendant. Less than 5 people working in a 20,000 sq foot building. The store is not well kept every table is a pile and not folded down. The worst is the cash out line. 1 or 2 cashiers with a manager standing off to the side on a headset. She was a fat local girl who didn't care if the line was 15 deep and the wait was over 30 mins. I dropped my clothes in the line and walked out. Place is a joke! read more

Honestly, I barely leave old navy WITHOUT making a purchase. Haha I love it here!! Everything is so cute and stuff is always on sale!! I actually worked here seasonal a couple years ago and I didn't like the management so I quit but only til after did I realize I loved the simple, cute styles they have for such great prices!! Everything is usually easy to find, it's clean, and the workers usually greet when you walk in :) everytime I visit there's always something new, and I just wanna buy everything! Super Cash always brings me back, and old navy card really helps with saving bwahah and earning rewards :) Fitting rooms are plentiful and almost always there's a worker in there. Lines can get long when the sales are good but always worth the wait. Check out is always quick and easy! Lots of parking outside too! Only con: When you're shopping, I never get asked if I need help looking for something. Actually, I usually don't see workers... maybe bc they don't have a uniform so it's not obvious that they're on the floor. Couple times I would give up on a clothing item, looking for a size or looking for similar styles bc I can't find someone to help me. They're all usually at the checkouts. And sometimes im not sure how much some things cost. read more

Old Navy Outlet has such good sales during the holidays. The place is always messy but surprisingly you can still find something. The toddlers section is also great, shopping spree for the kiddies and the prices were great! The few workers that I find is very friendly and helpful. I will be back soon for the sales! read more

Great customer service from Jamian in the fitting rooms, and cashier 2705977 (sorry, didn't catch her name). Both ladies were very patient and personable. Really good selection in all departments, and much more organized and easier to navigate than other ON locations. This review is solely based on the restroom! Avoid their restroom at ALL cost! We decided to beat traffic and take a shopping trip, if you've ever sat in Friday rush hour traffic you know a pee break is needed. Well I would have rather used a beach park restroom compared to OLD NAVYS. I LITERALLY gagged as I opened the door. I love going to this spot. Not only is the staff always friendly and welcoming, the store is clean and organized. They always have amazing things on display, but I shop in the Men's collectibles section. I love all things Vintage and Super Heroes and Old Navy has that! Plus, they always do Military discount no matter what day it is! Parking has never been an issue for me, and I don't mind walking around the shopping center to the other stores as well. read more

This place always has great prices since it's an outlet. Often times I buy at Ala Moana only to find the same exact thing cheaper here. Being an outlet you aren't alway guaranteed certain items like at a regular store, but if u do find it they are happy to price adjust. Which most outlets won't do. I kinda shop on off peak times so I never experienced it being messy, if the line is long they always call for back up. read more

I tried to avoid the crowd of Ala Moana, so I came here to Waikele. There are 11 registers but only 4 are open. I wonder if management realize that it's almost Christmas n people of Hawaii tend to procrastinate (unfortunately, Am one of them). I'm giving this store a single star. not only they have a very unorganized, messy store but they also have hardly merchandise on d floor. I waited for over 25mins. to pay for my stuff. I heard several people voiced out their gripes but it fell on deaf ears. Did all their employees called-in sick or got fired? First of all there were only two registers open and more than 6 people in line waiting. Ridiculous. When it was my turn to pay I walked up to the register and the worker snatched the clothes out of my hand. She didn't say anything at all, then when I was done paying she was checking her phone text messages and handed me the receipt. She didn't say anything. She was also barking out orders to the other employees. My sister then asked "excuse me, are you the manager?" And she said yes. How is that possible?! Great deals on clothes. Simple clothes that's great for work, school, and play. This store is more organized than the Ala Moana location. I found a pair of linen shorts for $5.97! What a deal! I found out the price at the register. I was so shocked. So was the cashier. She was also friendly! I enjoy shopping the sale area. I can wait out till the clothes go on sale. read more

I love old navy!! I love the sales and the clothes. Granted sometimes I don't find anything but swim suits rock and their shirts and tops. It is kind of disorienting bc of all the colors and I don't like to shop anyways but each store is kind of different on where to try on the clothes. As usual great prices and selection, however the clothes and shoes were kind of a mess everywhere. I know a lot of that is inconsiderate shoppers but it seemed like the employees don't really care to tackle that issue and keep an organized store. I called 18 stores looking for the Girls Braided T-Strap Sandal, since Old Navy is discontinuing the shoe and it was not availible in size 5 online. This store was the last one I called, since I had to wait for it to open at 3pm my time. The girls on the phone were so nice and probably thought I was crazy for paying the $17 shipping fee to ship to Michigan (I really love this sandal). I'm very pleased with the service I got, even though it was over the phone. read more

Horrible service! Please don't have a sale if your items are all going to be marked wrong! Gerardlyn (I think that's her name) she's a cashier. I had some items and it showed as a higher price. I asked if those were on sale cause clearly there were signs right above it, she didn't even bother to have someone check (which usually happens) or anything. Watch the signage, it's very deceiving. You're thinking that you're paying 17.95 for a sale priced item but it's ringing up at 29.00. Thought maybe I was wrong so after I refused to pay for the items, I walked back to the table to check the signage. Yes, it was very deceiving. I was waiting for a friend to pay for her merchandise, same thing happened to her. Ironically, while I was waiting, 2 other customers thought they were picking up sale items but it was ringing up at the regular cost. Can't be that we're all stupid. Ok who ever was in charge of the dressing room today was rude. My mom was in front of me, the lady asked her how much clothing she had. (which I found odd since old navy NEVER has asked this before-and how would they know what we bring out of the dressing room when no one even checks?) anyway, my mom told her how much she had so with me being next in line I told her how much clothing I had. WHAT A MESS! Nothing is in order. Just big piles of clothes everywhere. Went there to shop for my daughter and got a headache instead. A lot of empty racks because its just all on tables in a big pile and racks that dis have clothes on them were too packed. Does anyone organize? Ughhh....frustrated! Store was a bit messy but the workers were doing their best to fold and reorganize the clothes. Wasnt greeted by anyone although I did walk past several workers who looked at me. Once I had a few items in my hand, then they asked if I needed help.no one was at the dressing room to check me in i waited along with another lady who was there before me. She finally walked up to the dressing room doors n let herself in one n I did the same. When she was done I heard her open her dressing room door n then heardan employee say "you gotta wait for me to let you in because I need to see what you have." The lady went off on her and told her "I and the other lady waited for you or anyone to come for 5 f'in plus minutes! Im not gonna stand around waiting! " she even told her she went looking for someone to let her in n no one was around. I come out and the girl didnt say anything to me. Walked out of dressing room area n then was greeted by another employee asking if I was doing ok. I was finding things fine on my own, so please don't ask if I need help only when I'm holding merchandise. Got to the cashier who asked if I found everything alright and to which I replied "yep and without assistance from any employee! Ive always went to old navy for some jeans and recently I saw a 50% off the entire store sign, so I decide to go in and get a pair of jeans under the 50% rack, and so i bought them and found out I got the wrong ones. So I went back to the store to exchange them and now they are telling me I have to pay more money because the 50% is only for "select" items. Even though the banners and posters doesn't say such things as select items only so, just for me to exchange a pair of jeans it cost me $40. I am really disappointed and will never be shopping at old navy again. read more

Was pleasantly surprised when I walked in the Waikele store yesterday. Since I would be considered an "Uncle" by locals I was greeted with a warm and pleasing attitude. Not so at Ala Moana where I am practically invisible there. While I was looking around a clerk came around and asked me if I needed help. She quickly helped me find what I was looking for, asked if I needed anything else and continued on. Never got that kind of assistance at Ala Moana in the many times I've shopped there. They seem to be so busy joking and playing around with each other. Would have given five stars but the checkout was a little slow. Had only one checkout open though there was a line of about 5 people waiting with their items. There was a clerk at another checkout counter but she didn't seem to care and just went on with what she was doing. read more
