It is a very tense and stressful place to shop as you are made to feel like you're bothering the staff by being there. If you have a question it is answered in a one word sentence and accompanied by rolling eyes or rude faces being made. I found Palmer & Purchase after another order from the actual purse brand had sent me a purse that had been used already yet could not replace it since the item was sold out. Well, Palmer and Purchase had the same purse (it seems like it was the last one in the whole country) and I was able to purchase it from them.
