She was so helpful. I bought a $400 dress that ripped after two wearings. It was a summer dress and didn't realize it was ripped until I pulled it out to wear in summer 2024. I brought in and they told me too bad, too late??? It was over a year. Suggested I call the company yourself. This wasn't some cheap dress. They should stand behind their merchandise. I have spent at least $ 5,000 between their Rye and Mt Kisco stores and expected to be treated like a valued customer. Did I expect a 400 credit? No. But at least something to recognize the dress was and defective and acknowledge my business. Some kind of credit. I will never shop here again. Be warned.

The pin pad said I was refunded and then she crumpled up all my receipts, voided the transaction and said it didn't go thru and to get my bosses other card, next guest! Literally acting like I was invisible. I have never been treated so poorly FOR NO REASON. I understand retail is hard but that was completely uncalled for and unwarranted.
