Great location great to come early before the crowds. This is a store you take your time you don't rush you find great selections and deals when you go around for the second time. Love that they're ahead with their Winter decor. Fabulous selections and no long lines staff is so friendly very helpful. I initially wanted to come to this location because I thought it was going to be bigger and less crowded but I was wrong it was the total opposite. Getting to the parking lot to be on the first level is horrible, total confusion you have to go up the second level to circle around the whole parking lot to end up at the first level, aside from that, inside of homegoods seemed pretty organized which I love to see as soon as I enter unfortunately I did not find everything I was looking for and theres little to no help there. read more

I haven't shopped at homegoods in the past. However, I recently moved and received a gift certificate for this store. I visited one Friday afternoon and spent over an hour at this location shopping. The staff present on the floor was almost non existent if you had a question. But I found lots of great buys. The checkout process was another issue. The line was long and incredibly slow. Once I reached an actual cashier she seemed pleasant enough and carefully rang my purchase. Or so i thought. It wasn't until I got home with my purchases that I realized I didn't have all the items I had purchased. I returned the next day to the store and asked to see a manager. The manager happened to be right next to the cashier that I spoke with but was already assisting someone. The manger just glanced over at me but didn't speak. So I simply waited however, my patience began run out when she just kept looking over at me but moving on to other customers. When I realized that she clearly had no intention to assist me. I asked another staff member working on the floor to assist me. When I explained to him the issue he immediately went behind the register and sorted through various shopping bags before he found my missing bag! I really hope that the many shopping bags I saw him sifting through to find mine didn't mean that was how many customers purchases they have left behind their registers! He apologized for the wait and at this point the manager came over and apologized with him. To little to late in my opinion. I wouldn't return to this location. I was inconvenienced when the cashier didn't hand over all of my purchases then further inconvenienced by the manager. Not very professional. read more

My favorite store for home accessories. The selection is hit or miss, but the prices can't be beat. I've found several small pieces for my home here - from dishes and serving ware to home decor items. I've gotten decorative items and paintings at a fraction of what a furniture store would charge. You may not find something every time you go, but when you do, it's worth the visit! read more

As a Home Designer, Homegoods has become one of my closest friends. I've spent many an afternoon perusing the aisles and swooning over the amazing lamps, pillows, furniture, etc. The treasures one can find in this store are pretty awesome. You can always negotiate prices if there is even the slightest wear and tear. I have found some of the most AMAZING pieces in this store and it has become a total GO TO spot for me. read more

This place is like pillow heaven. My friend wanted to decorate his living room by using colorful pillows to spice things up. After a quick trip to Pier1, we made a serious pit stop at HomeGoods. They have a bizillion pillows in every color and pattern. He bought at least 8 decorative pillows and some kitchen items for less than $150! It was pretty incredible! As for me, I bought a sassy red frying pan. The store is a little intense. If you're easily overwhelmed in a store take a deep breath and make a list before you come. There is an ridiculous amount of product in every nook and cranny of the store. There aren't enough carts for the store either. We filled up one and needed a second. After 5 minutes of staring at shoppers leaving the check out area, I gave up. Carrying our items worked out okay. I would seriously recommend HomeGoods for people looking to create a new look or for those who are in dire need of (spunky) necessities. read more

i enjoy shopping at homegoods as long as i am doing it solo so i can go aisle to aisle and very section of the place to find some cool stuff to clutter my apt even more . i usually go to the location by my house in white plains but the yonkers location seems to have more clearance and slightly scratched and nick items available . i always pick up some lamp or lighting fixture along with novelty pillows and other cool gadgets most of the time . the weekends are too crowded and lines are really long so if possible stop by during the week when it's not that crowded or messy . it's wise to check dates on food products cause i notice some were expired .if you are on a budget or like keeping it simple then give homegoods a try . read more

I will NEVER buy from them again!!! They don't deliver themselves. You have to call and schedule with their delivery company and, of course, there's an expensive additional charge!! So I call their delivery company and tell them I MUST get it before 4 pm. At 3 pm the delivery had not arrived. I call the company and they assured me the delivery will arrive by 4 pm. 4:05 pm it's not here. I call again. They tell me 5:30!!!!! I cancelled. read more

Avoid at all costs - my wife tried to purchase a bunch dog toy by the brand Kong from this store and the cashier verbally assaulted her telling her she was going to murder our dog by giving it to him. The manager I complained to essentially just said sorry and supported her employee.. so either the service here is crap or the products they sell will kill your pets apparently.... avoid as best as you can...this place is a nightmare! read more

I like coming here on the off chance that I might find something! The prices are fairly cheap! People at the counter work kind of slow though and like to talk amongst one another a little too much. If you buy something that can be washed, please do! It's common sense anyway. read more
