I hate that they shrunk down the fitting room areas. Remember the curtains? It seems like most of the clothes are boxy, and the sizing is weird. The clothes aren't as durable as they used to be. I can never find anything that fits me (grrr). The store is clean, but it didn't look well-stocked. There weren't many options. Maybe due to the seasons changing? Supply chain issues still? The staff was friendly and helpful, and the fitting rooms were clean and well-maintained. If you can score good deals or promotions, I can see the value. read more

I went to Old Navy and Tinley today. It's Sunday, November 17. I asked the girl if they take gift cards so I gave her my gift card for the purchase then voided out the sale because the cash register was it wouldn't take the rest in cash when they try to redo the sale it said my card had no money on it when they just took 50 for my purchase, they would not refund my money they would not give me the merchandise. I lost $50 from gift card because of their mistake. Is there anything I can do? read more

I am so disappointed in the false advertising and store clerk in the checkout line. I picked up two three different items in addition to a few others that were labeled on sale for 60% off. When I went to the cashier to pay, I asked to make sure if all items were on sale. She said, "Yes, everything you are purchasing is on sale." I was happy to hear the confirmation and headed for my car. Feeling like the total was pretty expensive for what I purchased, I checked the receipt. Low and behold, half of my items were in fact full price. Being a busy mom, I ran back inside to return the items. It has been three days, and I still have not received my refund. Total bummer. I came in to purchase a pair of Rockstar jeans. The signs at all of the tables advertised 30% off. There was also a sign on the high rise Rockstar jeans for 30% off. Apparently, the sign was incorrectly placed. I think it's terrible business to falsely advertise your sale prices. When I mentioned it to the cashier, she said "well the sign is wrong." It doesn't include the high rise jeans, even with the sign places at the high rise jean table. They need to move the signs and not advertise prices incorrectly. read more

It is new, it is huge, and the customer service is ok.I never seem to be able to find an associate to see if there are more of my size available. This is both good and bad. As a rule of thumb, I tend to look at Old Navy's website and know what I am looking for before heading to the store to try and control random store grabs. This location tends to have less of what is online and less of my size. I could just be a common size in the area as this is common at all local Old Navys or Old Navys in the Chicagoland do not like carrying a 6. On the plus side? I was able to score some awesome hello kitty hair ties and hair clips on my last trip here. They look awesome in my hair and I often get complimented on how great they look even though I am a grown-up! read more

The BF and I have been searching like crazy for swimsuits. Not an easy thing to do in January. He found a pair here that worked and we got even more excited because they were on the clearance rack (2 pairs in whole store). There was no price listed on them though. No biggie, right? Wrong. Once we brought them to the register we were informed they were returned from an online purchase and WERE NOT on sale. Umm- Why are they on the clearance rack. The staff basically said "because". We leave for Mexico in a few days so bought them anyways at full price. Annoying! read more

After many bad experiences this one finally did it for me. Every time I go I find something there a sign on it with the price displayed but when you go to check out the prices do not match what is displayed. I got to the point where I took pictures to show the manager and cashier. Only once has the manager honored the price displayed but after a back and forth disagreement(today). Today I went to grab sweatpants with a zipper for the race tomorrow in Chicago. The almost four foot wide sign above it stated $20 pants. I grabbed two pairs of pants with a sweatshirt ($15 on sign) and proceeded to check out. As the cashier began scanning the items I saw the pants were $44.99 and not $20. The manager came upfront and began to tell me the marketing department does the signs and she could not honor the price even though the pants were below it. I explained to her that this is always an issue and it is false advertisement. After going back and forth, she agreed to honor the price. The cashiers attitude changed immediately upon returning to the counter. As I finished I began walking out when I heard another cashier state to the cashier who checked me out "Next time don't change shit let her pay the price." I immediately turned around to obtain his name. I advised him that was unprofessional and not the way you talk about a customer. Josiah wrote his name on my receipt at my request and i advised him i was contacting corporate. After calling corporate I was advised to call back Monday to speak with the area manager who oversees the south suburban stores. The man on the phone was appalled at how the employees acted especially Josiah who made his remarks in front of other guests. It's truly a shame how I was treated when there are people who are in desperate need of a job that would do much better than the employees at the Tinley park location. read more

This store is so cluttered and disorganized! Clothes packed tight on every rack. Clearance is overwhelming, not separated by size. Just a mess. The way they hang their clothes is annoying. Women's active section, pants hanging at the top of the wall, as well as the bottom. everything is packed so close together you can't see the sizes on the hangers at the top. Call an associate you say? Where?? I like Old Navy's clothes but this one needs some serious help. read more
