I call myself going into the Kohl store in Tinley Park to complete a return. But much to my surprise, several other people had the same idea. After waiting 20/30 minutes in line behind several people, I have to leave, especially after hearing someone coughing. The store is clean and orderly. Masks and social distancing are "supposedly" enforced. But the staff is greatly sluggish. read more

I visited the Kohls Store Yesterday, which was a Tuesday at about 4pm. Upon arrival I was greeted at the door. The store itself was neat, organized and clean. This store was very crowed, and there were about 20 people standing in the long return line. They only appeared to have 2 sales associates working the return register so the lines moved slowly. They definitely need to improve on there return procedures! There was no social distancing, but employees did wear masks. Kohls accepts returns from Amazon.com, but this counter is located in the back of the store by the bedding department. The store needs to specify and posts signs so that customers can locate this area, and avoid standing in the wrong return lines! The customer service at this counter was okay. The sales associates didn't really engage with me, but the transaction was quick once it was my turn. The clothing are well stocked and organized . I wouldn't shop here for clothing because they do not look stylish at all. read more

Great for returns from Amazon...5 stars for that.....other than that 2 stars the prices are on the high side....they gave me a coupon 25% off a purchase each item I had picked was told no it doesn't work for this or that so why bother handing out a coupon and these items were not on sale either walked out empty handed and gave them the coupon back read more

This is the Kohl's I do most of my shopping at. Yes, it's the closest location to me BUT it is also the best! I love their selection of ladies' clothing. They always have sales and you can't beat Kohl's cash. Some of the clothing can get pricey because they do carry a good amount of designer brands. They have every type of clothing you could possibly need. Their home decor section is full of cute stuff and they always have a decent assortment of shoes for both men and women. Although you pay more for clothing here than other stores, the quality is always great. I wear the same items of clothing for years from this Kohl's. I've never had an issue with customer service here. Everyone seems to be friendly and I never hesitate to ask for help which is always nice. Overall, I love buying my clothes here. I always get a ton of compliments and people are shocked when I tell them that most of my wardrobe is from Kohl's! read more

I can't tell you how many times we've run out to get a men's dress shirt because my husband or son forgot that they weren't clean. You can collect kohls cash for every $50.00 you spend. We called her on speaker because an online order we placed was not at the store. Instead of being kind for this mishap, she was very rude and snotty. I went to get a new battery for my watch that was purchased at Kohl's. The first 2 employees didn't know what to do, however they did call someone that could take care of it. It's an expensive watch so I wanted someone that knew what they were doing to replace the battery. When an employee showed up she glanced at the watch and said I can't do it my tool broke awhile ago and I need to order another one. This location was my first time visiting and my last time. I was immediately followed all over the store by their under cover secret shopping security. Each section of the store I moved to, he followed me as if he shopping too. So, I just proceeded to checkout line, only one person was already getting checked out. The cashier told me the line to go to the back of the line. I told her I was standing in line before the other 5 customers arrived in line. She gave off an unpleasant attitude. This is one of their newer stores. Store is packed and getting around is tight. To much stuff in the aisles. I went in looking for some shoes and to my dismay could not find anything. All of the dress shoes were cheap looking. The leather was not right and they looked used. Bad idea. Store has everything and not bad selection on clearance and some decent sales and discounts. SHOPPERS BEWARE I had $110.00 in Kohl's Cash and 3 out of the 5 pairs of shoes were not liked by my adult kids. I brought back the three pairs of shoes and they would not give me a gift card for the $80.00 that was used in Kohl's Cash on the shoes. They said the only money we refund is the amount you spend on the merchandise and you lose the Kohl's Cash. I informed them that it was a scam since you are not informed about it. She said I agree and that many are upset and to call corporate. I told her that I will never shop on Kohl's Cash days again and that I was going to return my $887.00 worth of merchandise and repurchase again the same items again to get the Kohl's Cash back and this time buy something with the new Kohl's Cash that I know I won't return. It is amazing to me that a national company like kohl's can be so different at each location. The Tinley Park store is so friendly and always so organized compared to the other Kohls I have been to. They deserve 5 stars for putting up the craziness of the holidays with such good customer service. Shop there it will exceed your expectations. read more

I try not to put bad reviews on here people have bad day so I always try to give the a second chance. But I have gone to this kohls 8 times and it's dirty dressing room are a mess the sales and chasers are rude and when you have to talk to a manager we'll forget it they just don't care. I love shopping at Kohls, particularly Tinley Park. I called there just now to see if they had a matching 3rd plaque of wall art. I did not think I should have been on hold for the 9 minutes, 15 seconds. Next time transferring the party to customer service is a suggestion. read more
