Went into this location for the first time today. We just moved here from a different state and it is my closet local location to my new home. right off the bat, while this shopping center is lovely and has so many big box retailers in one location, it was very poorly planned and there is nowhere near enough parking. Getting a parking spot and in and out of the shopping center is very frustrating. So just be prepared for the hunger games just to park. Does not matter what time of day. I went in specifically to try on a pair of Pajamas for size which said they were stocked at this location online. Come to find out this location does not stock adult pajamas. Not sure who is at fault in that case, be it the location or the website having incorrect info. Either way it was annoying. Staff is also hard to find - I wandered around a bit before I found a staff member to ask. Store is kind if a mess - there was a sale on so I decided to try some things on while there in case of making an order online. The fitting rooms were unmanned and full of clothing left behind by people. They do not have the updated lighting in their fitting rooms and they were dirty (stickers, dislodged tags, dust and left over clothing) 3 fitting rooms were closed off for back logged clothing. I went to buy 5 items - a pair of jeans, shoes and some accessories. All were supposedly on sale. I went to price check the jeans which were in my cart online and showing as $17 and change but sold out online but they ran g up as full price on both price checkers. I put them back as I didn't want the hassle While in line at the till there was a woman who kept standing so close to me that she was physically touching me. Every time I moved up to again be touching me. She was also on the phone on speaker so just generally not someone who cares about anyone else. When I finally asked her to please step back and give me some space she walked in front of me. Then she proceeded to try to check out before me. I said absolutely not my asking for space was not giving you the right to jump me in line and she backed off. While I realize this is not the store fault, it is indicative of the experience you may have at this location. Furthermore, none of the 3 store employees who saw this said anything to her about it, nor did they apologize to me about it or even broach that it happened. So at this point, I am annoyed and flustered and I just wan to leave. I ended up buying a pair of ballet flats and 3 bag charms. Went to go pay and all rang up as full price. I had to ask her to discount them to the sale price (which was marked online and with signage in store). She did so but that should have happened automatically so watch it if you are purchasing in store that you are actually getting whatever price is advertised. I did not realize until I got home that only one of the three bag charms I purchased was marked down. So I was over charged. I called to get it ratified and they couldn't find the purchases (this was maybe an hour and a half after the fact) I was on the phone for 20 min with them only for them to say that they were not all on sale despite my buying two of the exact same one and being charged completely different prices. So nothing about this interaction was positive. I will likely avoid this location in future unless it is to make a return. read more

I like Old Navy a lot. I really like when they have a good sale. I think their clothing is very reasonably priced but even better if what I like is on sale. They have little cloth bags for you to put your choices in which is nice. There is usually a good amount of people working on the floor if you need assistance. read more

This is about Old Navy's clothing quality. I bought a ribbed black scarf and a So Soft sweater before Thanksgiving for a trip and before I left the airport to come home the sweater was sagging in the arms. The scarf was super pilled after wearing it 2X. The sweater became very pilled and looked like it had been through a war by the time I removed it. And a couple of months ago I had a pair of leggings that got all ragged after the first wash and sprung a hole in the leg. The actual Old Navy store and location in Winter Garden is fine, it's nice and neat and the help there is good but I'm really disappointed in the items I bought. read more

Old Navy was fully stocked with lots of options for spring and summer. The stacks and racks were well organized and it was easy to find the sizes I was looking for. They had lots of sale items that were clearly marked with large signs on the tables and racks. They had a variety of shorts with differing lengths and fits. It's nice to find a store that my daughters and I can both shop in. I prefer shorts with a 5 inch inseam and my teens wear the 3.5. I love that Old Navy has both. read more

The Great Hunt Awaits-Messiness everywhere! Good luck finding any item displayed on high because they generally sell out of these and then neglect to change the display so folks won't keep requesting featured tank/tee/blouse! Also MIA are sales associates..I think I spied one hiding behind a table full of clearance tees, but then it turned out to be another shopper like myself desperate to find the cute top up above our heads on display. This store is always so jammed with merchandise that you can hardly shop it. It is very discouraging to approach rack after rack of shorts that are tumbling off onto your arm or the floor as you rummage through for your size which BTW, for all the stock they DO have, my size is somehow the one size of which they always seem to have sold out. How can you have 20 size S and 15 size XL with not one M or L in sight? This day I DID manage to find two tops at 50% off in MY size, BUT that's only because these tops had been misplaced on other racks in another section of the store. I have absolutely no doubt the shopping gods were with me and the Force was flowing through me because it was nothing shy of a miracle that this purchase even transpired. Customer service is what is lacking here. I rummaged through some jeans to find a size as an Old Navy rep walked by. She didn't even ask if I needed help as I was messing up the nicely folded jeans to find my size. There was no one in the dressing room area to place me in a room and to get me another size when I needed it. Then there was the horrid, long line with 2 cashiers. One of the customers was trying to exchange something and use a coupon so that one cashier was tied up for a while. The manager came and helped her with that exchange issue and saw the long line. I should have said something. "can you help your 2 employees ring customers, but I didn't want to make a scene. When I got to the cashier I told her she needed backup and suggested she tells her manager. She said she did and the manager replied " you'll be okay." What about the customers in line who were mumbling under their breaths. The place is also dirty. Tons of dust bunnies in the dressing room and check out my picture with all the dust on the blazer jacket. Yikes. read more

This Old Navy store always looks like a rummage sale is taking place inside. Tables are full of clothes that aren't folded. Dressing room looks like they are not maintained. Each room has other people's clothes in it. Very hard to find a salesperson. Needs cleaned up big time. read more

I'm not sure what it was but this old navy had clothes everywhere. Mainly on the ground. Perhaps because it's back to school season? Either way it made it an uncomfortable shopping experience and we walked right back out. Maybe they keep their store picked up when school is in season. If you do decide to come here, just keep the mess in mind if that is not how you prefer to shop. read more

All it took was a quick visit to Old Navy to remind me why I don't shop at Old Navy. I visited this location on Sunday. The store opened at 11:00 AM and I entered at around 11:10 AM. The condition of the store gave the illusion that it had just finished a busy Black Friday sale. It was a WRECK!! Piles of clothes were stacked in each section waiting to be returned to their shelves, items were hung in the wrong place, I can honestly go on and on. Most stores tidy up after closing or at least in the morning, but this was not the case. Another frustration I had was with the dressing room. I walked in the back with a pile of clothes and there were no employees in the back, but all of the doors were closed and locked. 3 employees walked by me without acknowledging my existence until I finally had to speak up and ask if there was someone else I needed to talk to in order to get in to a dressing room. One replied in a snotty manner that they were most likely all full and that I should wait to see if someone comes out. She didn't check to verify and literally just left me standing there. I got some great deals but my shopping experience was not ideal. read more

The only reason I'm giving this store 2 stars is because the cashier was very friendly. The store is a MESS! The other employees will avoid you at all costs. The floors are DIRTY! Nothing is folded. Nothing is hung up nicely. I used to shop here all the time and never really had a complaint until now. This store needs some serious help. This Old Navy is located in the awesome Winter Garden Village shopping center. I've been in a few times, and each time I go, they seem to be fully stocked in most all sizes. The staff has been helpful when I had questions, and the sales they put on are great. One worker there got us signed up for their credit card (something I don't typically like to do), and it helped save a ridiculous amount of money. They apparently do this promotion a few times a year where it takes 30% off of everything. Good to know. read more

I haven't shopped at Old Navy in years other than purchasing flip flops for summer. My mother and I came in and I was pleasantly surprised with the large selection and the cleanliness of the store! What I like and dislike about Old Navy is that they use 8 or so prints and then use them in many different patterns. What's great is if you find a print in a style but it's not in your size you can go find a different style in the same print. The downside to this is there isn't a lot of variety. Since I hadn't been there in so long, I tried practically every style in the store to see what worked and didn't. The woman running the fitting room was so nice and did an excellent job at keeping the space clean and organized. I ended up walking out with a whole new spring wardrobe. read more

This store is actually kind of nifty! There is so many options , however the organization does need a little work in my opinion... There is obviously a men's and women's side , but none of the clothing types (eg: dresses , pants , etc) are together. Still a very good store though! read more

This old navy store is located in the winter garden shopping village.. plenty of parking spaces so you don't waste time driving around:). This is my second times here.. They always have some sort of sales going on, its good cuz I have three kids that seem to outgrowth theirs clothes constantly.. Lol The prices are reasonable.. Which is great when you are on a budget.. Got a few pieces today n the $30 cash back made the bill much sweeter.. Can't complaint.. The staff are very helpful n friendly.. Gave my baby a ballon.. Sorry but i went there today to exchange clothes and pick up other clothes. While looking i asked an employee can you help me and plainly was told nope , the i said can someone else help and they asked two other employees and they said no also. I was floored by the response, finally i saw a sweet young employee and ask for help and hands down helped me. If these young kids think that saying no will get them far in life they will have a rude awakening. So sad as this was my first time going to this store and last. read more

Old Navy, Gap, Athleta, and Banana Republic are one Happy Family nestled under Target Corporation. A few years ago stuff looked cheap and frumpy but then they hired a new CEO. He hired designers from Coach, Nike, Reebok, and a few other big brands to design exclusive Old Navy clothing. So similar yetless expensive versions are found at old navy and when you catch your sales- it is crazy how much you can spend for less than $100. Better quality and cheaper than walmart often and better or very close quality to a lot of the big name designers. This particular location is located in Winter Garden Shoppes next to Best Buy. The shoppes at Winter Garden is a great place to shop and to eat and/ or strolle. This particular store is extremely large, and well stocked. The cashiers are super friendly and will greet you when you walk into the store. I like a lot of their athletic gear, which is particularly usually what I buy from the chain. I like that you can try it out and if you don't like it, it is a no hassle return. read more

I love Old Navy in general and they have great sales, BUT this particular store is always a wreck. No matter the time of day, it looks like a tornado has hit it. Piles of clothes and shoes everywhere. I found one single shoe in my size, and had to dig through a mound of clothes and other shoes. Never found the matching one. I don't understand how this place passes any kind of corporate inspections with the disgusting state that it's always in. read more

I really liked my first time buying clothes at Old Navy. The prices were reasonable and one of the sales clerks went out of his way to attempt to find my larger size for a pair of shorts. Unfortunatly we could not find a pair. I was sucessful in several other shorts and shirts. I was able to use the stuff the bag program and got an additional 30 percent off which perfect. read more

Add this company to the list of stores I will not shop at due to their exchange "policy". First forever 21, now old navy will not receive any more money from me or my family. What happened to helping the customer? I can see if I wanted money back, why needed a drivers license would probably be warranted but to refuse to let me exchange 2 toddler shirts that were probably less than 4 dollars without a DL is just ridiculous. I will buy kids clothes at target and amazon from now on while this company slowly diminishes. The store is always a ghost town and now I see why. read more

Walked in Saturday afternoon. Poor customer service. Store is a hot mess and the lines are long with two cashiers. When I told the cashier you should call for more back up, she ignored me. I worked at old navy many years and this has by far been the most disappointing visit. read more
