Though not the lowest price they gave us the confidence they knew what they were doing and wouldn't just aimlessly cut branches, instead they considered the health of the trees and how to thin them while still providing shade coverage. Josh and Lacy also gave us tips on maintaining them and other plants in our yard. This time, we had just bought a new home and there was a large tree in the side yard that we wanted to take out as it was to close to the house and the wall, besides looking like it was dying. Their quote was inline with others, and we already knew the quality of their work so it was a no brainer in selecting them again. In both cases, they cleaned up so well, we feel the yard was probably cleaner than when they started. We have no problem recommending them not just for the work they do but for their advice as well.

The impact was to the rear driver-side panel of my vehicle -- a clear indicator of fault -- and resulted in over $5,000 in damage. Their vehicle had only a minor fender scratch. Instead of accepting responsibility, the company misrepresented the situation to their insurance provider and refused to take accountability. Their insurer subsequently denied my claim -- not because the facts support them, but because the company was unwilling to stand behind its actions. In my view, this shows a serious lack of integrity and professionalism. If this is how they handle public incidents, I would be very concerned about how they conduct business. I urge others to consider this when choosing a contractor. Accountability matters.
