I don't usually come to the area but was at a sporting event nearby and was looking for food and a warm place to go. Thankfully we found this spot! They happened to be having an event with live bands and were donating money from drink sales! There was a good crowd and all the live music was actually enjoyable! There's a food truck parked outside and we tried the carnitas, mole, and tinga tacos which were all very tasty. Unfortunately they ran out of a lot of options by the time we got there around 6:30pm. The bar is right through the front doors with a smaller room to the right, and bathrooms and the large hall on the left. The bartender was super nice and we liked our drinks! We agreed that this is a place we need to come back to more often, especially in the summer when it's warm and we can enjoy the outdoor area! read more

Stopped in for a drink with friends. What a great space! Very dog friendly, good drinks, and need to specifically call out the great service! Wish I asked for a name but the guy working was so friendly. My only call out is they don't have much for food (the website was a bit misleading, we were under the impression they had their full menu) - only hot dogs and food trucks depending on timing. Second time meeting a friend at the Interbay location and we both really like it. The beer tenders are top notch,super friendly and quick with recommendations if needed. The music outside was pretty loud and since we had tea to spill,sat inside which was quieter and private. The beers are top notch,that pilsner is my fave though strangely I favor dark beers. The food truck outside is amazing, we shared vegetarian nachos with Rajas instead of meat & they were filling and delicious. No photos exist because we scarfed em down. Nice folks. read more

Outstanding brews in a very chill environment. Service is consistently on point and did I mention that the beers are outstanding?! Went in the try their 4th anniversary beer: a cascadian dark ale/black ipa which is my fave style. It is/was delicious, so much so that I had to pick up a couple of 4 packs to go. Nicely done!!!! Came by for some drinks with friends on a Saturday night and had a great time. We parked out front which was quite convenient and were able to grab some tacos from the food truck right outside. We got drinks inside, my friends really enjoyed the beige Belgian, but I enjoyed a lovely Frose. We got tacos outside and my friends and I got food from the taco truck. We got one asada taco, pastor taco, and a quesabirria. The portions were huge so that was nice. We sat outside which was cute but after a while it got windy and quite cold. The inside is kinda small and they had a music singalong so we sat outside. Also I had a hot chocolate, but that was alright since it was swissmiss so just alright and pretty watered down. I usually rate mostly based off the TASTE of food or drink at an establishment. However, after awhile, I realized that when it comes to breweries, I have to put a higher value on atmosphere. Breweries have become more of a hangout than just a place to sit and judge beer, with my most constructively critical evaluations. So yeah... I'm trying to chill out. With that said, I don't love the beer here, but it's the ambiance that has convinced me to return. Yes, it's summer in Seattle, so it's gorgeous and this place has a wonderful outdoor area. I don't know how I'll feel about it once the gray returns, but I'll enjoy this while it lasts. The staff was patient, and they let me sample some beer before buying. I've tried the amber (eh, alright), the keylime sour (decent), a couple IPA's (eh, alright... but I'm not a huge IPA fan anyway), and the frosé slushie (heads up, there's no price listed that I could see, so I was surprised it was $12 for a cup, but I shouldn't have been surprised). It was served with an umbrella on a straw. Dammit, that made me happy. It also tasted good, but could've been stronger. So I really come for the open outdoor space. There's both an uncovered area to soak up the sun, and a covered area with a big tv where you can catch up on sports. I can feel the "ship canal" vibe with the old buildings and water nearby (which isn't visible from the brewery, but it's a short walk). There's even a pleasant little flower area along the border that I like to stare at as the performer provides awesome background music to my thoughts. Oh yeah, there's live music on Fridays. It isn't overcrowded, there's usually a food truck, and so far we haven't had trouble finding parking, although it is on a gravel lot. Overall, thumbs up. read more

I didn't realize Old Stove had a location here. It's a fun spot and rustic in the best way. It's a a great option for watching baseball on a sunny summer afternoon or evening. They had a DJ performing which was kinda fun, looks like they might do live music too. The Hazy IPA was delicious. The folks behind the bar were super friendly and helpful. I'd stop by here any time I was in the area for a pint! read more

I didn't even know this place existed! It was awesome. the staff were all friendly, the outdoor area was awesome, and the sours I drank were delicious! The selection wasn't HUGE for those Seattle beer snobs who need a big menu, but as a non-picky sour drinker, I loved it! They have cute merch, LOTS of room to sit outside, a big TV screen for sporting events, and even outdoor games to keep your snot-nosed children busy while you drink beer! I am also a firm believer in having food options necessary while drinking, and they had a small, yummy-looking menu, as well as a rotation of food trucks! This is a neat location for a brewery, and they have a lot of space between the indoor and outdoor seating. The indoor seating has a vintage chic bar feel with the vintage signs on the walls and the cool sofa and chairs as well as tables if you like. They have some snack options but also have a food truck rotation going on, however, the truck that was supposed to be there at the time we were there was a no show, so no feedback on that. They are VERY dog friendly. I feel like this is one of those places that visitors and tourists would seek out if they want to hang out with the "locals" as opposed to the chaos at Pike Place. This is the best of Old Stove, local and loved. read more

A**hole of a server when I first walked in, obviously never been there before. Confused the Gardens location and their selection of BBQ from Yelp, and after asking for the menu he quickly retorted "this is not a restaurant, it's a brewery. There's a whole food truck outside." A nice brewery some good beer and dog friendly brewery. What more could one ask for while spending some good time with friends. They have indoor seating and nice patio seating too with heaters. Love this new spot off Nickerson! They've added indoor seating since my last visit as well as outdoor tvs. A great place for a date or large gathering of friends. There's typically food options available and a number of old stove beers to choose from. The staff were super friendly. We sat outside on plentiful benches and played corn hole. Visit soon! After trying to find parking in downtown Fremont I ended up here. Made a left and was stuck leaving town which took me this fun brewery with loads of parking making it easy to enter and exit. On this visit the outside was open with heaters and televisions playing the football game. I am not a huge football fan, honestly, I don't care (don't judge) but it was a fun vibe and good time to be part of the football watching crowd. The beer was also very solidly delicous. I had a hazy which was smooth and yummy. The stout was coconut coffee flavor and perfect on a cold day. A guest pop up taco make was there and I had a cheese/chili quesadilla style taco along with a chicken taco. Perfect to eat with the beer. As the temperature dropped I made my way inside and finished my stout sitting on a comfortable couch. More TV's inside. Oh yes, dogs allowed inside and out. Great place to chill out and enjoy a brew. Big fan! We brought the kids and they loved the live music on Saturday night! Lots of space to run around outside. Heaters set up outside made it quite pleasant even on a cold winter night. Great food served (gotta try the salmon dip and crackers) and very tasty brews on tap (Pilsner and the Belgian blonde were both outstanding) also really nice servers pouring drinks! Nice to see a second location of Old Stove in the neighborhood! Space looks like it may still be under construction(?) so I'm looking forward to see what else they have in the works. TONS of outdoor area with a stage. My only complaint about the space itself is that the dogs here seem to be consistently worse behaved than most of the other breweries I frequent in the area (Magnolia, Ballard, etc) - must be something about the local clientele? Last time I visited I saw not 1, not 2, but 3 dogs sitting/standing ON picnic tables (sorry, but I don't want*anyone's* feet/butts on the eating surface, canine or human!), and one dog tried to jump onto the table I was eating at, only at the last minute being restrained from wolfing down my dinner by its very nonplussed owner. Bad dog (owner) behavior isn't the brewery's fault, but I think the brewery could help by either reminding people that pets need to be under control at all times or better yet maybe having a specific section for dogs? Beer selection is good - 10ish taps with a lot of variety in styles. They have some food (pretzels, hot dogs, salad, etc) plus whatever food truck is there (often a seafood truck but they have been getting some others in too). Overall, I'm looking forwards to seeing how this establishment grows/develops! read more

Love this place! I don't worry nearly as much about finding a seat like I do going to a Ballard brewery. Lots of seating and misters when it's really hot. Choose shade or full sun. They have live music some nights and a food truck most nights. Give them a call or check out the website.
